Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体的说,本发明涉及一种具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟。
电子烟一般包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化器,其中电池组件内设有给雾化器供应电源的电池,电子烟雾化器一般包括储液腔、雾化芯,雾化芯的发热组件工作时可将液态的电子烟雾化液蒸发成电子烟气雾或气溶胶,供使用者吸入口中吸食。
现有的电子烟,储液腔与雾化芯直接连通,电子烟在运输、存储和使用中,由于密封不良、长距离的颠簸、气压差的变化等原因,雾化液容易发生漏液的现象,以致电子烟到达用户时,雾化液可能漏光而无法继续工作;同时,现有的电子烟,电池与雾化芯之间的电路仅通过气流传感器而关断或导通,电子烟在运输、存储和使用中,由于环境的变化、气压差的变化等原因,可能导致气流传感器被误触发而产生不当工作,损耗电池电量,同时电子烟的不当工作而可能产生一定的危险。
本发明的目的是克服上述背景技术的不足而提供一种具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器与电池组件,所述雾化器包括吸嘴壳、设于吸嘴壳内的储液腔和雾化组件,所述雾化组件内设有雾化座、电极柱、雾化芯和导液通道,所述导液通道用以将所述储液腔内的雾化液导流至所述雾化芯,所述电池组件包括电池组件外壳、设于电池组件外壳内的电池和电池支架;所述吸嘴壳的一端套接于电池组件外壳的一端,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳连接后的相对位置包括第一位置和第二位置,所述第二位置为吸嘴壳套装到电池组件外壳内的工作位置,所述第一位置为吸嘴壳离套装到电池组件外壳内的第二位置还有若干距离的不工作位置;
所述雾化座上设有导液阀座和导液阀,所述导液阀的下部连接设有顶杆,所述顶杆的底端支撑于电池支架上,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述导液阀封堵于所述导液阀座上使导液通道阻断,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第二位置时,所述导液阀在顶杆的作用下脱离导液阀座而使导液通道导通;
所述电池支架上设有电极柱插孔,所述电极柱插孔内设有电极簧片,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述电极柱与电极簧片脱离接触使电路阻断,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件处于所述第二位置时,所述电极柱插入到电极柱插孔内,所述电极柱与电极簧片抵触连接使电路导通。
优选地,所述雾化座包括上下连接的雾化底座和第一密封座,所述导液阀座设于所述第一密封座上。
优选地,所述雾化座的底部设有与所述导液通道连通的导液腔,所述雾化芯设于所述导液腔内,所述雾化芯包括导液体与设于导液体底部的发热片,所述电极柱的顶端与所述发热片的两端连接。
优选地,所述雾化芯还包括发热座,所述发热片设于所述发热座上。
优选地,所述雾化组件还包括吸嘴底座,所述电极柱固定连接于所述吸嘴底座上,所述吸嘴底座的上部套接设于所述吸嘴壳的内底部,所述吸嘴底座的下部与所述电池支架连接。
优选地,所述吸嘴底座的下部设有第一筒状壁部,所述第一筒状壁部上设有上凸扣和下凸扣,所述电池支架的上部设有与所述第一筒状壁部套接的第二筒状壁部,所述第二筒状壁部设有上扣孔和下扣孔,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述下凸扣卡接于所述上扣孔内,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第二位置时,所述下凸扣卡接于所述下扣孔内,同时所述上凸扣卡接于所述上扣孔内。
优选地,所述吸嘴底座的上部还连接设有第二密封座。
优选地,所述电池支架的上端还设有第三密封座。
优选地,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述吸嘴壳外壁与电池组件外壳的外壁接缝处设有卡环,所述卡环用于阻挡所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳向所述第二位置靠近。
优选地,所述卡环由硅胶材料制成。
该电子烟的吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳设有相对的第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置时,导液通道在的液路和电极柱所在的电路同时被阻断,此时电子烟处于绝对不可工作状态,电子烟的雾化液被密封在储液腔中而不易泄露,同时电路不会受到误触发,电池的电量不易损耗,故电子烟在第一位置时,有利于长期存放和长途运输。而当需要电子烟工作时,则通过简单操作即可使导液通道在的液路和电极柱所在的电路同时导通,从而轻松地将其调整至工作状态。

为便于行文描述,将本发明具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟的吸口朝上竖直放置,本文所述有关各部件涉及“上、中、下、上部、中部、下部、底部、上端、下端、底端、向上、向下”等的描述,均是指在该电子烟的吸口朝上竖直放置时的上下位置关系。
下面将通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,由雾化器100与电池组件200连接构成,吸嘴壳1的外壁与电池组件外壳7的外壁接缝处设有卡环300,需要使用时,将卡环300取出,并将雾化器100向电池组件200方向推动到止动位置。
如图2、图3所示,雾化器100包括吸嘴壳1、设于吸嘴壳1内的储液腔10和雾化组件13,其中,吸嘴壳1的上端设有吸口11,吸嘴壳1沿吸口11延伸向下设有吸口管12。雾化组件13设于储液腔10的下方,雾化组件13包括雾化座2、电极柱3、雾化芯4和导液通道5,导液通道5用以将储液腔10内的雾化液导流至雾化芯4。雾化芯4包括导液体41、设于导液体41底部的发热片42、发热座43,发热片42设于发热座43上,发热座43用于支撑、固定发热片42,电极柱3的顶端与发热片42的两端抵触连接。发热片42为一电阻,电池8通过电极柱3向发热片42的两端供电。发热片42通电工作时,发热片42发热而将渗透至导液体41底部的雾化液进行加热蒸发,并雾化成气溶胶或电子烟烟雾。
雾化组件13还包括设于吸嘴壳1底部的吸嘴底座6,吸嘴底座6的上部套接设于吸嘴壳1的内底部,吸嘴底座6的下部用于与电池支架9连接,吸嘴底座6的上部还连接设有第二密封座60,第二密封座60用于密封吸嘴底座6的上端部,避免雾化液和烟雾向下泄露,电极柱3固定连接于吸嘴底座6上。
如图4、图5所示,电池组件200包括电池组件外壳7、设于电池组件外壳7内的电池8和电池支架9。电池组件外壳7的上端设有开口以便插入连接雾化器100,电池8安装于电池支架9上,电池支架9设于电池组件外壳7的内下部,电池组件外壳7的底端设有底盖90,底盖90的内部安装设有USB充电接口901和USB密封套902,USB充电接口901可连接外部充电电源给电池8充电。电池支架9的上端设有支架密封套93,支架密封套93用于密封电池支架9的上端,避免雾化液或烟雾的泄露。
如图6、图7所示,吸嘴壳1的一端套接于电池组件外壳7的一端,吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7连接后的相对位置包括第一位置A和第二位置B,第二位置A为吸嘴壳1套装到电池组件外壳7内的可工作位置,此时吸嘴壳1套装到电池组件外壳7内不能再相对移动,第一位置A为吸嘴壳1离套装到电池组件外壳7内的第二位置B还有若干距离D的不工作位置,距离D也即吸嘴壳1的外壁与电池组件外壳7的外壁连接处接缝的距离,通常该距离D的长度为2-7mm,优选为3-5mm,此时吸嘴壳1套装到电池组件外壳7内还可进一步相对移动。
如图6-图12所示,雾化座2包括上下相互连接的雾化底座22和第一密封座21,第一密封座21设于雾化底座22的上面,雾化底座22由硬质材料构成,第一密封座21由软质材料如硅胶构成,第一密封座21用于连接及密封雾化底座22的上端部。雾化座2上设有导液阀座211、导液阀212和顶杆213,导液阀座211设于第一密封座21上,导液阀212的下部连接顶杆213的上端,顶杆213的下端支撑于电池支架9上,吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第一位置A时,导液阀212封堵于导液阀座211上使导液通道5阻断,第一位置A为电子烟不能工作的位置。电子烟需要工作时,可将吸嘴壳1向电池组件外壳2的方向推动至止动位置,此时,吸嘴组件100整体向下运动,而导液阀212以及顶杆213受电池支架9的阻挡而保持不动,第一密封座21带动导液阀座211向下运动,当吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳2处于第二位置B时(D=0),导液阀座211完全脱离导液阀212而使导液通道5导通(导液路线如图8虚线所示),相对地,也即导液阀212在顶杆213的作用下脱离导液阀座211,此时储液腔10内的雾化液即可沿着导液通道5流动至雾化芯4上。
如图2、图9-图12所示,雾化底座22的底部设有与导液通道5连通的导液腔20,雾化芯4设于导液腔20内,雾化芯4的下方设有雾化腔40。第一密封座21的中间设有用于和吸口管12的底端连接的连接孔210,第一密封座21与雾化底座22的上部连接,雾化底座22的上部设有出气通孔220,出气通孔下部设有气流通道221,气流通道221下部与雾化腔40连通,出气通孔220与连接孔210连接。雾化腔40的底部设有吸液棉62用于吸收滴漏或冷凝的雾化液。出气通孔220的外侧设有导液凹槽222,导液凹槽222的底部设有导液孔223,导液孔223与导液腔20连通。雾化底座22上位于导液阀座211的下方设有供顶杆213穿过的通孔224。导液阀座211、导液凹槽222与第一密封座21的围合、导液孔223构成导液通道5。
如图13-图17所示,吸嘴底座6的下部设有第一筒状壁部61,第一筒状壁部61上设有上凸扣611和下凸扣612,电池支架9的上部设有与第一筒状壁部61套接的第二筒状壁部92,第二筒状壁部92设有上扣孔921和下扣孔922。吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第一位置A时,下凸扣612卡接于上扣孔921内;电子烟需要工作时,将吸嘴壳1向电池组件外壳7的方向推动,则第一筒状壁部61向下运动,至吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第二位置B时,下凸扣612卡接于下扣孔922内,同时上凸扣611卡接于上扣孔921内。
电池支架9上设有电极柱插孔91,电极柱插孔91内设有电极簧片92,吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第一位置A时,电极柱3与电极簧片92脱离接触使电路阻断,此时电子烟因电路阻断不能工作。电子烟需要工作时,将吸嘴壳1向电池组件外壳7的方向推动,电极柱3向下插入到电极柱插孔91内,当吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第二位置B时,电极柱3与电极簧片92抵触连接使电路可以导通,电子烟的气流传感器工作时,电子烟即可工作,使电池8向雾化芯4的发热片42供电。
如图1所示,吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7处于第一位置A时,吸嘴壳1的外壁与电池组件外壳7的外壁接缝处设有卡环300,卡环300用于阻挡吸嘴壳1与电池组件外壳7向第二位置靠近而保持在第一位置。卡环300可由硅胶材料制成,以便电子烟需要工作时方便取下。
综上所述,本发明的电子烟,在上述第一位置A时,导液通道5所在的液路和电极柱3所在的电路同时被阻断,此时电子烟处于绝对不可工作状态,电子烟的雾化液被密封在储液腔10中而不易泄露,电路不会受到误触发,电池8的电量不易损耗,电子烟在第一位置A时,有利于长期存放和长途运输。当需要电子烟工作时,取下卡环300,同时将吸嘴壳1向电池组件外壳7的方向推动至第二位置B,则导液通道5导通,电极柱3与电极簧片92连接使电路可以导通。
如图6-图14所示,本实施例的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟工作时,用户自吸口11进行抽吸动作,该电子烟的雾化器100内部因吸力产生负压,外部气体进入雾化腔40,此时,电极柱3与电极簧片92连接,发热片42通电发热,导液阀座211与导液阀212打开是导液通道5导通,储液腔10内存储的雾化液向下流动至雾化芯4的导液体41,发热片42通电发热加热雾化液,在雾化腔40中产生电子烟烟雾,在外界进入气流的夹带下,电子烟烟雾通过气流通道221、出气通孔220、连接孔210、吸口管12,最后经吸口11流出至用户口中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器与电池组件,所述雾化器包括吸嘴壳、设于吸嘴壳内的储液腔和雾化组件,所述雾化组件内设有雾化座、电极柱、雾化芯和导液通道,所述导液通道用以将所述储液腔内的雾化液导流至所述雾化芯,所述电池组件包括电池组件外壳、设于电池组件外壳内的电池和电池支架,其特征在于:所述吸嘴壳的一端套接于电池组件外壳的一端,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳连接后的相对位置包括第一位置和第二位置,所述第二位置为吸嘴壳套装到电池组件外壳内的工作位置,所述第一位置为吸嘴壳离套装到电池组件外壳内的第二位置还有若干距离的不工作位置;所述雾化座上设有导液阀座和导液阀,所述导液阀的下部连接设有顶杆,所述顶杆的底端支撑于电池支架上,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述导液阀封堵于所述导液阀座上使导液通道阻断,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第二位置时,所述导液阀在顶杆的作用下脱离导液阀座而使导液通道导通;所述电池支架上设有电极柱插孔,所述电极柱插孔内设有电极簧片,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述电极柱与电极簧片脱离接触使电路阻断,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件处于所述第二位置时,所述电极柱插入到电极柱插孔内,所述电极柱与电极簧片抵触连接使电路导通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座包括上下连接的雾化底座和第一密封座,所述导液阀座设于所述第一密封座上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座的底部设有与所述导液通道连通的导液腔,所述雾化芯设于所述导液腔内,所述雾化芯包括导液体与设于导液体底部的发热片,所述电极柱的顶端与所述发热片的两端连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化芯还包括发热座,所述发热片设于所述发热座上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括吸嘴底座,所述电极柱固定连接于所述吸嘴底座上,所述吸嘴底座的上部套接设于所述吸嘴壳的内底部,所述吸嘴底座的下部与所述电池支架连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴底座的下部设有第一筒状壁部,所述第一筒状壁部上设有上凸扣和下凸扣,所述电池支架的上部设有与所述第一筒状壁部套接的第二筒状壁部,所述第二筒状壁部设有上扣孔和下扣孔,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述下凸扣卡接于所述上扣孔内,所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第二位置时,所述下凸扣卡接于所述下扣孔内,同时所述上凸扣卡接于所述上扣孔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴底座的上部还连接设有第二密封座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池支架的上端还设有第三密封座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳处于所述第一位置时,所述吸嘴壳外壁与电池组件外壳的外壁接缝处设有卡环,所述卡环用于阻挡所述吸嘴壳与电池组件外壳向所述第二位置靠近。
- 根据权利要求9所述的具有液路与电路同时阻断与导通结构的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡环由硅胶材料制成。
