(検討試験1)
プレミアムフィッシュコラーゲンNT-B:8gに対して、αシクロデキストリンの配合量を1g~8gまで6段階に変えて、それぞれ、流動層造粒装置を用い、水(通常の飲料用の水)を媒体として用いながら、流動層造粒装置の温度を5℃~120℃の範囲に保って造粒し、その後、乾燥、冷却を行い、16メッシュサイズの篩を用いて、16メッシュパス=0.16mmパスの顆粒状コラーゲン・シクロデキストリン造粒品を得た。
(Study Test 1)
The amount of α-cyclodextrin was varied in six stages from 1 g to 8 g for 8 g of premium fish collagen NT-B. Each was granulated using a fluidized bed granulator with water (normal drinking water) as the medium, while maintaining the temperature of the fluidized bed granulator in the range of 5°C to 120°C. The granules were then dried and cooled, and a granular collagen/cyclodextrin product with a 16 mesh pass = 0.16 mm pass was obtained using a 16 mesh sieve.

という評価で各パネラーに評価点を付けてもらい、10名の官能評価パネラーの評価点の平均値を求めた。その結果は表1の通りであった。

検討試験1におけるαシクロデキストリンに替えて、αシクロデキストリンとβシクロデキストリンとを組み合わせたもの、βシクロデキストリンとγシクロデキストリンとを組み合わせたもの、αシクロデキストリンとβシクロデキストリンとγシクロデキストリンとを組み合わせたものに変更し、また、それぞれの場合における配合量を表4の通りにした以外は検討試験1と同様にして顆粒状コラーゲン・シクロデキストリン造粒品を得て、検討試験と同様にして10名の官能評価パネラーによる味覚判定を受けた。その結果は表4の通りであった。
(Study Test 4)
A granular collagen-cyclodextrin granule was obtained in the same manner as in Examination Test 1, except that the α-cyclodextrin in Examination Test 1 was replaced with a combination of α-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin, a combination of β-cyclodextrin and γ-cyclodextrin, or a combination of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin and γ-cyclodextrin, and the blending amounts in each case were as shown in Table 4. A taste test was conducted by 10 sensory evaluation panelists in the same manner as in Examination Test 1. The results are shown in Table 4.
検討試験1~検討試験4の検討結果から、αシクロデキストリン、βシクロデキストリン、γシクロデキストリンの中のいずれか一種又は複数種と、プレミアムフィッシュコラーゲンNT-Bとを組み合わせてなる顆粒状のコラーゲン・シクロデキストリン造粒品は、いずれも、2分程度で水(飲料水)に溶解する速溶性を有していた。 The results of Study Tests 1 to 4 showed that the granular collagen/cyclodextrin granules, which were made by combining one or more of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, and γ-cyclodextrin with Premium Fish Collagen NT-B, were all fast-soluble, dissolving in water (drinking water) in about 2 minutes.
