The first connecting pipe (40) can be arranged vertically to the main pipe (12). The first connecting pipe (40) is arranged in the opposite direction to the second connecting pipe (50). The part where the first connecting pipe (40) is connected to the main pipe (12) can be arranged higher than the part where the second connecting pipe (50) is connected to the main pipe (12).
At the part where the first connecting pipe (40) is connected to the main pipe (12), the upper end (41a) of the first connecting pipe (40) is formed higher than the upper end (50a) of the second connecting pipe (50) at the part where the second connecting pipe (50) is connected to the main pipe (12). At the end of the first connecting pipe (40), the upper end (41b) of the first connecting pipe (40) can be formed lower than the upper end (51a) of the second connecting pipe (50) at the end of the second connecting pipe (50).
The inner diameter (40D) of the first connecting pipe (40) may be formed to be larger than the inner diameter (50D) of the second connecting pipe (50). A virtual extension pipe extending in the direction in which the first connecting pipe (40) is connected to the main pipe (12) may be formed to pass through the second connecting pipe (50). However, the virtual extension pipe extending in the direction in which the second connecting pipe (50) is connected to the main pipe (12) may have a structure extending downwardly of the first connecting pipe (40). A virtual line extending from the upper end of the second connecting pipe (50) through the main pipe (12) may be arranged to be spaced downwardly from the first connecting pipe (40).
The second connecting pipe (50) may have an upper end (50a) of the portion connected to the main pipe (12) positioned lower than the upper end (51a) of the end (51) of the second connecting pipe (50). The second connecting pipe (50) may have a structure that extends upwards as it gets farther away from the main pipe (12).
The upper end (51a) of the end (51) of the second connecting pipe (50) may be positioned lower than the upper end of the main pipe (12). The upper end (51a) of the end (51) of the second connecting pipe (50) may be positioned spaced downward from the upper end of the main pipe (12). The upper end (51a) of the end (51) of the second connecting pipe (50) may be positioned lower than the first spacer (20). The upper end (51a) of the end (51) of the second connecting pipe (50) may be positioned between the first fixing protrusion (18) and the first spacer protrusion (20).
The angle (θ2) formed between the first connecting pipe (40) and the main pipe (12) can be formed to be larger than the angle (θ1) formed between the second connecting pipe (50) and the main pipe (12).
The connecting hole (26) may be positioned lower than the upper pipe (14). The connecting hole (26) may be formed at a higher position than the portion where the second connecting pipe (50) is connected to the main pipe (12). The connecting hole (26) may be formed at the same position as the position formed by the upper end of the first connecting pipe (40).
A connecting hole (26) can be formed in the main pipe (12) between the first connecting pipe (40) and the second connecting pipe (50).
Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the connecting hole (26) is positioned above the joint (48) of the main pipe (12) and the first connecting pipe (40). The first joint (48) of the main pipe (12) and the first connecting pipe (40) may be formed along the circumference of the main pipe (12). Here, the connecting portion of the first joint (48) of the main pipe (12) and the first connecting pipe (40) may mean a portion where the inner or outer surfaces of the pipes are morphologically joined.
The connecting hole (26) is positioned above the second joint (58) of the main pipe (12) and the second connecting pipe (50). The second joint (58) of the main pipe (12) and the second connecting pipe (50) can be formed along the circumference of the main pipe (12).
Accordingly, since the portion where the connecting hole (26) is formed is not formed in the portion where the first joint (48) or the second joint (58) is formed, the productivity of the connector (10) can be increased. In the portion where the first joint (48) or the second joint (58) is formed, a complex shape can be formed, so that the connecting hole (26) can be arranged by avoiding such an area.
Referring to Fig. 10, the second connecting pipe (50) and the first connecting pipe (40) may be arranged in opposite directions with respect to the main pipe (12). In addition, the connecting hole (26) may be formed on one side of the main pipe (26) between the first connecting pipe (40) and the second connecting pipe (50). The connecting hole (26) may be arranged to be perpendicular to or inclined with respect to each of the first connecting pipe (40) and the second connecting pipe (50) with respect to the main pipe (12).
However, the arrangement of the first connecting pipe (40), the second connecting pipe (50), and the connecting hole (26) arranged or formed around the main pipe (12) may be changed. Referring to FIG. 11, the connecting hole (26) may be arranged in the opposite direction of the first connecting pipe (40). In this case, the second connecting pipe (50) may be arranged on the circumferential surface of the main pipe (12) between the connecting hole (26) and the first connecting pipe (40). That is, the connecting hole (26) and the first connecting pipe (40) may be arranged parallel to each other, and the second connecting pipe (50) may be arranged to be perpendicular to or at an angle to each of the first connecting pipe (40) and the connecting hole (26) with respect to the main pipe (12).
Also, referring to Fig. 12, the connecting hole (26) may be arranged in the opposite direction of the second connecting pipe (50). In this case, the first connecting pipe (40) may be arranged on the circumferential surface of the main pipe (12) between the connecting hole (26) and the second connecting pipe (50).
The connecting hole (26) and the second connecting pipe (50) are arranged parallel to each other, and the first connecting pipe (40) can be arranged perpendicular to or at an angle to the second connecting pipe (50) and the connecting hole (26) with respect to the main pipe (12).
In a structure such as Fig. 12, the connecting hole (26) may be arranged above a virtual line extending from the second connecting pipe (50). In addition, in a structure such as Fig. 12, the upper cover (28) arranged around the connecting hole (26) may be formed in a shape such as the structure illustrated in Fig. 6b. The upper cover (28) may be arranged to cover the upper side of the connecting hole ((26)) and the direction in which the first connecting hole (40) is arranged.
Connector placement>
Below, the arrangement of the connector of the present invention is described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 7.
The connector (10) can be placed on the upper or lower side of the S-trap (6).
As shown in Fig. 1, a connector (10) may be placed on the upper side of the S-trap (6). In this case, the connector (10) may be connected to the upper pipe (14) of the sink with the upstream drain pipe (2a), and the lower pipe (22) may be connected to the S-trap (6). In addition, a downstream drain pipe (2b) may be placed on the lower side of the S-trap (6). The first connecting pipe (40) of the connector (10) may be connected to the additional pipe (4). Unlike the drawing, the first connecting pipe (40) may not be connected to a separate additional pipe (4) and may be blocked.
In addition, if the space for the upstream drain pipe (2a) is not secured, the connector (10) may be directly connected to the lower side of the sink (1). In this case, the connector (10) of the present invention may be arranged so that the upper end (51a) of the second connecting pipe (50) is spaced downward by a certain distance from the upper end of the upper pipe (14), thereby enabling the connection of the drain pipe (3) and the second connecting pipe (50).
As shown in Fig. 7, a connector (10) may be placed on the lower side of the S-trap (6). In this case, the connector (10) may be connected to the upper pipe (14) with the S-trap (6) and the lower pipe (22) with the downstream drain pipe (2b). It is also possible to additionally place a separate drain pipe between the S-trap (6) and the upper pipe (14).
In addition, an upstream drain pipe (2a) or a sink (1) may be placed above the S trap (6). The first connecting pipe (40) of the connector (10) may be blocked without being connected to a separate additional pipe (4). Even when the first connecting pipe (40) is blocked, the internal space of the first connecting pipe (40) may be formed. That is, the first connecting pipe passage (40a) may form a certain space.
Accordingly, the force of the water drained through the second connecting pipe (50) on the flow of accumulated water in the S-trap (6) can be reduced. In addition, even if a portion of the water drained through the second connecting pipe (50) flows backwards when a portion of the downstream drain pipe (2b) is blocked, the force applied to the water inside the S-trap (6) can be reduced by flowing into the first connecting pipe passage (40a). In other words, the space inside the first connecting pipe passage (40a) can function as a buffer chamber.
Referring to Fig. 9, it can be confirmed that noise generated during drainage is reduced when the connector (10) of the present invention is connected (B, B’, C, C’) compared to when the conventional connector as in Fig. 8 is connected (A, A’). Points (A, B, C) are the results of measuring noise when the rotation speed of the drain pump (not shown) of the dishwasher is increased compared to the rotation speed at (A’, B’, C’).
In addition, it can be confirmed that noise is reduced when the connector (10) is placed on the upper side of the S-trap (6) (C, C’) than when it is placed on the lower side of the S-trap (6) (B, B’).
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims. Furthermore, such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical idea or prospect of the present invention.
