Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'électrolyse (1) conçu pour réaliser une électrolyse en sel fondu de scories, comprenant un récipient de fusion (3) formé par un boîtier (2) revêtu d'un matériau réfractaire, des scories (4) disposées dans le récipient de fusion (3), un compartiment à gaz (6) fermé par le boîtier (2) ou par un couvercle (5) du boîtier (2) au-dessus des scories (4) ainsi que des premières (7) et deuxièmes électrodes (8) pour l'électrolyse en fusion formées par au moins un corps d'anode (7) et au moins un corps de cathode (8) et plongeant dans les scories (4), au moins la première électrode (7) plongeant au moins partiellement dans un manchon (9) électro-isolant plongeant dans les scories (4), le manchon (9) étant guidé hors du boîtier (2) en traversant le compartiment à gaz (6).
