本申请涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种整体式油杯的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种微电子雾化设备,把具有烟草香味的烟油通过加热雾化成烟雾状,供吸烟者使用。市场上的电子烟基本包括三个主要部分:电池组件、雾化芯以及油杯,原理就是通过雾化芯将油杯里的烟油雾化后产生烟雾,雾化芯的电源由电池组件提供,从而在视觉和口感上达到真烟的类似效果。
现有电子烟中用于存放烟油的油杯多为分体式结构,即在油杯的上下两端分别需要安装密封胶塞,不仅装配的过程非常麻烦,而且对装配的密封性要求很高,稍有不慎就会有漏油的情况出现,不仅造成浪费,还容易导致用户吸烟时误吸入烟油,对用户的身体健康造成危害。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本申请提供一种整体式油杯的电子烟,包括外壳,所述外壳的上端设有烟嘴,所述外壳内设有雾化器和供电组件,所述雾化器与所述烟嘴相连,所述雾化器与所述供电组件电性连接;所述雾化器包括油杯和雾化芯,所述雾化芯与所述油杯相连,所述雾化芯用于加热雾化烟油,所述油杯为一体成型结构,所述油杯为上端开口的杯状结构,所述油杯的上端设有上硅胶,所述上硅胶与所述油杯的侧壁密封连接,所述雾化芯与所述上硅胶连接。

储油腔内设置有储油棉4,且储油棉4填满储油腔,即储油棉4分别与油杯3的周身侧壁和下端侧壁相接;储油棉4能够吸附烟油,从而减少油杯3内的烟油晃动,降低烟油泄漏的可能性。油杯3的上端设置有上硅胶5,上硅胶5用于封堵住油杯3的上端开口,从而防止烟油从油杯3的上端泄漏,上硅胶5与油杯3的侧壁密封连接,雾化芯的一端穿过上硅胶5与烟嘴2连通,且雾化芯与上硅胶5密封连接。
为了提升上硅胶5与油杯3连接的密封性,在上硅胶5的外侧壁上阵列设置有两条第一密封凸条51,且第一密封凸条51与上硅胶5一体成型,第一密封凸条51分别与油杯3的内侧壁密封连接;在安装上硅胶5上,将上硅胶5塞入油杯3的过程中,油杯3的侧壁 会挤压第一密封凸条51,使其发生弹性变形,从而使得第一密封凸条51与油杯3的侧壁密封连接,提升油杯3的密封性,减少漏油的情况发生。
油杯3的下表面上设置有安装凸台31,安装凸台31内设置有安装孔32,且安装孔32贯穿安装凸台31与储油腔相连通,安装孔32内设有密封塞6,密封塞6的外侧壁与安装孔32的侧壁密封连接,雾化芯远离上硅胶5的一端与密封塞6连接。设置安装凸台31是为了便于固定密封塞6,确保密封塞6能够与安装孔32连接固定;设置密封塞6和安装孔32是为了确保雾化芯能够穿过油杯3,从而与供电组件相连,同时也为了确保气流能够进入到雾化芯。
为了对密封塞6插入安装孔32的行程进行限位,确保密封塞6与油杯3连接固定,在密封塞6的外侧壁上设有限位凸台61;在密封塞6插入到安装孔32的过程中,限位凸台61能够与安装凸台31的端面抵接,从而使得密封塞6与油杯3限位连接固定。
为了提升密封塞6与安装凸台31连接的密封性,在密封塞6的外侧壁上设置有三条第二密封凸条62,且三条第二密封凸条62等距离阵列分布在密封塞6的外侧壁上;将密封塞6插入到安装孔32的过程中,安装孔32的侧壁会挤压第二密封凸条62,使其发生弹性变形,从而使得第二密封凸条62与安装孔32的侧壁密封连接。通过设置密封塞6,以及在密封塞6的侧壁设置第二密封凸条62能够进一步降低储油腔内的烟油泄漏的可能性,延长电子烟的使用寿命。本实施例中,密封塞6采用弹性硅胶材料制成。
雾化芯包括发热丝7、导油棉8、安装支架9和玻纤管10,发热丝7的两端穿过密封塞6与供电组件电性连接,导油棉8包裹住发热丝7中部的发热部位,且导油棉8与储油棉4相连接,使得储油棉4内的烟油能够渗透到导油棉8上;安装支架9套接在导油棉8的外侧,且安装支架9与导油棉8的相应位置处设有通孔,从而确保储油棉4内的烟油能够通过通孔流入到导油棉8上,安装支架9的一端与密封塞6固定连接,且安装支架9与密封塞6密封连接。玻纤管10为空心管状机构,为用户吸食电子烟时提供气流通道,玻纤管10的一端插入到安装支架9远离密封塞6的一端,且玻纤管10与安装支架9密封连接,玻纤管10远离安装支架9的一端穿过上硅胶5后与烟嘴2相连通,且玻纤管10与上硅胶5密封连接固定。
电子烟工作时,烟油从储油棉4渗透到导油棉8,供电组件向发热丝7输出电流,发热丝7工作将导油棉8上的烟油加热雾化成气溶胶;用户从烟嘴2吸气,吸气气流将雾化好的气溶胶通过安装支架9吸入到玻纤管10,之后流到烟嘴2,最终被用户吸出。
烟嘴2插入到外壳1的上端,烟嘴2内固定安装有隔油棉11,隔油棉11与上硅胶5的上端面抵接,隔油棉11用于减少烟嘴2处产生冷凝液,提升电子烟的口感;同时,隔油 棉11也能降低烟油从烟嘴2处泄漏的可能性,提升用户使用好感。
外壳1远离烟嘴2的一端设置有底盖12,且底盖12插入外壳1的下端与外壳1连接固定。供电组件包括启动开关13和电池14,底盖12内固定安装有下硅胶15,启动开关13限位安装在下硅胶15上,启动开关13与发热丝7电性连接。电池14与启动开关13电性连接,进而使得电池14与发热丝7电性连接,便于电池14向发热丝7输出电能;本实施例中,启动开关13内集成有控制线路;采用集成式启动开关13避免了现有技术中需要安装控制线路板的麻烦,进一步降低了组装的难度,提高效率。
电池14的两端分别与底盖12和油杯3连接,通过底盖12和油杯3将电池14限位安装在外壳1的内部,提高结构的稳定性;具体地,油杯3下表面上设置有两个抵接台33,两个抵接台33对称分布在密封塞6的左右两侧,电池14的上端分别与两个抵接台33抵接,电池14的下端与下硅胶15抵接。通过设置两个抵接台33能够对电池14的安装位置进行限位,从而防止电池14在外壳1内移动走位的问题发生。
底盖12上设置有两组进气孔16,且至少有一组进气孔16与启动开关13相连通,也至少有一组进气孔16与雾化芯相连通;电子烟工作时,用户从烟嘴2处吸气,气流从两组进气孔16分别进入电子烟底盖12内,其中部分气流进入到启动开关13触发启动信号,另一部分气流进入发热丝7,将雾化好的气溶胶一起带入玻纤管10、烟嘴2,最后被用户吸出。
工作原理:
电子烟工作时,用户通过烟嘴2进行吸气,使得电子烟内部产生负压,气流从进气孔16流入到底盖12内,有一部分气流流经启动开关13,从而触发启动信号;电池14向发热丝7输出电流,使得发热丝7工作产生热量;烟油从储油棉4内流入到导油棉8,发热丝7发热将导油棉8内的烟油加热雾化成气溶胶;用户吸气的另一部分气流通过进气孔16进入底盖12后,再经过电池14与外壳1之间的配合间隙流入到密封塞6,之后流入到发热丝7,再与雾化的气溶胶混合,并将雾化的气溶胶一起带入玻纤管10,之后流到烟嘴2,最终被用户吸出,完成电子烟的抽吸过程。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:包括外壳,所述外壳的上端设有烟嘴,所述外壳内设有雾化器和供电组件,所述雾化器与所述烟嘴相连,所述雾化器与所述供电组件电性连接;
    所述雾化器包括油杯和雾化芯,所述雾化芯与所述油杯相连,所述雾化芯用于加热雾化烟油,所述油杯为一体成型结构,所述油杯为上端开口的杯状结构,所述油杯的上端设有上硅胶,所述上硅胶与所述油杯的侧壁密封连接,所述雾化芯与所述上硅胶连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述油杯的下表面上设有安装凸台,所述安装凸台内设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设有密封塞,所述密封塞与所述安装孔密封连接,所述雾化芯与所述密封塞连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述密封塞的外侧壁上设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台与所述安装凸台的端面抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述油杯内设有储油棉,所述雾化芯包括发热丝和导油棉,所述发热丝的两端穿过所述密封塞后与所述供电组件电性连接,所述导油棉包裹住所述发热丝,所述导油棉与所述储油棉相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化芯还包括安装支架和玻纤管,所述安装支架套接在所述导油棉的外围,所述安装支架的一端与所述密封塞连接,另一端与所述玻纤管连接,所述玻纤管的另一端与所述上硅胶连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述玻纤管远离所述安装支架的一端贯穿所述上硅胶,且所述玻纤管与所述烟嘴相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳远离所述烟嘴的一端设有底盖,所述供电组件包括启动开关,所述启动开关与所述底盖连接,所述雾化器与所述启动开关相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述供电组件还包括电池,所述电池限位在所述外壳内,所述电池与所述启动开关电性连接,所述电池的两端分别与所述底盖和油杯连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述油杯的下表面设有两个抵接台,两个抵接台对称分布在所述密封塞的左右两侧,所述抵接台分别与所述电池的上端抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的整体式油杯的电子烟,其特征在于:所述底盖内设有下硅胶,所述下硅胶与所述启动开关连接,所述下硅胶的上端与所述电池抵接,所述底盖上设有进 气孔,所述进气孔分别与所述启动开关和雾化芯相连通。
