Abstract

L'invention concerne des cellules qui ont une fonction d'engagement de TIM3 accrue. Les cellules atténuent l'immunité adaptative et innée lorsqu'elles sont transplantées chez un sujet par comparaison avec une cellule parentale dotée d'une fonction d'engagement de TIM3 non modifiée correspondante. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les cellules d'engagement de TIM3 sont des cellules pluripotentes, différenciées et/ou des cellules hypoimmunitaires. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, les cellules sont de groupe sanguin O, de facteur Rhesus (Rh) négatif, ou à la fois de groupe O et de facteur Rh-. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, les cellules d'engagement de TIM3 en ont été dérivées.
