Abstract

La présente invention comprend : une enceinte externe ; une enceinte interne formant une chambre de cuisson à l'intérieur de l'enceinte externe ; et un ensemble de convection installé sur un côté de l'enceinte interne et configuré pour chauffer l'air à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson, l'ensemble de convection comportant : un boîtier de couvercle qui est situé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte interne, présente un trou d'aspiration et un trou d'évacuation de manière à permettre à l'air de s'écouler, et dont au moins une partie est espacée d'une distance prédéterminée d'un côté de l'enceinte interne ; un ventilateur disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier de couvercle pour aspirer l'air à travers le trou d'aspiration et évacuer l'air à travers le trou d'évacuation ; un appareil de chauffage qui chauffe l'air aspiré dans le boîtier de couvercle ; et un élément en verre disposé dans le boîtier de couvercle de manière à transmettre la chaleur émise par l'appareil de chauffage.
