Abstract
Description
DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY This application is directed to a device for motorized opening of radially folding gates and doors. Specifically, it is aimed at a device that allows opening gates and folding doors automatically using a reducer motor that does the work radially, causing the end of the leaf attached to the pillar to rotate on its axis. This system can be operated by any remote system, such as as a remote control, cell phones or in an analogous way using a button or switch with a numerical key. STATE OF THE MATTER Currently the market offers different devices to open folding or swinging accesses in an automated way, these devices carry out the work of opening the leaves of folding gates with oleo-hydraulic and mechanical systems through zippers, both systems work in linear form which greatly limits space, since certain parameters are needed to be able to install these systems. In addition to the space restriction, these linear devices work at very low speed, which entails a long period of time both in opening and closing. Another drawback they present is the difficulty in controlling the final positioning both in opening and closing. There are many user comments regarding this problem. Another system offered by the market is the sliding one, where the leaf moves in a straight line on a rail, the gate is driven by an electric motor that transfers its energy through a pinion that connects with a rack attached to the leaf. gate. Although it is the most common system, it is also a system that requires a lateral space where the gate can be moved when opening. Another drawback is the dependence on a rail attached to the floor that serves as a guide for the leaf, often this rail It gets dirty and makes operation difficult. In addition, the ground must be even so that the blade closes level, otherwise the ground must be leveled, leaving a pothole that causes rainwater to settle and makes it uncomfortable when passing. The solution proposed in this application is based on providing alternatives for those who do not have the possibility of installing sliding gates due to space or do not meet the parameters and lengths that make it possible to install a hydraulic or mechanical rectilinear folding system. Another solution for this request is the possibility of installing in uneven entrances where the street has differences in height on its sides. It is also possible to extend the length of the leaf up to a width of 6 meters thanks to the tensioner system that keeps the leaf in place. its position throughout the opening or closing process. This device also has a security advantage compared to sliding gates, the latter are very easy to dismantle, therefore it is common for them to be stolen, the solution of this request makes it very difficult to dismantle it, since an angle grinder would be required. In order to cut the pillar, having a system of bushings that completely embrace the pillar and also having a tensioner in its upper part, there are many joining points of the entire structure.
