Description

Fish head cutting-off belt with modular structure
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates generally to machinery for the processing of fish.
In particular, the invention relates to a fish head cutting belt made of plastic material and having a modular structure, which is used in the process of cleaning fish, which is connected to a machine that will provide its movement, which enables the fish to be carried in the most ergonomic way that will not move and deform during the cutting of the head.
STATE OF THE ART
Today, machinery of different shapes and functions are used for the processing of foodstuffs. In the process of cleaning the fish, belts with a certain form are used to ensure that the fish remain immobilised during the cutting of their heads. The mentioned belts are connected on a machine that ensures their movement and provides the movement of the fish positioned on it in a certain direction with the drive it receives from the machine.
The head cutting belts used in the present art have a monolithic structure and are made of metal material. The monolithic structure of the belt affects the entire system in case of any failure or deformation. Since the belt needs to be replaced in order to solve the mentioned problem, the fish cleaning process stops for a long time. The fact that the belt is made of metal material causes the system to become heavier and the motors carrying the belt to be overloaded. This causes an increase in energy consumption. At the same time, the monolithic and metal structure of the belt structure creates a disadvantage in terms of work safety. During any work accident, injuries may occur due to the structure that does not have a flexible structure. In addition, the belts made of metal material are not very suitable for contact with food and are difficult to clean. Belts made of metal materials must have stainless properties for use in the food industry. The requirement that the belt must have stainless properties also increases the cost in mass production.
Similar documents were found in the research on the known state of the art. Document US2018035684A1 relates to a method and a device for feeding the fish individually into a processing line. Such a method and device are used for gutting the fish in a processing line. However, the belt structure used in this device does not have a modular structure. Therefore, in case of any failure or deformation, the system has to be stopped and the whole belt has to be replaced or repaired.
CN214903491U relates to an automatic fish belly and ridge guiding device. Said application discloses an automatic fish belly and ridge guiding device comprising a guiding device body, a conveying belt, a guiding device, a visual identification system, a conveying adjustment mechanism and a calibration conveying mechanism, and a conveying belt and guiding device. However, there is no information in this document about the modularity of the conveying belt and the fact that it is made of plastic material.
The application numbered US4321729A relates to an embodiment for aligning the fish in a machine for cutting the fish head. In this application, it is seen that monolithic metal conveying trays are used for conveying the fish. Therefore, the problems mentioned in the present art are likely to be seen in this configuration.
As a result, while making improvements in the belts used in cleaning the fish, there is a need for new embodiments that will eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and solve the problems in the existing systems.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a head cutting-off belt which fulfils the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
The main object of the invention is to provide a suitable positioning on the belt for cutting the heads of the fish during their processing.
Another object of the invention is to provide a modular structure of the head cutting-off belt. In this way, in case of any failure or deformation, only the faulted or deformed part of the belt can be replaced and work losses are prevented.
Another object of the invention is to reduce the load on the system and motors by making the head cutting belt made of plastic structure. In this way, failures and energy losses are prevented.
Another object of the invention is to provide a belt structure which is suitable for contact with food and which can be easily cleaned.
In order to realise all the advantages mentioned above and to be understood from the detailed description below, the present invention is a head cutting-off belt used for cleaning the fish, which is connected on a machine and enables the fish to move in a certain direction; o a side wall with a curved structure, formed at an angle to ensure that the fish is positioned in the proper position on it; and o at least two wall plates having at least one wall plate connection protrusion for communication with another wall plate or intermediate plate and forming a "U" shaped fish block when mutually connected with each other,
• thus, an embodiment comprising an intermediate plate having at least one intermediate plate connection protrusion for communication with the wall plate connection protrusions, which provides communication between each fish block, is obtained.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive head cutting-off belt (10) are described exclusively for the purpose of a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect. The invention relates to a head cutting-off belt (10) for cleaning the fish, which is connected to a machine and allows the fish to move in a certain direction, and comprises the following: o a side wall (13) having a curved structure, formed at an angle to enable the fish to be positioned in a proper position on it; and o at least two wall plates (11 ) having at least one wall plate connection protrusion (16) for communication with another wall plate (11) or intermediate plate (12) and forming a "U" shaped fish block when mutually contacted with each other,
• the intermediate plate (12) having at least one intermediate plate connection protrusion (17) for communication with the wall plate connection protrusions (16), providing communication between each fish block.
Figure 1 shows a representative view of the inventive head cutting-off belt (10) in assembled form. Figure 2 shows a detail view of the wall plate (11) of the head cutting-off belt (10). The said head cutting-off belt (10) consists of wall plates (11) and intermediate plates (12), which are successively linked to each other. The wall plates (11) comprise side walls (13) having a curved structure for positioning the fish. The sidewalls (13) have a curved structure such that when the wall plates (11 ) are in mutual communication with each other, they first move away from each other at a wider angle and then move away from each other at a more vertical angle. In this way, when the two wall plates (11) are mutually linked, the said side walls (13) form a "U" shaped fish block in which the fish is positioned. An intermediate plate (12) is linked between each fish block formed by the wall plates (11 ). The connection of the wall plates (11) with each other and with the intermediate plate (12) is provided by the wall plate connection protrusions (16) on the wall plate (11) and the intermediate plate connection protrusions (17) on the intermediate plate (12).
In order to ensure the connection between the wall plates (11) and intermediate plates (12), there are wall plate connection holes (18) on the wall plate connection protrusions (16) and intermediate plate connection holes (19) on the intermediate plate connection protrusions (17). The connection of the wall plates (11) and intermediate plates (12) to each other is provided by the connection shaft (20) passing through the wall plate connection holes (18) and intermediate plate connection holes (19). In order to prevent slipping of the fish positioned in the fish block, there are retaining protrusions (14) on the inner parts of the side walls (13), which are formed as longitudinal parallel protrusions of the side wall (13). At the same time, in order to ensure the strength of the side walls (11), there are support protrusions (15) formed to extend towards the wall plate (11 ) at the rear part of the side walls (13).
In the head cutting-off belt (10), the wall plate (11) and the intermediate plate (12) are made of plastic material. In this way, since the weight of the head cutting-off belt (10) is reduced, the load on the machine and the motor carrying the head cutting-off belt (10) is also reduced. This enables the motor to consume less energy. In addition, deformations caused by weight are also prevented.
With the modular structure of the head cutting-off belt (10), in case of any failure or deformation, only the failed or deformed part can be easily detached and the problem can be solved. At the same time, thanks to the flexible structure of the head cutting-off belt (10), serious injuries that may occur in case of any work accident are prevented. In addition, as a result of the head cutting-off belt (10) being made of plastic material, a structure suitable for contact with food has been obtained. Since the head cutting-off belt (10) is made of plastic material, it is also easy to clean. The head cutting-off belt (10) can be washed conveniently with water thanks to the absence of any possibility of corrosion and deterioration.
