Description
SOLID, FACE AND BODY MOISTURISING FORMULAS THAT CAN BE TRANSFORMED INTO AN INTENSIVE MOISTURISING CREAM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cream with a formulation suitable for the definition of non-aquous beauty which provides intensive moisturising on the skin and does not contain water, will be offered for sale by being moulded in the form of a dense and solid tablet/disc, and can be easily transformed into a cream in a desired consistency by being mixed with water as required by the user.
Background of the Invention
Skin is the heaviest organ of the human body which has a multi-layered and dynamic structure and it is the largest area of the human body, after the bones. It constitutes 16% of the body weight of a normal adult individual. Protecting the body against external factors, preventing the body from losing water and providing thermoregulation are the most general known functions of the skin. Prevention of water loss is more important for patient groups with skin problems such as acne vulgaris. Because the skin barrier, which is weakened during acne vulgaris treatments, leads to dry skin by increasing transepidermal water loss. Acne is a common chronic skin disease which progresses by blockage at first and then inflammation of the pilosebaceous units, and leads to the formation of papules and pustules. Acne vulgaris, like most skin diseases, significantly affects the quality of life and body perception of a person in a negative way. Since it usually starts in adolescence period and occurs in more visible areas such as face, arm and back, it has an effect on many mood factors such as anxiety, depression, inability to be social, unhappiness, communication disorders and low self-esteem. Even though topical preparations are usually the first choice of treatment, oral treatment is also
necessary if the lesions develop into nodules or cysts. Excessive skin dryness is the major known side effect of the most commonly used Retinoids (isotretinoin and tretinoin) group of active ingredients used during oral treatment. Despite the fact that skin dryness does not seem to be a very important health problem at the beginning, it will become quite important for the patient groups who will continue the treatment process in the form of oral medication. Because patients who already experience a confusion in their skin perception due to acne lesions may even have to give up the treatment by reason of increasingly severe skin dryness. On the one hand sebum production decreases, on the other hand rapid peeling of the skin increases transepidermal water loss by weakening the protective barrier layer and skin dryness becomes a very important problem. Other skin problems such as eczema, itching and irritation occur on skin that is not sufficiently moisturised.
Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, there is need for moisturising products which enable to provide the daily moisture needed by the skin to the skin and to repair the skin. It is required to moisturise different parts of the body such as hands, face, body, lips.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a solid and dense formulation which can be transformed into a cream very easily, provides an intensive moisturising effect on the skin and does not contain water.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The inventive cream with a formulation which provides an intensive moisturising effect on the skin and does not contain water comprises: a moisturising hydrogenated vegetable oil with a covering effect on the skin; a thickener cetearyl alcohol; ascorbyl palmitate with antioxidant effect; benzoic acid to protect the product against contaminations; cetearyl glucoside (and) cetearyl alcohol with emulsifier effective to transform it into cream easily; a mixture of jojoba oil/macadamia seed oil esters, squalene (and) phytosteryl macadamiate (and) phytosterols (and) tocopherols which balances the
moisture by having a covering effect on the surface of the skin and strengthening the barrier;
Ceramide NP which restructures and strengthens the natural protective lipid barrier of the skin; oxyldodecanol (and) irvingia gabonensis seed oil (and) hydrogenated coco- glycerides which enable the skin to be soft and flexible with their emollient effect; coconut oil, borage oil, rosehip oil, pomegranate seed oil which provide mixture of fatty acids that adapt to the structure of epidermal lipids;
Triethylamine as pH adjuster;
Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, octocrylene, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane which provide UVA and UVB protection; and perfume.
The inventive cream is used to ensure intensive moisturizing of hands, feet and body in particular by comprising myristyl myristate and C13-16 alkane isoparaffin in addition.
The inventive cream is particularly used to ensure intensive moisturizing and protection of the face against UVA and UVB rays in particular by comprising a mixture of undecane and tridecane, sodium hyaluronate cross polymer / sodium hyaluronate / sodium acetylated hyaluronate / hydrolysed sodium hyaluronate / pentylene glycol / ethylhexylglycerol, squalene, bisabolol and allantoin in addition.
The inventive cream comprises 2-10% hydrogenated vegetable oil, 5-30% cetearyl alcohol, 2-15% ascorbyl palmitate, 0,1-3% benzoic acid, 2-10% cetearyl glucoside (and) cetearyl alcohol, 0,5-10% jojoba structure/macadamia seed oil esters, squalene (and) phytosteryl macadamiate (and) phytosterols (and) tocopherol mixture, 0,5-10% ceramide NP, 0,1-10% octyldodecanol (and) irvingia gabonensis seed oil (and) hydrogenated coco-glycerides, 5-25% coconut oil, borage oil, rosehip
oil, pomegranate seed oil, 0.2-5% tri ethylamine, 1-20% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 2-20% octocrylene, 2-20% butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, 2-20% bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, 0.05-2% perfume, 5-20% myristyl myristate and 0.5-10% C13-16 alkane isoparaffin by weight so as to be used for moisturizing the hands, feet and body.
The inventive cream comprises 1-10% hydrogenated vegetable oil, 5-30% cetearyl alcohol, 2-15% ascorbyl palmitate, 0,1-3% benzoic acid, 2-15% cetearyl glucoside (and) cetearyl alcohol, 5-25% coconut oil, borage oil, rosehip oil, pomegranate seed oil, 0,5-10% ceramide NP, 0,5-10% jojoba structure/macadamia seed oil esters, squalene (and) phytosteryl macadamiate (and) phytosterols (and) tocopherol mixture, 0,1-10% octyldodecanol (and) irvingia gabonensis seed oil (and) hydrogenated coco-glycerides, 1-20% ethylhexyl methoxy cinnamate, 2-20% octocrylene, 2-20% butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, 2-20% bis- ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, 0,2-5% triethylamine, 0,05-2% perfume, 5-25% undecane and tridecane mixture, 0,1-8% sodium hyaluronate cross polymer / sodium hyaluronate / sodium acetylated hyaluronate / hydrolysed sodium hyaluronate / pentylene glycol / ethylhexylglycerol, 0,2-10% squalene, 0,1-6% bisabol ol and 0,1-6% allantoin by weight so as to be used for moisturizing the face.
The inventive cream is preferably put on the market in recyclable paper boxes. Plastic packaging is not used. There is a product which can be easily transformed into cream in the form of a solid product that can be moulded by giving tiny different shapes, in the box purchased by users. The user who buys the cream prepares the cream as much as s/he needs in a desired consistency and density by mixing it with 2, 4, 6 or 8 times of its weight in hot water in the home environment. The option of 2, 4, 6 or 8 layers is left to the preference of the person according to the severity of skin dryness. Thus, it is aimed to prepare the final product with enough water that will be suitable for everyone's use. Thereby, the volume that the non-aquous cream will hold provides a quite significant amount of energy gains due to the space it will occupy during storage and transport.
The inventive cream aims to significantly reduce the dryness of the skin experienced by individuals who use Roaccutane and Roaccutane-like drugs in the treatment of acne due to side effects of the drugs. On the other hand, water consumption is reduced for a sustainable environment, the use of plastic packaging and the use of energy for production and the use of petroleum derivatives for plastics and also the amount of energy to be spent during transport and storage are reduced. For these reasons, the Carbon (C) footprint is also reduced in different ways, and it is contributed to the country and world targets in terms of sustainability.
In addition, acne treatments started due to skin dryness are prevented from being left unfinished. Formation of new problems are avoided on the skin that is worn out due to long-term dryness. The daily moisture amount required by the skin is provided quickly and effectively by means of the restructuring. The consumer is provided with the opportunity of the optimum product option by mixing the cream with water at a desired ratio during its use. New formulations are pioneered with the approach of non-aquous beauty. The skin which has become peeled and thin due to acne treatment, is protected against UVA and UVB rays. It is also ensured to have a smooth and repaired skin in long-term use.
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Solid, Face and Body Moisturising Formulas That Can Be Transformed into An Intensive Moisturising Cream”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
