Abstract

A container holding frame-use sheet (10) is delimited, by a plurality of perforated lines, into an outer frame section (11), leg sections (12) and bottom sections (13). The leg sections (12) extend along four sides of the bottom sections (13), and each has one longitudinal end connected to the outer frame section (11) and another longitudinal end connected to the bottom section (13). Ruled lines (12b) are formed, as easy-to-fold lines, at the boundary between the bottom sections (13) and the leg sections (12). When the bottom section (13) is pushed down further than the outer frame section (11), the ruled lines (12b) become folded to cause the container holding frame-use sheet to transform into a container-holding frame.

Description

Sheet for container holding frame and container with holding frame

The present invention relates to a sheet for a container-holding frame that can be transformed into a container-holding frame, and a container with a holding frame that uses the sheet.

Containers made by pressing film or paper for storing food such as prepared dishes and side dishes are known, and a holding frame for holding this type of container is also known, as shown in Patent Document 1.

Here, the holder frame is made by deforming a single sheet for a container-holding frame with score lines cut into it. The sheet for the container-holding frame is divided by a plurality of score lines into an outer frame portion, a leg portion surrounded by the outer frame portion, and a bottom portion surrounded by the leg portion.
Each of the legs extends along the outer periphery of the bottom, and has one end in the longitudinal direction connected to the outer frame and the other end in the longitudinal direction connected to the bottom.

When the bottom of the horizontally supported sheet is pressed below the outer frame, each of the legs bends downward at the boundary with the outer frame, causing the sheet to be deformed three-dimensionally with multiple legs standing up from the bottom toward the outer frame, which is positioned higher than the bottom.
The container is held in the storage space thus formed between the base and the legs.
The container containing the food is then packaged in a packaging bag or the like while still held in the frame, and the framed container is then put up for sale.

Patent No. 4988387

However, with conventional container holding frame sheets, no measures were taken to ensure that the bending position near the boundary between the bottom and the legs was consistent when the sheets were deformed. This meant that the bending position and leg lengths varied, causing the bottom to tilt and making it impossible to hold the container horizontally, which could result in defective products.

On the other hand, there is also a demand to actively regulate the bending position near the boundary between the base and the legs, so that the relative height relationship between the base and the holding frame and the legs can be appropriately adjusted.

The problem to be solved by this invention is to control the folding position of the container-holding frame sheet near the boundary between the bottom and the legs during deformation to the desired position when the sheet is transformed into a container-holding frame.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the sheet for a container-holding frame of the invention consists of a single sheet body with a plurality of score lines or easy-to-break lines, and is partitioned by the plurality of score lines or easy-to-break lines into an outer frame portion, legs surrounded by the outer frame portion, and a bottom portion surrounded by the legs, each of the legs extending along the outer periphery of the bottom portion and having one longitudinal end connected to the outer frame portion and the other longitudinal end connected to the bottom portion, and when the bottom of the horizontally supported sheet body is pushed below the outer frame portion, each of the legs bends downward at the boundary with the outer frame portion, thereby forming a storage space between the bottom and the legs capable of holding a container, and is configured to have easy-to-fold lines at the boundary between the bottom and the legs.
The term "easy break line" used herein refers to a line that breaks when the container holding frame sheet is deformed, and examples of such a line include a perforation and a half cut.
The easy-to-fold line here refers to a line along which the container-holding frame sheet can be folded when it is deformed, and examples of such a line include a ruled line, a perforation, and a half-cut.

With this configuration, when the container frame sheet deforms, it folds along the easy-to-fold line near the boundary between the bottom and the legs, so the bending position is stable at the lower end (inner end) of the legs. Therefore, the length of the legs can be kept almost uniform, preventing the occurrence of defective products.
By changing the direction or position of the easy bending line, the relative height relationship between the bottom and the holding frame or legs can be appropriately adjusted depending on the application, etc., thereby improving convenience.

In the container-holding frame sheet of the invention, the multiple score lines or easy-to-break lines consist of multiple pairs of side lines, each pair consisting of an outer line that separates the outside of each leg from the outer frame and an inner line that separates the inside of each leg from the bottom, and the easy-to-fold lines at the boundaries between the bottom and the legs can be configured to cross a portion of the bottom, from one inner line between adjacent pairs of side lines to the other inner line.

With this configuration, it is possible to adjust the position of the legs so that the length of the legs is relatively long when deformed and the bottom part is raised higher than the lower end of the legs.
The bottom is raised to prevent dirt and other contaminants from adhering to the underside of the bottom.

In the container-holding frame sheet of the present invention, the multiple score lines or easy-to-break lines are made up of multiple pairs of side lines, each pair consisting of an outer line that separates the outside of each leg from the outer frame and an inner line that separates the inside of each leg from the bottom, and the easy-to-fold lines at the boundaries between the bottom and the legs can be configured to extend from the inner line of each pair of side lines to the outer line.

With this configuration, the length of the legs when deformed is relatively short, and the positions can be adjusted so that the lower ends and the bottom are substantially on the same plane.
The flat bottom allows for stable transport even in a deformed state, and also reduces the height of the sheet when it is deformed.

In the container-holding frame sheet of the present invention, it is preferable to adopt a configuration that has an easy-to-fold line at the boundary between the outer frame and the legs.

When configured in this way, when the container-holding frame sheet deforms, it bends along the easy-to-fold line near the boundary between the outer frame and the legs, so the bending position is stable even at the upper ends (outer ends) of the legs, further preventing the occurrence of defective products.

Furthermore, in the sheet for container holding frames according to the invention, it is preferable that the inner periphery of the outer frame and the outer periphery of the bottom are substantially square, and that each of the legs extends along the four sides of the inner periphery of the outer frame and the four sides of the outer periphery of the bottom, with one end in the longitudinal direction connected to each of the four corners of the inner periphery of the outer frame and the other end in the longitudinal direction connected to each of the four corners of the outer periphery of the bottom.

This configuration makes it easy to stably store typical containers that are circular in plan view and made by pressing film or paper into the storage space, and because the configuration is relatively simple, there is a high degree of freedom in the position and direction of the lines, making it relatively easy to appropriately adjust the relative height relationship between the base and the holding frame or legs depending on the application, etc.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the container with holding frame according to the invention is configured to include a container holding frame formed by modifying the above-mentioned sheet for container holding frames, capable of holding a container in a storage space between a bottom and legs rising from the bottom, and a container held in the storage space.

The container holding frame sheet of the invention is constructed as described above, making it possible to control the folding position near the boundary between the bottom and the legs when it is deformed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the sheet 10 for a container holding frame shown in Figures 1A and 1B can be modified to assemble an embodiment of the container holding frame 10 for holding a container 20 containing food or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the container holding frame sheet 10 of the embodiment is a sheet body having a substantially square shape overall, the four corners of which are rounded in an arc shape.
The container holding frame sheet 10 is divided into an outer frame portion 11, legs 12, and a bottom portion 13 by making a plurality of cut lines.
The material of the sheet body constituting the container holding frame sheet 10 is not particularly limited, but examples include paper, synthetic resin film, metal foil such as aluminum foil, or a composite of these, with paper being preferred as it is environmentally friendly and easy to dispose of or incinerate.

The dimensions of the sheet 10 for container-holding frames are not particularly limited, but an example would be one with a side length of 100 mm to 150 mm, which is sufficient to hold containers 20 of general dimensions for storing food items such as prepared meals, side dishes, and frozen foods when transformed into the container-holding frame 10. The items to be stored are not limited to food items.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the outer frame portion 11 is composed of a square ring-shaped frame main body 11a and a cross-shaped partition frame 11b.
The portion of the sheet 10 for container-holding frames surrounded by the frame body 11a is divided by the partition frames 11b into four, two rows each in the front, back, left and right directions, to form square container-holding sections. Each container-holding section is made up of four legs 12 and one bottom 13.

1A, perforations 11c extending from the inner periphery to the outer periphery are formed at the four corners of the frame body 11a of the outer frame portion 11. By breaking the perforations 11c, it is possible to open the ring of the outer frame portion 11.
Further, a cross-shaped perforation 11d is formed in the partition frame 11b of the outer frame portion 11, crossing the outer frame portion 11 in the up-down and left-right directions. At the outer edge of the outer frame portion 11 where the perforation 11d reaches, a notch 11e is formed, which serves as a trigger for breaking the perforation 11d.
By breaking this perforation 11c, it is possible to separate the container holding parts individually.

When the container-holding frame sheet 10 is deformed, the outer frame portion 11 becomes a framework that supports the container holding portions.
The outer dimensions of the outer frame portion 11 correspond to the dimensions of the container holding frame sheet 10. The width of the frame body 11a and the partition frame 11b of the outer frame portion 11 is not particularly limited, but can be 3 mm to 20 mm, for example, and more preferably 8 mm to 12 mm.
If the width is less than 3 mm, the strength of the outer frame portion 11 will be insufficient and there is a risk of it breaking when deformed, and if the width exceeds 20 mm, the overall dimensions of the sheet 10 for the container holding frame will become large, and there is a risk that the size of the packaging body etc. when packaged after deformation will also become large accordingly.

As shown in FIG. 1A , the four legs 12 in each container holder are each formed into a long and narrow rectangle, and are disposed adjacent to each other with their longitudinal directions extending along the four sides of the inner circumference of the outer frame 11 .
Of both ends of each leg 12, one end (outer end) is connected to the outer frame portion 11. A crease 12a is formed at the boundary between the leg 12 and the outer frame portion 11 as a line for easy folding. The crease 12a extends along the inner periphery of the outer frame portion 11. The crease 12a allows the leg 12 to be folded relative to the outer frame portion 11.
Further, each leg portion 12 and the outer frame portion 11 are separated from each other by a straight outer line 12c, which is a cut line, except for the above-mentioned connecting portions.
The outer line 12c is curved in an arc shape at the boundary between the leg portion 12 and the outer frame portion 11. This makes the leg portion 12 wider near the boundary with the outer frame portion 11 and reinforces it.

When the container holding frame sheet 10 is deformed, the legs 12 support the outer periphery of the container 20 .
The dimensions of the legs 12 are not particularly limited, but examples of dimensions suitable for adequately supporting the outer periphery of a container 20, such as a side dish cup, include a length of 20 mm to 80 mm, more preferably a length of 40 mm to 50 mm, and a width of 2 mm to 15 mm, more preferably a width of 5 mm to 7 mm.
If the length is less than 20 mm, the height of the container 20 when filled with food or the like will exceed this length, causing it to protrude from the container holding frame 10 and the container 20 to be unable to be fixed within the storage space of the container holding frame 10. If the length exceeds 80 mm, the container 20 will be too large compared to the height of a typical container and there is a risk that the container 20 will shift within the storage space.
Furthermore, if the width is less than 2 mm, the strength of the legs 12 may be insufficient and there is a risk of them breaking during deformation, and if the width exceeds 15 mm, the legs 12 may become too large, and when bending the boundaries with the bottom 13 and outer frame 11 described below during deformation, the strength of the legs 12 may become too strong and they may become difficult to deform, and the overall dimensions of the sheet 10 for the container holding frame may also become large, which may result in a corresponding increase in the size of the packaging body when packaged after deformation.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the bottom 13 of each container holder has a substantially square shape, and the four sides of the periphery of the bottom 13 are disposed adjacent to the four legs 12 so as to extend along the four legs 12, respectively.
Of both ends of each leg 12, the end (inner end) opposite the side connected to the outer frame 11 is connected to the bottom 13. A crease 12b is formed at the boundary between the leg 12 and the bottom 13 as a line for easy folding. This crease 12b allows the leg 12 to be folded relative to the bottom 13.
Further, each leg portion 12 and the bottom portion 13 are separated from each other by a straight inner line 12d, which is a cut line, except for the above-mentioned connecting portions.

When the container holding frame sheet 10 is deformed, the bottom portion 13 supports the bottom of the container 20 .
The dimensions of the bottom 13 are not particularly limited, but an example of a suitable dimension for supporting the bottom of a container 20, such as a side dish cup, without excess or deficiency is 20 mm to 80 mm on one side, and more preferably 30 mm to 40 mm.
If the length of one side is less than 20 mm, it will be smaller than the bottom dimension of a typical container 20 and there is a risk that the container 20 cannot be stored, and if the length of one side exceeds 80 mm, it will be too large compared to the bottom dimension of a typical container 20, and there is a risk that the container 20 will shift or fall over within the storage space.

1A, the outer line 12c and the inner line 12d located on both sides of each leg 12 form a pair of parallel side lines. In each container holder, there are four pairs of side lines corresponding to each leg 12. Adjacent pairs of side lines are substantially perpendicular to each other.
Between two adjacent pairs of side lines, the outer line 12c of one pair of side lines is connected to the inner line 12d of the other pair of side lines to form an L-shaped break line, but the inner line 12d of one pair of side lines and the outer line 12c of the other pair of side lines are separated by the inner line 12d of the other pair of side lines and do not connect to each other.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 1A, in each container holding portion, four L-shaped cut lines, each having an outer line 12c and an inner line 12d connected thereto, are arranged spaced apart from each other, sort of like a swastika.
For this reason, there are no closed spaces that are completely surrounded by connected score lines within the container-holding frame sheet 10. Therefore, the container-holding frame sheet 10 is free of small pieces that would be generated by the existence of such closed spaces.
This prevents small pieces from remaining in the punching process of the container holding frame sheet 10 or in the deformation process described below, and prevents small pieces from becoming mixed in as foreign matter in the packaging process.

As shown in FIG. 1A, in this embodiment, the boundary line 12b between the leg 12 and the bottom 13 is formed diagonally so as to cross the corner of the bottom 13 from the end of the inner line 12d of one pair of adjacent side lines to the middle of the inner line 12d of the other pair of side lines.

The configuration of the container-holding frame sheet 10 of the embodiment is as described above. Next, an example of a method of transforming (assembling) the sheet into a container-holding frame 10 will be described with reference to Figures 2A to 3.

For example, first, as shown in Figs. 2A and 2B, with outer frame portion 11 of container-holding frame sheet 10 supported in a horizontal position, bottom portion 13 of the container holding portion is pressed downward.
Then, in conjunction with this, the legs 12 of the container holding portion are bent downward at the boundary lines 12a with the outer frame portion 11.

As the bottom 13 descends, the boundary lines 12b between the bottom 13 and the legs 12 also bend to form mountain folds when viewed from above. At this time, the bottom 13 rotates along the horizontal plane so that the positions of its four corners are misaligned with the positions of the four corners of the inner circumference of the outer frame 11.
The lines 12a and 12b allow smooth folding at the boundaries between the legs 12 and the outer frame 11 or the bottom 13. In this embodiment, the lines 12a and 12b are formed in a concave shape when viewed from the top surface of the container holding frame sheet 10 shown in Fig. 2A. This allows the folding at these boundaries to be regularly controlled. However, this does not exclude forming the lines in a convex shape, and the formation of the lines 12a is not essential.
Furthermore, since the folding positions are limited to the positions where the lines 12a, 12b are formed, the folding positions and heights are uniform between the leg portions 12, thereby suppressing the occurrence of defective products.

This completes the container holding frame 10. In this embodiment, due to the positions and directions of the lines 12b, the bottom 13 of the container holding frame 10 is raised upward as if it were raised from the lower ends of the legs 12.
As described above, the outer line 12c is curved in an arc shape at the boundary between the leg 12 and the outer frame 11, so the grounding points at the lower ends of the legs 12 are rounded. Therefore, buckling is prevented even when a load is applied, and unlike a sharp grounding point, fingers will not be pricked.
Since the bottom 13 is raised, the back surface of the bottom 13 is prevented from becoming soiled.
A three-dimensional storage space that opens onto the outer frame 11 is formed between the bottom 13 and the legs 12, and a container 20 filled with frozen food or the like is stored in this storage space, as shown in FIG. 3.
In this embodiment, four containers 20 are stored in four container holders.

In this state, the product is packaged in a packaging bag or box and then sold.
A consumer who purchases this can unwrap the package and then break the perforation 11d formed in the partition frame 11b of the outer frame 11 to remove the required amount of containers 20 stored in the container holding section.
Furthermore, when it is desired to separate the container 20 from the container holding frame 10, the container can be removed by breaking the perforation 11c formed in the frame body 11a of the outer frame portion 11 to open the ring of the outer frame portion 11.

Here, the type of container 20 is not particularly limited, but Figures 2A and 3 show an example of a container 20 called a side dish cup or the like, which is made by pressing a sheet of paper, a synthetic resin film, a metal foil such as aluminum foil, or a composite of these.
The container 20 has a bottom wall 21 that is substantially circular in plan view, and a peripheral wall 22 that extends upward from the bottom wall 21, and folds 22a resulting from press molding are formed on the peripheral wall 22. The container 20 opens upward, and products and the like can be filled through the opening.

In this way, the peripheral wall 22 of the container 20 has a gear-like unevenness formed by the folds 22 a , so that it engages with the opening edge of the legs 12 and the outer frame portion 11 of the container holding frame 10 .
In this manner, the integrity of the container 20 is enhanced so that the container 20 does not fall out of the storage space of the container holding frame 10, and a container with a holding frame is formed.

The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects.
The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, and includes all modifications within the meaning and scope of the claims.

For example, the method of transforming the sheet 10 for container-holding frames into the container-holding frames 10 is not limited to manual processing as in the embodiment, but it is also possible to attempt automation using a jig or the like.
4A and 4B, the inside of a square cylindrical main body J1 is divided by a cross frame J2, and a jig J having an attached guide G is used. The bottom of the main body J1 is closed.
In this case, the sheet 10 for the container holding frame placed on the jig J is first positioned by the guide G, and the frame main body 11a of the outer frame portion 11 of the sheet 10 for the container holding frame is supported approximately horizontally by the upper end surface of its main body J1, and the partition frame 11b of the outer frame portion 11 is supported approximately horizontally by the upper end surface of its cross frame J2.

Furthermore, from this state, containers 20 are placed on each container holder as shown in Figs. 5A and 5B.
6A to 6C, the pusher P is lowered from above toward the container holding portion on which the container 20 is placed, and the bottom portion 13 and the legs 12 are pushed in together with the container 20, thereby deforming the container 20 into the container holding frame 10. Note that the container 20 may be pushed in by hand without using the pusher P.
In this case, the transformation of the sheet 10 for container-holding frames into the container-holding frames 10 and the setting of the containers 20 in the storage space are carried out simultaneously.

Of course, the same process may be carried out without placing the container 20 on the container holder, and the container 20 may be set after it has been transformed into the container holding frame 10.
Furthermore, a container 20 filled with frozen food or the like can be placed on the container holder, and the bottom 13 can be lowered together with the food and container 20 using the pusher P in a similar manner.
In this case, the amount of descent of the pusher P is smaller than when nothing is placed on the container holding portion or when only the container 20 is placed on the container holding portion.

Alternatively, a hole can be drilled in the closed bottom of the jig J, a shaft with a suction cup attached to its upper end can be inserted through the hole so that it can be raised and lowered, and the suction cup can be attached to the bottom 13 before the shaft is lowered, pulling the bottom 13 downward and transforming it into a container holding frame 10.

Furthermore, the position, direction, etc. of the crease 12b at the boundary between the bottom 13 and the leg 12 are not limited to those in the embodiment. For example, the crease 12b may be formed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the leg 12.
7, the crease 12b may be formed in each side line pair so as to cross the inside of the leg 12 from the end of the inner line 12d to the middle of the outer line 12c. Alternatively, although not shown, the crease 12b may be formed obliquely so as to pass through the entire inside of the leg 12 from the end of the inner line 12d to the top end of the outer line 12c.

From here, as shown in Figures 8A to 10C, as in the embodiment, when the bottom 13 is pushed downward using a pusher P or the like, the lines 12b are folded into a valley fold when viewed from above, and in the completed container holding frame 10, the bottom 13 and the lower ends of the legs 12 are positioned on the same plane.
In this way, the conveyance of the deformed sheet is stable. Also, the height of the sheet in the deformed state can be suppressed. Furthermore, when the deformation process is automated and the container holding frame 10 is conveyed by a conveyor or the like, the legs 12 do not protrude below the bottom 13, so that the legs 12 are prevented from being caught in the joints of the conveyor.
In addition, when the line 12b is formed obliquely so as to pass through the entire inside of the leg 12 from the end of the inner line 12d to the top end of the outer line 12c, the strength of the leg 12 is improved because the leg 12 itself is bent obliquely at the line 12b.

In this way, when the crease 12b is formed within each side line pair from the end of the inner line 12d to the middle of the outer line 12c, the amount of protrusion of the leg 12 below the bottom 13 is reduced; conversely, when the crease 12b is formed from the end of the inner line 12d of one side line pair to the middle of the inner line 12d of the other side line pair, as in the embodiment, the amount of protrusion of the leg 12 below the bottom 13 is increased.
In other words, if a line 12b is formed at position A in Figure 11 from the end of the inner line 12d to the outer line 12c, the amount of protrusion of the leg 12 below the bottom 13 will be large, if a line 12b is formed at position C, the amount of protrusion of the leg 12 below the bottom 13 will be small, and if a line 12b is formed at position B, the amount of protrusion will be intermediate.
In this way, by changing the direction and position of the ruled lines 12b, the relative height relationship between the bottom 13 and the outer frame 11 and legs 12 can be appropriately adjusted depending on the application, etc.

The shapes of the outer frame 11, the legs 12, the bottom 13 and the container holders, and the numbers of the legs 12, the bottom 13 and the container holders are not limited to those in the embodiment.
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, an opening (hole) 13a may be provided in the bottom portion 13.
The base 13 can also be a polygon other than a square (e.g., a triangle, a pentagon, or a hexagon), and the legs 12 can be a number along each side of the outer periphery of the polygon (e.g., three if the base is a triangle, five if the base is a pentagon, and six if the base is a hexagon).
The width of the legs 12 does not have to be constant, and may be tapered toward the bottom 13, may be tapered toward the outer frame 11, or may have a wavy outer edge. The outer frame 11 may be an annular shape other than a square ring, such as a circular ring or a rectangular ring.
In the embodiment, the number of container holders is four, two rows each in the front-rear and left-right directions, but the number of parallel containers may be different in the front-rear and left-right directions, such as three rows each in the front-rear and left-right directions, or one row in the front-rear direction and two rows in the left-right direction. Also, there may be only one container holder. If the shape of the container holder is hexagonal, it may be arranged along each side of the outer periphery of the polygon to form a so-called honeycomb structure. Therefore, the arrangement is not limited.

The arrangement of the cut lines such as the outer line 12c and the inner line 12d is not limited to the embodiment, and they may be arranged so that no closed space is formed on the container holding frame sheet 10. This prevents small pieces such as punching waste from being generated. The cut lines may be easily broken lines such as perforations or half cuts, or a combination of these.
Also, the sheet 10 for container-holding frames may be arranged so that there is a closed space surrounded by the cut line on the sheet 10 for container-holding frames. Also, as described above, an opening 13a may be formed in the bottom 13. When the jig J is used as described above, when a hole is made in the closed bottom of the jig J, a shaft with a suction cup attached to the upper end is inserted into the hole so as to be movable up and down, and the suction cup is attached to the bottom 13 and then the shaft is lowered, pulling the bottom 13 downward and deforming it into the container-holding frame 10, so that the container-holding frame 10 can be set on the jig J. However, when an opening is formed in the bottom 13 of the sheet 10 for container-holding frames, the shaft can be continuously raised and lowered even after the container-holding frame 10 is set on the jig J. Therefore, the suction cup of the shaft is attached to the bottom of the container 20 through the opening 13a formed in the bottom 13 of the container-holding frame 10, and then the shaft is lowered, so that the container 20 can also be set on the container-holding frame 10 using such a suction mechanism. Furthermore, by forming the opening 13a in the bottom 13, it becomes possible to directly press the bottom of the container 20 with the fingers when removing the container 20 from the container holding frame 10, thereby improving the ease of removing the container 20.

The line 12a at the boundary between the outer frame portion 11 and the leg portion 12, the perforations 11c and 11d, and the notch 11e of the outer frame portion 11 may be omitted. In addition, in the embodiment, the line 12a and the line 12b are shown as examples of the easy-to-fold lines, but the invention is not limited to these, and other easy-to-fold lines such as half cuts and perforations may also be used.
Instead of the outer line 12c and inner line 12d as the cut lines in the embodiment, easy-to-break lines such as half cuts or perforations may be used, and these may be broken when the container holding frame sheet 10 is deformed.
It is preferable that the easy-to-fold line and the easy-to-break line are of different types, for example, one is a half-cut and the other is a perforation, since these can be easily distinguished.
Also, instead of the perforations 11c and 11d, other easily breakable lines such as half cuts may be used.
