Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle composition cosmétique en émulsion eau dans l'huile ayant un lissé accru pendant l'application et moins de sensation de frottement après application. Cette composition cosmétique en émulsion eau dans l'huile contient de l'eau, de l'huile de silicone, une silicone modifiée par polyéther de poids moléculaire élevé représentée par la formule (1'), et un polymère ayant une structure représentée par la formule (1), la silicone modifiée par polyéther de poids moléculaire élevé contenant 40 % en masse ou plus de groupes polyoxyalkylène dans la molécule, le poids moléculaire de la silicone modifiée par polyéther de poids moléculaire élevé étant supérieur ou égal à 30 000, le poids moléculaire moyen en nombre du polymère étant inférieur ou égal à 10 000, et la valeur IOB du polymère étant de 0,4 à 1,8.
