L'invention concerne une tige d'atomisation comprenant un papier à rouler (1) enveloppant un tube en carton (2) et au moins une partie d'un embout buccal souple (3), l'embout buccal souple comprenant un filtre et étant positionné adjacent à une première extrémité du tube en carton, un agent de vapeur (4), l'agent de vapeur étant relié à demeure à une paroi interne du tube en carton au niveau d'une seconde extrémité du tube en carton distale par rapport à l'embout buccal souple ou contenu à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et un élément de refroidissement et de fixation (5), l'élément de refroidissement et de fixation étant relié à demeure à la paroi interne du tube en carton entre l'embout buccal souple et l'agent de vapeur ou contenu à l'intérieur de celle-ci. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de telles tiges d'atomisation ayant un tube composite comprenant un embout buccal souple.
