  • a straight may include a straight piece of cardboard or other material that is rolled into a cylinder.
  • a sheet filter may include an accordion filter.
  • an accordion filter is made by folding a sheet (e.g., piece of cardboard) accordion-style.
  • a spiral filter may be included in the kit.
  • a spiral filter may be made by rolling sheet (e.g., a piece of cardboard into a spiral).
  • Spiral filters may be a bit more decorative than straight or accordion filters, they may also help to filter out more tar and chemicals. Spiral filters are sometimes a bit more difficult to make than straight or accordion filters, but they can be a fun and creative way to customize cigaretes.
  • Biodegradable filters may be made from natural materials, such as bamboo or cellulose acetate. These filters may be designed to break down in the environment, making them a more sustainable option.
  • Activated carbon filters may be designed to filter out even more tar and chemicals than regular foam filters. They optionally contain activated carbon, which is a type of charcoal that has been treated to have a high surface area. This allows the carbon to absorb more of the harmful chemicals in the smoke. Activated carbon filters are more expensive than regular foam filters, but they can offer some health benefits.
