Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de réservation d'un emplacement de stationnement de charge dans une station de charge, consistant à : obtenir des informations de demande de réservation de charge d'un utilisateur d'un véhicule (S1) ; sélectionner une station de charge cible sur la base des informations de demande de réservation de charge (S2) ; et réserver un quota de charge de la station de charge cible sur la base des informations de demande de réservation de charge, le véhicule pouvant être chargé à n'importe quel emplacement de stationnement de charge disponible dans la station de charge cible sur la base du quota de charge (S3). La présente invention concerne un système de réservation d'un emplacement de stationnement de charge dans une station de charge, et un produit programme d'ordinateur pour mettre en œuvre les étapes du procédé. Selon la présente invention, après que le véhicule arrive à la station de charge cible, l'utilisateur peut sélectionner librement un emplacement de stationnement de charge qui est conforme aux préférences et aux habitudes de l'utilisateur. De cette manière, l'utilisateur n'a pas besoin d'annuler la présente réservation et de réserver à nouveau un emplacement de stationnement de charge afin d'utiliser l'emplacement de stationnement de charge qui est conforme aux préférences et aux habitudes de l'utilisateur, ce qui permet d'améliorer la flexibilité de réservations de charge et l'expérience de l'utilisateur.
