- FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a structure for attaching a sheet member to a window glass, the structure being applied to the position of a crescent receiver.
- FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a structure for attaching a sheet member to a window pane according to the present invention.
- This structure for attaching a sheet member to a window glass is an attachment structure for attaching a sheet member 1 to the surface of a window glass G, and includes a first magnet piece 2 attached to the surface of the window glass G along the vertical frames F on both sides of the window screen S, and a second magnet piece 3 attached to both sides of the sheet member 1 and magnetically attracted to the first magnet piece 2.
- Window glass G includes window glass in homes, offices, and other buildings.
- the sheet member 1 may be composed of a single sheet member 1 of the same size as the window glass G, or may be composed of multiple sheet members 1 divided in the vertical direction (in this embodiment, it is composed of two sheet members 1 divided in two in the vertical direction, but it can be divided into three or more parts), and the divided upper and lower sheet members 1 are attached to the surface of the window glass G with overlapping portions.
- the sheet member 1 is preferably made of any of cloth, nonwoven fabric, synthetic resin film such as polyolefin resin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, polystyrene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, etc., having an arbitrary light-shielding rate, depending on the purpose of light-shielding or concealment, and among these, cloth and nonwoven fabric are particularly preferred.
- a mesh-like sheet may be used for the cloth or nonwoven fabric.
- the synthetic resin film, synthetic resin sheet, and synthetic resin plate may be subjected to semi-transparent printing such as frosted glass, or partial printing such as mesh, dot, check, and stripe.
- the color of the sheet member 1 is preferably bright colors such as white, pink, cream, and light blue, and white is particularly preferred.
- the light-shielding and privacy protection functions are exerted, and further, when the sheet member 1 is viewed from inside the room during the day, it appears whitish overall due to sunlight, and at night, it appears blackish such as dark blue or ultramarine due to the influence of the change in the color of the outside, so that it appears as if the light and dark are reversed depending on the difference in brightness between the inside and outside of the room.
- white cloth or nonwoven fabric it is possible to let in enough light into the room without making it too dark, making it a substitute for lace curtains.
- the light blocking rate of the sheet member 1 is set to, for example, 40% to 85%.
- the sheet member 1 is attached to the entire surface of the window glass G
- the size and attachment position of the sheet member 1 are not particularly limited and may be appropriately set according to the area to be shaded or concealed.
- the sheet member 1 by constructing the sheet member 1 from a plurality of sheet members 1 divided in the vertical direction, and by providing overlapping portions between the upper and lower divided sheet members 1 and attaching them to the surface of the window glass G, it is possible to easily adjust the degree of shading and the position of the screen.
- the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 are made of rubber magnets or other magnet pieces with a width of 5 to 30 mm and a thickness of 1 to 2 mm, and are attached to the window glass G or sheet member 1 by any fixing means such as adhesive tape or adhesive.
- the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 can preferably be configured so that their polarity alternates at a predetermined interval in the length direction (FIG. 2(a)) or width direction (FIG. 2(b)), for example, at intervals of about 1 mm to 30 mm, preferably about 1 mm to 10 mm, and more preferably about 2 mm to 5 mm, as shown in FIG.
- the opposing magnet pieces can be magnetically attached at positions with different polarities, as shown in FIG. This allows a large magnetic force to be obtained when magnetically attaching the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3.
- FIG. 2(a) length direction
- FIG. 2(b) width direction
- the attachment position of the sheet member 1 can be slid in units of the dimension of the interval at which the polarity changes x 2, and when the sheet member 1 is composed of a plurality of sheet members 1 divided in the vertical direction, the magnetic force of the overlapping portion of the divided upper and lower sheet members 1 can be maintained. Also, as shown in Fig. 2(b), by using the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 whose polarity alternates at a predetermined interval in the width direction, the magnetic force is slightly reduced compared to the case of Fig. 2(a), but the attachment position of the sheet member 1 can be slid steplessly.
- first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 in addition to a ferrite magnet, a neodymium magnet having a stronger magnetic attraction can be used.
- first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 can be printed or color-coded to indicate the magnetic poles so that the polarity of the magnetic poles can be identified.
- sealing pieces 4 can be attached to the upper and lower ends of the sheet member 1 (or along the upper and lower frames of the window screen S on the surface of the window glass G).
- the sealing piece 4 can be made of a heat insulating material such as foamed resin or the same material as the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 . This makes it possible to make the space formed between the window glass G and the sheet member 1 a heat-insulating space, thereby preventing the occurrence of condensation.
- the sheet member 1 can be neatly attached to the surface of the window glass G without causing wrinkles or air pockets.
- the sheet member 1 that has been attached can be easily peeled off and reattached, making it easy to adjust the degree of light blocking and the position of the screen.
- a first magnet piece 2 and a second magnet piece 3 consisting of magnet pieces such as rubber magnets are used, but part of them can be replaced with magnetic pieces such as iron plates.
- Figure 4(b) is an example in which a magnetic piece 2A is used instead of the first magnet piece 2 shown in Figure 4(a)
- Figures 4(c) and (d) are examples in which a magnetic piece 3A is used instead of the second magnet piece 3 shown in Figure 4(a).
- a first magnet piece 2 is attached to the surface of the window glass G along the vertical frames F on both sides of the window screen S, and second magnet pieces 3 attached to both sides of the sheet member 1 are magnetically attached to the first magnet piece 2.
- one of the second magnet pieces 3 is magnetized inward by interposing a rod-shaped spacer 3B of several millimeters square, as shown in Figure 5 (c), between it and the vertical frame F.
- the sheet member 1 is attached in a stretched state to the second magnet piece 3.
- the sheet member 1 is temporarily fixed to the upper (or lower) frame of the window screen S with adhesive tape, so that the installation work can be carried out smoothly.
- the spacer 3B is removed, and the sheet member 1 is attached to the surface of the window glass G via the second magnet piece 3 which is magnetically attracted to the first magnet piece 2.
- a second magnet piece 3 that is several mm wider than the specified dimension and has a cut line 32 such as a half cut made in advance can be used, and the sheet member 1 can be attached in a stretched state to this second magnet piece 3, and then the portion of the cut line 32 can be cut off to make it the specified dimension, and the sheet member 1 can be attached to the surface of the window glass G via the second magnet piece 3 that is magnetically attached to the first magnet piece 2.
- the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3 are attached to the window glass G or the sheet member 1 via adhesive layers 21 and 31, respectively.
- the sheet member 1 may be a bag-shaped synthetic resin film, sheet or plate.
- a bag-shaped sheet member 1 with an open top is used, and the sheet member 1 is attached to the surface of the window glass G via a second magnet piece 3 that is magnetically attracted to a first magnet piece 2.
- This allows the sheet member 1 to have a storage function; for example, a bag-shaped sheet member 1 can store posters, photographs, and other display items and display them facing indoors (or outdoors).
- a notice such as a poster or a photograph is to be stored in the bag-shaped sheet member 1, at least the sheet member on the notice side is made of a transparent synthetic resin film, synthetic resin sheet or synthetic resin plate.
- the sheet member 1 can be given a design like a silhouette. Specifically, first, as shown in FIG. 7(a) and FIG. 8(a), the first magnet pieces 2 are attached to the surface of the window glass G along the vertical frames F on both sides of the window screen S.
- the first magnet piece 2 may not be provided at the position of the crescent receiver L. This is because a crescent holder L is attached to the vertical frame F (outer shoji joining frame) of the window screen S, but at this position, the gap between the surface of the window glass G and the crescent holder L is usually narrow, about a few mm, so it is not possible to install both the first magnet piece 2 and the second magnet piece 3.
- the sheet member 1 can be attached to the surface of the window glass G via the second magnet piece 3 attached to the sheet member 1 and magnetically attracted to the first magnet piece 2, without interfering with the crescent holder L.
- the first magnet pieces 2 are attached to the surface of the window glass G along the vertical frames F on both sides of the window screen S over its entire length, and then the first magnet pieces 2 are partially cut out at the position of the crescent receiver L. This makes it possible to maintain the continuity of the polarity of the upper and lower first magnet pieces 2 sandwiching the discontinuous portion, and the first magnet pieces 2 can provide a stable magnetic attraction force.
- the sheet member 1 is made up of four sheets (1) to (4) (sheets (2) and (3) are provided with a shadow picture sheet 11), or as shown in FIG. 8(b), six sheets (1) to (6) (sheets (3) and (6) are provided with a shadow picture sheet 11), with second magnet pieces 3 attached to both sides of each sheet member 1, which are magnetically attached to the first magnet pieces 2.
- Each sheet member 1 can be positioned, for example, in the positions shown in FIG. 7(c) and FIG. 8(c) (the position of each sheet member 1 can be changed as appropriate), and thus each sheet member 1 can be attached to the window glass G by magnetically attaching the second magnet pieces 3 to the first magnet pieces 2, as shown in FIG. 7(d) and FIG. 8(d).
- the shadow picture sheet 11 is partially laminated on top of the sheet member 1 and is configured to have a higher light blocking rate than the sheet member 1, preferably with a light blocking rate of 90% or more, more preferably with a light blocking rate of 95% or more, and particularly preferably with a light blocking rate of 98% or more.
- the shadow picture sheet 11 is configured in the shape of a picture, figure, pattern, and/or letter. Specific examples include pictures of people, animals, plants, etc., figures such as circles, stars, and hearts, and patterns such as checks and stripes.
- the shape is not limited to a predetermined shape, and the user can cut it out into a shape of their choice.
- the design can be easily improved, and the shape, position, and combination of the shadow picture sheet 11 can be freely changed according to the size of the window and personal preferences, thereby increasing the freedom of design.
- sunlight of about 10,000 to 100,000 lux is irradiated, so that the sheet member 1 looks whitish and the shadow picture sheet 11 looks dark gray or black. Therefore, a design like a shadow picture can be obtained.
- the sunlight weakens, so the sheet member 1 changes from the daytime whitish color to a bluish color.
- the shadow picture sheet 11 becomes visible in its original color such as white.
- the indoor light is about 1000 lux, so the indoor light is brighter, and the shadow picture sheet 11 clearly appears in its original color such as white.
- the sheet member 1 changes to a dark navy blue color close to black, ultramarine blue, or dark gray due to the change in the color tone of the outdoor.
- the sheet member 1 is made of a thin white nonwoven fabric, so the sheet member 1 looks like it has a white haze. As described above, the light and dark of the sheet member 1 and the shadow picture sheet 11 can be seen as being reversed depending on the difference in brightness between the indoors and outdoors.
- the sheet member 1 When viewed from outside, the light and dark appear to be reversed from the indoors, and in the daytime, the sheet member 1 appears dark gray or black, and the silhouette sheet 11 appears whitish. At night, the sheet member 1 appears whitish, and the silhouette sheet 11 appears dark gray or black. Therefore, the silhouette-like design can be felt even from outside.
- the structure for attaching a sheet member to window glass of the present invention can be neatly attached to the surface of the window glass without creating wrinkles or air pockets, and can also be easily reattached, allowing adjustments to the degree of light blocking and the position of the screen, making it widely usable when attaching a sheet member to window glass.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a structure for attaching a sheet member to a window pane according to the present invention.
This structure for attaching a sheet member to a window glass is an attachment structure for attaching a
Window glass G includes window glass in homes, offices, and other buildings.

Here, the
This makes it possible to make the space formed between the window glass G and the sheet member 1 a heat-insulating space, thereby preventing the occurrence of condensation.

Figure 4(b) is an example in which a

As shown in FIG. 7(b), the
