Abstract

The invention relates to a perfusion filtration system for continuous cultivation of cell cultures, including a pump (1) for supplying circulating liquid to the system; a filter holder with replaceable filter elements (2); an automated control system of membrane valves with software, which consists of four separate filtrate withdrawal lines with pressure sensors (3), which allow recording the pressure changes and the rate of pressure change, which indicate the degree of contamination of the filter element, wherein the automated control system has the ability to regulate the frequency of opening and closing of membrane valves (4.1-7.3) and start the self- cleaning mode of the filter elements in automatic mode, where there are three membrane valves on each filtrate withdrawal line, and the valves (4.1; 5.1; 6.1; 7.1) and (4.3; 5.3; 6.3; 7.3) operate with the ability to ensure flow is cut off, and the valves (4.2; 5.2; 6.2; 7.2) operate with the ability to ensure the creation of flow, and wherein the automated control system has the ability to ensure cleaning of filter elements in automatic mode with automated control of filtrate withdrawal with replacement of the culture medium in the bioreactor to the fresh culture medium. The technical result consists in increasing the density cell cultures and in increasing the product yield.
