Un dispositif pouvant être porté sur soi selon un mode de réalisation peut comprendre : une partie d'usure qui peut être montée sur le tronc d'un utilisateur ; une partie d'entraînement qui peut commander et transmettre de l'énergie pour aider le mouvement de l'utilisateur ; et une partie de liaison qui relie la partie d'usure et la partie d'entraînement, et qui peut changer de forme élastiquement en réponse au mouvement du tronc de l'utilisateur.
