Definitions
- the present invention relates to a check valve for a pump container, and more specifically, to a check valve for a pump container that is made of one body, that is, to reduce manufacturing costs by shortening the manufacturing process for making a cut.
- a container storing liquid contents such as a liquid or gel is equipped with a pumping device that smoothly discharges the contents to the outside through the inlet.
- This pumping device promotes convenience of use by discharging the contents of the container to the outside in a certain amount and reduces waste by suppressing excessive discharge of the contents.
- Various structures have been proposed and are widely used.
- a pumping device for a container generally includes a cap member coupled to the container, a cylinder coupled to the cap member, and a pump that moves up and down on the cylinder. It is composed of a piston member that moves the piston, and a pressure member that is coupled to the piston member and lowers the piston member with the pressure applied by the user.
- the pumping device according to the prior art has a structure in which the components are inconvenient to assemble and are impossible or difficult to separate once assembled. Therefore, the pumping device according to the prior art is difficult to reuse, and when there is a problem with some of the components, the entire pumping device must be replaced rather than just the problematic component, which is quite uneconomical.
- the pumping efficiency of the pumping device is important for the smoothness of the piston movement of the piston member, the adhesion between the piston member and the cylinder member, and the opening and closing of the check valve according to the piston movement of the piston member.
- Pumping devices according to the prior art are important for long-term use of the piston member. There is a problem in that the adhesion of the cylinder member is weakened, the opening and closing of the check valve is weakened, and pumping efficiency is reduced.
- the present invention was invented to meet the needs of the prior art described above, and its purpose is to provide a check valve for a pump container that consists of a single body, that is, to reduce manufacturing costs by shortening the manufacturing process.
- the check valve for a pump container is a check valve for a pump container including a pump body, a cylinder on which the pump body is installed, and a check valve installed on the bottom surface of the cylinder, comprising the upper and lower parts.
- the outer diameter of the portion where the pair of engaging protrusions are formed is characterized by being larger than the outer diameter formed at the lower portion of the short diameter portion.
- the check valve for a pump container of the present invention is manufactured by forming an outlet hole in the upper part of the check valve so that there is no need to make a separate outlet hole, that is, a cut, so that a cut can be made just by assembling the check valve in the cylinder. Since the same exit hole is formed, manufacturing efficiency, that is, manufacturing cost, is reduced.
