Abstract
L'invention concerne un noyau d'atomisation et un atomiseur. L'invention concerne un atomiseur comprenant un noyau d'atomisation. Le noyau d'atomisation comprend un élément de guidage de liquide dur (1) et un élément chauffant (2) ; un côté de l'élément de guidage de liquide dur (1) est en retrait pour former un évidement (10), et la paroi de l'évidement (10) définit une cavité d'atomisation ; l'élément chauffant (2) est placé dans l'évidement (10) et est en liaison de contact avec au moins une partie de la paroi de l'évidement (10). De cette manière, pendant la production et la fabrication du noyau d'atomisation, l'élément chauffant (2) est plus facilement assemblé avec l'élément de guidage de liquide dur (1) dans la direction de l'ouverture de l'évidement (10), et dans le processus de test de noyau d'atomisation, des paramètres associés de l'élément chauffant (2), tels que le diamètre de fil et la distance de fil de l'élément chauffant (2), peuvent être observés ou mesurés à partir de l'ouverture de l'évidement (10), de façon à assurer la fiabilité après que l'élément chauffant (2) est assemblé avec l'élément de guidage de liquide dur (1), ce qui permet d'améliorer les performances de l'atomiseur comprenant le noyau d'atomisation.
