Abstract

The present disclosure is directed to N-(3-substituted-chroman-4-yl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine compounds useful as PINK1 modulators, compounds useful in preparing N-(3-substituted-chroman-4-yl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine compounds, and methods of making and using same. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.
