- This application relates generally to exercise equipment, and more specifically, to exercise rowing devices.
- Rowing machines or devices which arc also referred to as, among other things, ergometers, indoor rowers and rowers, offer many health benefits for users. For example, rowing the machine provides both aerobic fitness and full-body strength fitness. Further, rowing is a low-impact experience, reducing the wear and tear on joints. Rowing devices offer additional benefits and advantages to users, such as, for example, they provide a full-body workout, they improve lower body conditioning, they lower injury risk, they improve posture, etc. A need exists for improved rowing device configurations.
