Abstract

Sont divulgués ici des dispositifs intravasculaires et des méthodes d'administration intramurale de liquides de dissection et de solutions intraveineuses. Selon certains modes de réalisation, les systèmes comprennent un ensemble de perfusion qui peut accéder à une position dans un vaisseau adjacent à un site de perfusion et faire avancer un composant de manipulation de tissu à l'intérieur du site de perfusion pour administrer une solution intraveineuse thérapeutique. Le site de perfusion peut être un espace intraluminal, tel qu'à l'intérieur d'un matériau obstructif, adjacent au matériau obstructif et/ou à l'intérieur d'une couche limite entre le matériau obstructif et une paroi de vaisseau.
