Definitions
- the present invention relates to an opening device insertion device for easily inserting an opening device into an incision in the body.
- MIS minimally invasive surgery
- an opening device for example, a wound retractor
- a single port is used by combining it with the opening device.
- the opening device protects the inner surface of the incision window from contact with surgical tools or surgical extracts and serves as a passage for surgical tools to enter and exit.
- the wound retractor used as an opening device in single-hole laparoscopic surgery includes a cylindrical tube and a pair of shape-retaining rings provided at both ends of the cylindrical tube to maintain the original shape of both ends of the cylindrical tube.
- One end of the shape-retaining ring of the umbilical retractor is inserted into the abdomen, and the other end is placed outside the abdomen, so that the cylindrical tube forms a passage in the umbilicus.
- Single-hole laparoscopic surgery begins by inserting one shape-retaining ring into the abdomen through a small incision in the belly button. Making a large incision in the navel makes it easier to insert an opening device, but because the incision in the patient's navel is so large, it leaves a lot of pain and scars after the surgery. Therefore, in single-hole laparoscopic surgery, it is necessary to minimize the size of the incision window.
- the present invention was created to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to minimize the size of the body incision and provide an opening device insertion device that can easily insert the opening device into small or deep body incisions. .
- An opening device insertion device for solving the above-described problems includes an insertion guide that forms a channel in which a trocar or an opening device is accommodated and is drawn in and out of an incision wound of the body; And a guide part that is cut in the insertion guide to communicate with the channel along the longitudinal direction of the insertion guide, and guides the opening mechanism accommodated in the channel of the insertion guide to be spaced apart from the insertion guide.
- a cut is formed extending from the guide portion toward the distal portion of the insertion guide, and the distal portion of the fenestration tool accommodated in the channel is inserted so that the fenestration device accommodated in the channel is separated from the insertion guide through the guide portion. It may further include a guide part that guides the guide away from the guide.
- the guide portion may have a cross-sectional shape in which the cut cross-sectional area increases as it moves from the proximal portion of the insertion guide to the distal portion of the insertion guide.
- it may further include a pusher that pushes the opening mechanism toward the channel so that the opening mechanism is inserted into the channel of the insertion guide.
- the pusher may include a pusher body having a diameter corresponding to the channel; And it may further include a handle for holding the pusher body.
- a fixing groove formed in any one of the trocar and the insertion guide may further include a fixing protrusion formed on the other one of the trocar and the insertion guide and inserted into the fixing groove.
- the opening mechanism may include an elastically deformable wound retractor.
- the insertion guide may be made of a transparent material.
- the device for inserting an opening device has the effect of minimizing the size of an incision in the body and easily inserting an opening device into a narrow or deep incision in the body.
- Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the disassembled state of the window opening device insertion device, the window opening device, and the pusher according to an embodiment of the present invention.

- Figures 5 to 9 are schematic diagrams showing the process of inserting a fenestration device into an incision wound of the body using the fenestration device insertion device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the proximal part is defined as a part inserted into an incision in the body
- the distal part is defined as a part located outside the body and not inserted into an incision in the body.

- a pair of extension parts 120 may be formed to extend on both sides of the insertion guide 100, respectively.
- a fixing groove 130 may be formed in the extension portion 120, and a fixing protrusion 212 inserted into the fixing groove 130 may be formed in the trocar 200.
- the fixing protrusion 212 may have a hook shape and may have a relatively smaller thickness than the fixing groove 130.
- the insertion guide 100 and the trocar 200 may be made of a transparent material.
- the transparent material may be transparent plastic or transparent silicone. Therefore, when inserting the insertion guide 100 and the trocar 200 into the incision window 10 of the body, adhesion of the internal organs of the body is visually confirmed laparoscopically through the transparent material of the trocar 200, and the insertion guide ( The insertion path of the insertion guide 100 may be changed so that the insertion path of the insertion guide 100 does not include adhesion of internal organs of the body.
- the trocar 200 is inserted into the channel 110 of the insertion guide 100 and a camera is placed in the trocar to view the image captured by the camera. While visually confirming the incision 10 of the body, the insertion guide 100 containing the trocar 200 may be inserted into the incision 10 of the body.
- the channel 110 may be formed inside the insertion guide 100 along the longitudinal direction of the insertion guide 100.
- This channel 110 is not particularly limited, but may be formed in a cylindrical shape.
- a trocar 200 or a fenestration device 20 may be inserted into the channel 110 .
- channel 110 may have a relatively smaller length than trocar 200.
- the proximal portion of the trocar 200 may be disposed to protrude from the proximal portion of the channel 110.
- the insertion guide 100 where the trocar 200 is accommodated in the channel 110, is inserted into the body incision 10, the proximal portion of the trocar 200 is positioned along the longitudinal direction of the body incision 10. As the incision 10 is made, the length of the incision 10 in the body may be expanded.
- the trocar 200 may include a trocar body 210 and a trocar head 220.
- the trocar body 210 and the trocar head 220 may be separably coupled.
- the trocar 200 is cylindrical, hollow, and made of a transparent material, so the insertion guide 100 can be inserted while observing the insertion of the trocar 200 into the abdominal cavity by inserting a laparoscopic camera into the trocar.
- the opening mechanism 20 may include an elastically deformable wound retractor.
- the guide portion 140 is formed with a cut (side opening) on the side of the insertion guide 100 to communicate with the channel 110 along the longitudinal direction of the insertion guide 100, and is connected to the channel 110 of the insertion guide 100.
- the accommodated opening device 20 may be guided to be separated from the insertion guide 100 .
- the guide unit 140 may guide the opening device 20 accommodated in the channel 110 of the insertion guide 100 to be separated from the channel 110 of the insertion guide 100.
- the direction in which the opening device 20 deviates from the channel 110 of the insertion guide 100 may be a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the insertion guide 100.
