- the neck portion by the incision groove 223 with the rotation of the drill 10 for dental implant surgery ( 222) is closed, the screw groove 225 formed inside the incision 224 is selectively drilled for dental implant treatment in the first to third locking grooves 122, 124 and 126 according to the height of the adjacent teeth.
- the guide portion 20 may be fixedly coupled to (10).
- the extension portion 226 having a smaller diameter D23 than the diameter D21 of the body portion 220 is fixed by a stepped portion coupled to the stepped portion 243 to guide the drill 10 for dental implant treatment.
- Part 20 may be fixed secondarily. That is, it is possible to further prevent the drill 10 for dental implant operation from being separated from the body portion 220, so that the operator and the patient can stably perform the drilling operation.
- the height of the adjacent teeth when the height of the adjacent teeth is high, the distance between the alveolar bone 30 and the guide part 20 is short, so that the position of the alveolar bone 30 for drilling to place the dental implant cannot be accurately confirmed, and the height of the adjacent teeth
- the guide part 20 When is low, the guide part 20 is not supported by the adjacent teeth, so that the alveolar bone 30 cannot be drilled so that the dental implant of the alveolar bone 30 is placed in an accurate position, direction, and depth.
- the guide part 20 is selectively coupled and fixed to the first to third locking grooves 122, 124, and 126 to guide the implant drill 10 in the correct direction while teeth
- the drill 10 for dental implant treatment may be lowered toward a position on the corresponding alveolar bone 30 for implant treatment, and the alveolar bone 30 may be drilled.
- the dental implant drill 10 may be guided so as not to shake from side to side. Accordingly, the drill 10 for dental implant procedure is supported by the guide unit 20 without shaking, so that the dental implant of the alveolar bone 30 is placed in the correct position, direction, and depth of the alveolar bone drilling operation can be performed. .
- the tip of the downwardly protruding drill bit part 140 is securely attached to the surface of the alveolar bone 30.
- the alveolar bone 30 can be drilled to accurately drill to the cutting depth desired by the operator in a vertical direction without any play left and right.
- washing water may be supplied to cool the drill 10 for dental implant treatment, which is heated by friction with the drilling site.
- the supplied washing water moves through the space part 240 without escaping to the outside by the guide part 20 that guides the washing water, passes through the through hole 221, and is smoothly supplied to the puncture site, thereby improving the alveolar bone 30.
- the washing water supplied to the perforation area through the space part 240 of the outer guide part 24 and the through hole 221 cools the perforation area so that the temperature of the perforation area does not become excessively high due to frictional heat during the perforation process.
