Claims (11)
- 一种可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:包括导管鞘和密封件(3),所述导管鞘内部中空,所述密封件(3)位于所述导管鞘内,所述密封件(3)为弹性件,包括沿轴向延伸的螺旋流道(301),所述导管鞘的近端和远端在轴向上能够相对移动,所述导管鞘的近端轴向移动时能够压缩并旋转或放开并旋转所述密封件(3),调节所述密封件(3)的所述螺旋流道(301)的开口大小,以适应不同规格的手术器械通过所述螺旋流道(301)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述导管鞘包括位于远端的导管鞘壳体(1)和位于近端的导管鞘鞘帽(2),所述导管鞘壳体(1)和所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)之间在轴向上能够相对移动;所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的远端端部向内延伸形成有限位环(202),所述导管鞘壳体(1)靠近近端的位置环设有限位凸块(101),所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的所述限位环(202)与所述导管鞘壳体(1)的所述限位凸块(101)相互配合,限定所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)和所述导管鞘壳体(1)之间的相对位移行程。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:还包括开口调节机构(12),所述开口调节机构(12)包括第一定位盘(4)和安装筒(5),所述第一定位盘(4)与所述密封件(3)的近端固定连接,所述密封件(3)与所述第一定位盘(4)固定连接后安装在所述安装筒(5)内,所述第一定位盘(4)的外周分布有多个第一定位销(401),所述安装筒(5)的近端形成有多个与所述定位销(401)配合的螺旋形滑动导槽(501);所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)在轴向上移动时,所述第一定位盘(4)的所述第一定位销(401)沿着所述安装筒(5)的所述滑动导槽(501)滑动,调节所述密封件(3)的所述螺旋流道(301)的开口大小。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述开口调节机构(12)还包括第二定位盘(6),所述第二定位盘(6)与所述密封件(3)的远端固定连接,且所述第二定位盘(6)外周分布有多个第二定位销(601),所述安装筒(5)的远端形成有多个定位孔(502),所述第二定位盘(6)的所述第二定位销(601)和所述安装筒(5)的所述定位孔(502)配合,将所述密封件(3)的远端与所述安装筒(5)固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述第一定位盘(4)和所述第二定位盘(6)靠近所述密封件(3)的表面均设置有第一台阶(402),所述密封件(3)两端的对应位置设置有第二台阶(303),所述第一台阶(402)和所述第二台阶(303)沿周向错开,所述第一定位盘(4)和所述第二定位盘(6)通过所述第一台阶(402)和所述第二台阶(303)与所述密封件(3)的粘接在一起。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:还包括单向阀(8),所述单向阀(8)沿轴向设置在所述密封件(3)的两端或者中部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的内侧形成有推动环(201),所述推动环(201)的远端与所述第一定位盘(4)的近端接触,当所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)轴向移动时,所述推动环(201)与所述第一定位盘(4)联动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:还包括固定环(7),所述固定环(7)与所述安装筒(5)的近端固定连接,所述固定环(7)的外周与所述导管鞘壳体(1)的近端内壁螺纹连接,将所述安装筒(5)固定在所述导管鞘壳体(1)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)与所述导管鞘壳体(1)的近端螺纹连接,通过旋动所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)能够控制其沿所述导管鞘壳体(1)轴向移动。
- 根据权利要求2-8中任意一项所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:还包括弹簧(10)和驱动件(11),所述弹簧(10)套设在所述导管鞘壳体(1)上且位于所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的所述限位环(202)和所述导管鞘壳体(1)的所述限位凸块(101)之间,所述导管鞘壳体(1)和所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)间隙配合;所述驱动件(11)可转动固定在所述导管鞘壳体(1)上,所述驱动件(11)的末端具有凸轮结构(1101),所述凸轮结构(1101)与所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的远端接触,用于控制所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)的位移,所述导管鞘鞘帽(2)在所述弹簧(10)和所述凸轮结构(1101)的配合作用下能够沿所述导管鞘壳体(1)轴向移动。
- 据权利要求10所述的可调节式止血阀装置(100),其特征在于:所述驱动件(11)包括按压部(1102)和自所述按压部(1102)的两侧延伸形成的所述凸轮结构(1101),所述凸轮结构(1101)上设有安装轴(1104),通过所述安装轴(1104)将所述驱动件(11)可转动固定在所述导管鞘壳体(1)上。
