Technical Area
This invention; is related to the vibration drum middle shaft for the washing machine, which provides the abrasion process with vibration to give an effect to the products (trousers, shirts, skirts, etc.) cut and sewn from textile fabrics in textile washing machines.
Known State of the Art
In the textile industry, many abrasion methods such as attrition, sanding, grinding, aging and laser beam applied to denim fabrics are used to reveal a wide variety of appearances and touches of textile materials. The purpose of these abrasion methods used on all textile materials, especially on denim fabrics, is to give an effect, that is, to give the appearance of being worn out.
The most common type of etching process is the grinding process with materials such as perlite, stone dust (pumice stone dust), and pumice stone, which are generally used in textile washing machines, which are much larger than household washing machines. Today, these stone, powder, or stone derivatives are available both naturally and artificially. The effect of the textile material is achieved by the rotation effect of the drums of the textile washing machine, through throwing the necessary chemicals and pumice stone in it, making the abrasion process be effective.
The article with the patent number CN108642928A contains information on how to grind products made of denim fabric. The process of removing effects by etching is explained with all stages such as wetting, desizing, polishing, decoloring, neutralizing using water, chemicals,

Purpose of the Invention
The present invention aims to achieve the effect of textile materials by using only a little hot water in the washing machine and the natural or artificial abrasive material on the vibration drum middle shaft, thanks to the vibration movement.
In addition, this invention aims to be an ecological and sustainable process with minimal waste to the environment by using very little hot water in the process of getting the effect of textile materials thanks to the vibration drum middle shaft.

Description of the Invention
The washing machine(A) in its most basic form; consists of the washing machine drum(4), the washing machine cover(3), the washing machine control panel(5), and the rear engine unit to rotate the drum.
The vibration drum middle shaft; consists of the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l) and the vibration drum middle shaft engine unit(2) (Figure 1). The vibration drum middle shaft; is positioned on the axis of the cylindrical washing machine drum(4) from the center of the washing machine drum backplate(41) to the washing machine cover(3) (Figure 2).
The washing machine cover(3); consists of the washing machine cover glass(31), the washing machine door hinge(32), the washing machine door lock system(33), and the washing machine door handle(34) (Figure 3).
The vibration drum middle shaft engine unit(2); consists of the vibration drum middle shaft inner flange(21), the vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus(22), the vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus screws(23), the vibration drum middle shaft engine connection apparatus screws(24), the vibration drum middle shaft engine connection apparatus(25), and the vibration drum middle shaft engine(26) (Figure 4).
The vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l); consists of the vibration drum middle shaft carrier main shaft(ll), the vibration drum middle shaft vibration damper sealed material(12), the vibration drum middle shaft spring(13), the vibration drum middle shaft linear carriages(14), the vibration drum middle shaft body(15), the vibration drum middle shaft body backplate(151), the vibration drum middle shaft body rear spring clearance(152), the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material(16), the vibration drum middle shaft front cover(17), and the vibration drum middle shaft front cover screws(18) (Figure 5).

Detailed Description of the Invention
The vibration drum middle shaft is subject to the invention; It is made of stainless steel material and extends from the center of the washing machine drum backplate(41) to the washing machine cover(3), and is positioned on the axis of the cylindrical washing machine drum(4), and provides the textile products to take effect by wearing them thanks to the vibration movement of the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material (16).
The vibration drum middle shaft is two separate units; It consists of the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l) in the washing machine drum(4) and the vibration drum middle shaft engine unit(2) in the washing machine cover(3).
The vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l) makes vibration movement independently of the washing machine drum(4) thanks to the vibration drum middle shaft linear carriages(14) on the vibration drum middle shaft carrier main shaft(ll).
The vibration drum middle shaft carrier main shaft(ll) carries the vibration drum middle shaft vibration damper sealed material(12), the vibration drum middle shaft spring(13), the vibration drum middle shaft linear carriages(14), the vibration drum middle shaft body(15), the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material(16), the vibration drum middle shaft front cover(17), and the vibration drum middle shaft front cover screws(18) on it extending to the main engine unit at the rear of the washing machine(A).
The vibration drum middle shaft vibration damper sealed material(12) is between the washing machine drum backplate(41) and the vibration drum middle shaft body backplate(151) and dampens the vibration of the vibration drum middle shaft body(15). In addition, the gas and liquids in the washing machine drum(4) prevent entering the vibration drum middle shaft body(15).
The vibration drum middle shaft spring(13) is between the washing machine drum backplate(41) and the vibration drum middle shaft body rear spring clearance(152) and ensures that the vibration drum middle shaft body(15) makes the vibration movement regularly (Figure 14).
The vibration drum middle shaft linear carriages(14) move freely on the vibration drum middle shaft carrier main shaft(ll) thanks to the ball system inside, allowing the vibration drum middle shaft body(15) to vibrate. The vibration drum middle shaft body(15) ensures that the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material(16) is mounted between the vibration drum middle shaft body backplate(151) and the vibration drum middle shaft front cover(17), making the vibration movement. The vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material(16) provides the textile products to wear and take effect thanks to the vibration movement of the vibration drum middle shaft body(15).
The vibration drum middle shaft front cover(17) prevents the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive material(16) from coming out between it and the vibration drum middle shaft body backplate(151).
The vibration drum middle shaft front cover screws(18) fix the vibration drum middle shaft front cover(17) to the vibration drum middle shaft body(15).
The vibration drum middle shaft engine unit(2) transmits the vibration movement produced by the vibration drum middle shaft engine(26) to the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l) by spreading it on the elastic spherical surface of the vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus(22).
The vibration drum middle shaft inner flange(21) compresses the washing machine cover glass(31) between it and the vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus(22). The vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus(22) transmits the vibration movement produced by the vibration drum middle shaft engine(26) to the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l).
The vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus screws(23) pass through the washing machine cover glass screw holes(35) and tighten the vibration drum middle shaft vibration transmission apparatus(22) and the vibration drum middle shaft inner flange(21) by taking the washing machine cover glass(31) between them and fix to the washing machine cover(3). The vibration drum middle shaft engine connection apparatus screws(24) fix the vibration drum middle shaft engine connection apparatus(25) to the vibration drum middle shaft engine(26).
The vibration drum middle shaft engine connection apparatus(25) provides fixing of the vibration drum middle shaft engine(26).
The vibration drum middle shaft engine(26) provides vibration generation for the vibration drum middle shaft abrasive unit(l). Application of the Invention to Industry
The vibration drum middle shaft, which serves the above-mentioned purposes, can be produced by textile washing machine manufacturers and can be used in the textile washing sector and is in the ecological and sustainable process class, and applies to the industry with minimum waste to the environment.
Claims
