Abstract

Provided are a culture platform, a cell culture medium, and a method for differentiating pluripotent stem cells into a hematopoietic lineage. A pluripotent stem cell-derived hematopoietic lineage produced by using the present culture platform and method can be produced by means of a monolayer culture without serum or trophoblasts, and without forming embryoid bodies. The pluripotent stem cell-derived hematopoietic lineage comprises hematopoietic endothelial cells, hematopoietic stem cells, hematopoietic pluripotent progenitor cells, hematopoietic progenitor cells, T progenitor cells, NK progenitor cells, T cells, and NK cells.
