Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'eaux usées de traitement d'aliments à haute teneur en graisse, qui se rapporte au domaine du traitement des eaux usées lors du traitement d'aliments. Le dispositif comprend une base de support (1), un ensemble de filtration d'impuretés, qui est disposé de façon mobile sur un côté interne de la base de support (1), une plaque de guidage d'eau (2), qui est disposée de manière fixe sur le côté interne de la base de support (1), un ensemble de tension, qui est disposé de manière fixe au-dessus de la plaque de guidage d'eau (2), et un dispositif de purification d'eau, qui est disposé de manière fixe au niveau d'une extrémité de sortie d'eau de la plaque de guidage d'eau (2). La plaque de guidage d'eau (2) est disposée obliquement ; l'ensemble de filtration d'impuretés est utilisé pour éliminer des impuretés des eaux usées d'une manière opportune, et est soumis à une faible pression d'eau par unité de surface ; l'ensemble de tension est utilisé pour mettre en tension l'ensemble de filtration d'impuretés, et aspirer et éliminer également les eaux usées fixées à l'ensemble de filtration d'impuretés ; et l'ensemble de filtration d'impuretés comprend un rouleau (3), qui est disposé de façon mobile sur le côté interne de la base de support (1). Dans le dispositif, les eaux usées sont filtrées au moyen d'un tissu filtrant (4), et le tissu filtrant (4) se déplace.
