Abstract
A Smart system which is equipped with an advanced camera to detect the teeth cracks and prevent erosion improvements. In this system the images of teeth cracks is taken by a special application and sent to a family dentist. The dentist is able to detect any oral complication and send the necessary drugs with treatment recommendations. In this way, families benefit from the oppurtunity to have regular contact with their dentist even from long distances. This application allows family members to examine their dental condition regularly to prevent deep abrasions.
Description
This invention presents a smart camera for detecting any disorder in the mouth and relates to dental equipment industry.
Individuals have used dental instruments for centuries to care for teeth. Specifically, individuals primarily use toothbrushes and dental floss for brushing plaque from teeth and removing food debris from between teeth that otherwise may cause tooth decay and cavities. Indeed, humans have used some form of tooth care since the dawn of recorded history in the form of twigs or tooth picks. Bristly toothbrushes have been traced back to the Tang dynasty in early Chinese history.
Dentists are health practitioners that specialize in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and conditions of the oral cavity. Specifically, dentists primarily take care of patients' teeth using a variety of instruments, including, for example, brushes, scalers, curettes, drills and other like instruments for cleaning and repairing teeth. In use, these instruments are typically placed inside the oral cavity of a patient and manipulated for their purpose to clean, restore and/or repair teeth and tissue.
Dental camera systems are used in dentistry for taking photographs of the mouth, in particular the inside of the mouth and the teeth arranged therein. The representations produced by this can be displayed on a display device by the treating doctor for the purpose of diagnosis or for discussing treatment options with the patient. Moreover, the doctor can input the representations for long-term archiving in order to document the treatment process. A dental camera which is used in such systems is disclosed for example in DE 10 2009 017 819 Al.
Dental camera systems are furthermore known, which present further diagnostic options over a conventional imaging function. For example, dental camera systems are known in which caries bacteria or fluorescence markers linked thereto are excited into fluorescence with the aid of an excitation light which is mostly in the UV range. By measuring the fluorescent light subsequently emitted, it is possible to show the location of existing caries, which enables treatment to preserve the dental substance.
Dental cameras with a high image quality in particular usually have complex optics with a plurality of lenses. Moreover, dental cameras of this type must have individual movable components, such as a displaceable lens or a displaceable image sensor, to enable the object distance to be adjustable during the imaging process on the image
sensor. Another option for adjusting the object distance consists in using liquid lenses in which the curvature of a boundary layer between two liquids is altered, thereby altering the refractive power of the liquid lens.
These known dental cameras are disadvantageous in that the optics are complex and large, which means that the camera head which is to be inserted inside the mouth cannot be less than a certain minimum size. Moreover, for precise displacement of the movable components, it is necessary to use mechanically complex drives which require control electronics. A similar situation applies to liquid lenses, for which control electronics are likewise required.

The instrument discloses in the present invention is mainly applied to a tooth extraction. Provided is a tooth extraction appliance enables tooth extraction to be performed appropriately without damaging a tooth and gums carelessly, tooth extraction to be performed easily and surely without requiring a large amount of labor, and all types of teeth to be extracted only with one type of appliance. According to another broad aspect of the present invention, a tooth extraction device is provided, comprising: a handle; a clamp assembly attached to the handle, the clamp assembly comprising a structure for gripping a tooth to be extracted; and a cable attached to the device to transfer the images to the screen to be displayed. In addition ,this device is equipped with a body load cell, Amplifier ,camera and load cell weight sensor.
