Description
ELASTANE CONTAINING COMPOSITE YARN AND RELATED PRODUCTION METHOD
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elastane containing composite yarn produced in the sirospun system and the production method of this yarn.
In particular, the present invention relates to a yarn structure with high elasticity and improved strength, produced in the sirospun system by feeding at least two elastane yarns, and the production method of this yarn.
State of the Art
The aspect that has been the subject of extensive studies and has been the subject of extensive studies in yarn production for many years is the production of yarns with high strength and elastic structure. Developing of technology and its adaptation to the textile industry are of great importance in yarn production, especially in improving strength and elasticity. Achieving the targeted parameter values and using different contents and also production methods bring forward new studies in terms of yarn production.
Various modifications are carried out, in particular in ring spinning machines so as to obtain high-strength and elastic yarns in current applications. The modifications enable the creation of different yarn structures with different raw material contents.
Some applications encountered in the literature, including some modifications on ring spinning machines, are listed herein the following.
Application numbered TR2016/07213 discloses a ring spinning machine suitable for multicomponent yarn production and a splash yarn production method. The ring spinning machine whose design has been developed to enable the possibility of making splash yarns and similar yarn combinations that may contain multiple rovings, yarn/filament and/or multi-filament/elastane and splash yarn production method with said ring spinning machine is disclosed in said application. Said ring spinning machine comprises the following; an output guide roller that guides multiple yarn materials of the same or different
colors and types on its body and directs them to the spinning zone so as to produce splash yarns and similar multi-roving and/or multi-core components (filament/elastane) and yarn combinations that may contain colored yarns; colored yarn hangers in which multi-colored yarn bobbins of the same or different colors can be attached in groups of at least two; roving hangers where rovings with the same or different characteristics can be attached at least in groups of two and elastane core component cylinders that can be fitted with core components.
Application numbered TR2017/17219; relates to multi-yarn, the production method of the yarn and the fabric obtained using said multi-yarn. In particular, the invention relates to at least four-component multi-yarn containing individuals or combinations selected from the group consisting of filament, elastane and endless or staple fiber and filament roving, with increased durability, strength and smoothness of appearance, production method of said yarn and fabric containing said yarn. The machine used in the application subject to the invention includes modifications to obtain the desired yarn.
Although the elasticity and strength values of the yarn structures obtained and the fabrics obtained from the yarns are increased in these examples given, these values may be insufficient for use in many applications. Accordingly, the sirospun spinning method, which is frequently preferred apart from the ring spinning system, is important in achieving the desired strength and elasticity values.
Sirospun spinning system, unlike conventional ring spinning, is obtained by feeding two rovings instead of one into the same drafting system and twisting the material obtained from the drafting process as a single yarn. Therefore, a smoother, stronger and yarn with less lint is obtained. The fibers on the surface are embedded into the yarn structure, and thus yarns with higher strength can be obtained with the twisting process in the sirospun system.
In the application numbered CN102115930 (A), a method for obtaining sirospun yarns and a compact device are disclosed. The method of obtaining yarn, which is the subject of the invention is as follows; drawing a first roving and a second roving through a rear cylinder, a middle cylinder and a front cylinder; feeding the first roving and the second roving to a first inlet and a second inlet of a yarn guiding device, respectively and combining the first roving and the second roving into spun yarn at an outlet. The yarns obtained by the
production method have less lint and higher single-ply twist value and increased strength value.
Regarding the production of sirospun yarn with improved strength and elasticity, our company has an application numbered TR2017/20950, for which it has already granted the patent certificate. Our patent relates to a yarn production method used to bring novelty to the textile industry. It is described in the production method that two rovings are thinned at the same time by being drawn in the drafting zone, and these two rovings are processed in a sirospun spinning machine with a thin yarn with or without elastane produced from filament elastane yarn and staple fiber (synthetic or natural or regenerated). Although high strength and elasticity properties can be achieved with our invention, extra improvement in functional properties is required for use in products such as technical textiles, smart fabrics, etc., which have developed in recent years.
As a result, due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field.
