 背景技术

 技术问题
基于上述问题，现有的电子烟产品或相关专利，也开发出或公开了各种各样的具备两个或多个烟弹，能够满足用户不同口味的电子烟。然而，现有的此类电子烟，仍存在如下的问题：
1）使用多个烟弹，结构较为复杂，且通常难以更换烟弹，口味种类较为局限，切换口味或者混合口味时候操作也往往较为困难。同时多个烟弹之间容易存在串味漏气问题。
2）采用相对独立的电路对各个烟弹分别供电，通过控制各烟弹供电电路的通断来实现对目标烟弹的选择，以满足不同口味需求。然而此种模式电路设计较为复杂，制造成本高，使用时需要一定操作，且使用寿命相比传统电子烟要短。
另外，上述各种类型的多口味电子烟均无法在现有电子烟主机的基础上仅对烟弹进行改造实现多口味化，对已经购买过主机的用户来说，需要另外购买主机及配套的电子烟弹使用，消费成本较高。
 技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便且低成本实现可调口味的电子烟，以解决上述的至少一个方面的问题。具体采用了如下技术方案：

 本发明的实施方式
实施例1
参考附图1-4，本发明第一个示出性实施例公开一种拼接式电子烟弹，其包括可拼接为一体的第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2。第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2的顶部分别设有出气口11、21，底部设有进气口17、27。拼合后，第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2的上端共同构成吸嘴部100。
参考图4，第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2各自包括雾化组件28和套装于雾化组件28上的壳体，壳体内部的空间作为储液腔。壳体内还设有连接雾化组件和出气口的管道29，以将烟气导向吸嘴部100。
参考附图2和3，本示出性实施例中，第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2的底部各自设有单接电部15和25，其为金属触点，耦接雾化组件的内部电路，用于对接电子烟主机的输出电极触点取电。同时，第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2的拼接面上各自设有相互匹配的卡接结构和一对电连接结构。参见附图3，第二烟弹2拼接面上的卡接结构包括分别设置于拼接面上部和底部的凸柱221、241和凹槽222、242，相应的第一烟弹1的拼接面上设置有与凸柱221、241和凹槽222、242相匹配的凹槽和凸柱，从而第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2拼接时，通过上述凸柱和凹槽的配合集合实现定位和卡接，使得拼接更加方便和牢靠。同时，第二烟弹2的拼接面上还设有一组电连接组件，包括与雾化组件的内部电路耦接的导电触头231和导电插槽232；相应的，第一烟弹1的拼接面上设有与之对应的导电插槽和导电触头。从而，当第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2拼接时，上述导电触头和导电插槽插接配合，构成两路导电通路，进而在两个单接电部15和25之间构成同一电路回路中的两个并联分支，且第一烟弹和第二烟弹的雾化组件分别耦接其中一个分支。
采用上述设计，两个烟弹可以分别存储不同口味或类型的烟液，以满足多口味需求。同时，拼接后通过两个烟弹之间的电连接结构构成并联式电路连接关系，使得拼合后的烟弹只需要主机的一对正负输出电极触点即可供电，既简化了主机的设计和制造成本，也使之可以适用于原来配套单烟弹的主机，降低了使用者的消费成本。
作为进一步的优选示例，参见附图2，第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2的底部还各自设置有磁性吸附单元16、26，其可与主机上的磁性吸附单元匹配，将拼合后的烟弹吸附于主机上。
实施例2
本发明的第二个示出性实施例公开一种可调口味的电子烟，其包括主机和与之适配的第一类电子烟弹，所述的第一类电子烟弹即为上述实施例1中的拼接式电子烟弹。
参见附图5-7，主机包括壳体31及安装于壳体31内的一体式芯体4，该芯体4至少包括支架、护壳及安装于内的电源模块和电子控制模块。
参考附图7，一体式芯体4安装于壳体31内后，在壳体31的开口端形成插接腔310，该插接腔310的尺寸与实施例1中的拼接式烟弹拼合后的底部101 的尺寸相匹配，从而拼合后的拼合体可以插入该插接腔310内。
参见图7和图8，插接腔310的底部为一体式芯体4的顶端，其上设置有耦接电子控制模块的一对正负输出电极触点51、52。当第一烟弹和第二烟弹组成的拼接体底部101插入插接腔310内时，第一烟弹和第二烟弹底部的单接电部分别抵接正负输出电极触点51、52取电，构成导电回路。
参见图10，当第一烟弹和第二烟弹组成的拼接体插入主机的插接腔310内后，第一烟弹和第二烟弹底部的单接电部分别抵接插接腔内的正负输出电极触点51、52取电；同时，第一烟弹和第二烟弹拼接面上的一对导电插头相互插接，构成两路导电通路，进而在两个单接电部15和25之间构成两个并联分支，且第一烟弹和第二烟弹雾化组件中的加热元件（电热丝）分别耦接其中一个分支。采用此种设计，即可在仅使用一对输出电极触点供电的情况下同时满足两个烟弹的用电需求，大大简化了主机的设计和制造成本，也可以使原来配套单烟弹的主机能够适用本发明中的拼接式双烟弹，满足不同口味的需求，降低了使用者的消费成本。
作为进一步的优选示例，参见附图8，一体式芯体4的顶端还配置有两个磁性吸附单元53、54。当第一烟弹和第二烟弹组成的拼接体插入主机的插接腔310内后，第一烟弹和第二烟弹底部的磁性吸附单元16、26与一体式芯体4顶端的磁性吸附单元53、54相互吸引，构成磁性吸附连接，使得烟弹能与主机稳定连接。
参见图7和图8，在一种示出示例中，主机壳体31的两侧各自设有一个进气孔32（图中仅示出一侧）；同时，一体式芯体4的顶端设置有一个出气孔55，该进气孔32和出气孔55通过设置于芯体4内的气流通道连通，从而空气可从进气孔32吸入经气流通道从出气孔55流出，进而进入第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2底部的进气口17、27。
作为进一步的优选示例，参见附图9，一体式芯体4的内部设有气流传感器45（本实施例中优选为咪头），其采样头部位于芯体4内的气流通道内。进一步的，在一体式芯体4的顶端还设有与壳体31匹配的密封圈56，以增加气密性。同时，作为电子控制模块的一部分，位于芯体4内的电路板42上设有耦接气流传感器45的控制电路，从而当使用者作出抽吸动作进而有气流流过气流通道时，气流传感器45即可感应到气流信号，进而由控制电路接通电源回路，通过输出电极触点51、52输出工作电流，实现即吸即用的自动化模式，使用更加便捷，增强了用户体验。
作为进一步的优选示例，上述电路板42上还设有LED灯珠；相应的，参见图7，主机壳体31上设有透光部34，从而能够给出灯光指示，以指示正常工作和其它故障状态。
作为进一步的优选示例，上述电路板42上还设有振动器46，其可在控制电路的驱动下产生振动，以给出信息提示，比如主机开始工作，或者使用者抽吸次数超出了一定限值。
参见图9，本示出性示例中，电源模块包括电池43和配置有电源管理电路的小电路板44，小电路板44耦接充电接口33。参见图7，组装后该充电接口33位于主机壳体的另一端。
参见图8，本示出性示例中，一体式芯体4的两侧分别设有卡接机构41，使得该一体式芯体4可卡接安装于壳体31内。
参见图11和图12，本实施例中的可调口味的电子烟，当第一烟弹1和第二烟弹2拼合成一体后，顶部拼合为吸嘴部100，底部101插接于主机壳体31顶端的插接腔后即可使用。
随着含尼古丁的电子烟列入管制范围，单烟弹的电子烟只能做成含尼古丁的烟草口味，难以满足消费者的多口味需求。而本实施例中的可调口味的电子烟，其一个烟弹中加注含有尼古丁的烟油，另一个烟弹中可以加注不含尼古丁的调味液体，从而可以实现多种口味的调节。
另一方面，本发明的可调口味的电子烟，还可使用与上述主机适配的第二类电子烟弹，即单腔烟弹。其外型与拼接式电子烟弹拼接后形成的拼接体外型一致，包括雾化组件和储液腔，顶部和底部分别设有出气口和进气口，并于底部设有与插接腔底部的输出电极触点51、52适配的接电电极，同样可以在本实施例中的主机上使用。
正是基于上述设计，对于已经购买过本实施例中的主机及第二类电子烟弹即单腔烟弹的消费者，仅需要再次购买前述实施例1中的拼接式烟弹即可实现多种口味的调节，从而大大节约了消费成本，使得本发明的产品具有良好的市场前景。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰，这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种拼接式电子烟弹，其特征在于，包括可拼接为一体的第一烟弹和第二烟弹，所述第一烟弹和第二烟弹各自设有雾化组件和储液腔，顶部分别设有出气口，底部分别设有进气口和单接电部，并于拼接面上各自设有相互匹配的卡接结构和一对电连接结构；所述第一烟弹和第二烟弹拼接为一体时，顶部拼接为吸嘴部，底部的单接电部用于分别耦接电子烟主机的正负输出电极触点取电，同时第一烟弹与第二烟弹之间的电连接结构互相接通，与内部电路构成两个并联电路分支，第一烟弹和第二烟弹雾化组件中的加热元件分别耦接其中一个分支。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拼接式电子烟弹，其特征在于，所述第一烟弹和第二烟弹拼接面上的卡接结构包括：
    设于第一烟弹拼接面上的至少一组凸柱和/或凹槽，以及设于第二烟弹拼接面上并与第一烟弹拼接面上的凸柱/凹槽匹配的凹槽和/或凸柱。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的拼接式电子烟弹，其特征在于，所述第一烟弹和第二烟弹拼接面上的电连接结构包括分别设于第一烟弹拼接面与第二烟弹拼接面上的一组相互匹配的导电触头/导电插槽。
  4. 一种可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，包括：
    主机，其包括壳体及配置于壳体内的电源模块和电子控制模块，所述壳体的开口端形成插接腔，所述电子控制模块的一对正负输出电极触点位于所述插接腔底部；
    以及与所述主机适配的第一类电子烟弹，所述第一类电子烟弹为如权利要求1-3任一项所述的拼接式电子烟弹，所述拼接式电子烟弹拼接为一体时，底部与所述插接腔匹配，且当拼接体底部插入所述插接腔内时，第一烟弹和第二烟弹的单接电部分别抵接电子烟主机的正负输出电极触点。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述第一烟弹和第二烟弹的其中一个储液腔内用于加注含有尼古丁的烟油，另一个储液腔内用于加注不含尼古丁的调味液体。
  6. 权利要求4所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述一烟弹和第二烟弹的底部还分别设有第一磁性单元，所述插接腔的底部还设有对应所述第一磁性单元且极性相异的第二磁性单元，两者靠近时相互吸引。
  7. 权利要求4所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述电源模块和电子控制模块一体集成为芯体安装于壳体内，并于内部设有连通所述插接腔的气流通道，所述气流通道的出气孔位于所述插接腔底部；所述壳体上设有至少一个连通所述气流通道的进气孔。
  8. 权利要求7所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述进气通道内设有耦接所述电子控制模块的气流感应单元，所述电子控制模块用于基于气流感应单元检测的气流信号接通电源回路，以通过所述输出电极触点输出工作电流。
  9. 权利要求4所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述电源模块包括电池和电源管理电路，所述壳体的另一端设有耦接所述电源模块的充电接口。
  10. 权利要求7所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，所述电子控制模块还配置有信息提示单元，所述信息提示单元包括LED灯和/或振动器，用于指示工作状态或发出振动提示。
  11. 权利要求4-10任一项所述的可调口味的电子烟，其特征在于，还包括与所述主机适配的第二类电子烟弹，所述第二类电子烟弹包括单个雾化组件和储液腔，顶部和底部分别设有出气口和进气口，并于底部设有与插接腔底部的输出电极触点适配的接电电极；所述第二类电子烟弹的外型与所述拼接式电子烟弹拼接后形成的拼接体外型一致。
