Abstract

L'invention concerne un système automatique de tension et d'alignement de bandes dans des transporteurs à bande, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un sous-système de transmission défini par au moins une paire de moteurs à mécanismes pour générer un mouvement rectiligne, montés sur les côtés de la structure de support du transporteur, à proximité de l'extrémité au niveau de laquelle est disposé le rouleau fou ; un sous-système de guides linéaires fixés sur les côtés de la structure du transporteur conçus pour le montage d'une paire de chariots coulissants sur les côtés du transporteur et actionnés par lesdits mécanismes des moteurs, dans lesquels sont fixées des plaques de support respectives aux extrémités desquelles sont montées de manière fixe deux paliers sur lesquels sont montées les extrémités de l'axe du rouleau fou sur lequel tourne la bande pour son réglage ; un sous-système de commande et de détection défini par des moyens de commande de position initiale desdits moteurs pour leur actionnement ; des capteurs de position de la bande ou mesureurs analogiques et un dispositif de commande pour l'actionnement des moteurs lorsque nécessaire, selon une vitesse, accélération et direction déterminés en fonction de l'alignement de la bande, de son réglage en termes d'alignement et de tension.
