このようなパンツ型の着用物品において、糸ゴムのウェブに対する止着力が十分でないと、サイドシールされた前記両端部で切断された糸ゴムの端部が大きく移動してしまい（スナップバックし）、見た目が悪化したり、フィット性が低下するという問題が生じる。
本発明の目的は、サイドシールにおいて弾性部材が大きくスナップバックするのを防止して、見栄えの悪化やフィット性の低下を防止し得る使い捨て着用物品を提供することである。
本発明は、一対のサイドシール５０により端部同士が互いに結合された前後の胴回り部３１，３２を有するパンツ型の使い捨て着用物品であって、
　前記前後の胴回り部３１，３２は、
　胴回り方向Ｘに伸び互いに平行に配置された細長状の複数本の弾性部材Ｆと、
　前記弾性部材Ｆを挟み込み前記胴回り方向Ｘに間欠的に前記弾性部材Ｆを止着する複数の止着部４により前記弾性部材Ｆを保持する一対のシート１，２とを備え、
　前記サイドシール５０は散点状に配置され、前記前後の胴回り部３１，３２を互いに溶着して結合する複数のドット状の溶着部５を備え、
　前記複数の溶着部５は前記弾性部材Ｆのうち少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し、前記胴回り方向Ｘに直交する上下方向Ｙに離間した少なくとも１つの上側溶着部５ａおよび少なくとも１つの下側溶着部５ｂを含み、
前記上側溶着部５ａと下側溶着部５ｂ間の前記上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ５が伸張した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、収縮した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい。
本発明によれば、上側溶着部５ａと下側溶着部５ｂの間の上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ５は、収縮した状態の弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さく、この収縮状態で上側および下側の一対の溶着部により弾性部材Ｆを上下に挟み付ける。そのため、弾性部材Ｆが胴回り方向Ｘに移動するスナップバックを防止し得る。したがって、着用物品Ｎの外観が低下したり、フィット性が低下するおそれがない。
ドット状の溶着部５が散点状に配置されたサイドシールは、溶着された面積が小さく、そのため、パンツ型の着用物品Ｎの胴回り部の両端部が硬くなりにくく、着用感が向上する。
なお、前記間隔Δ５は伸張状態の弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、シート同士の溶着が可能である。
本発明において、シートとしては熱可塑性の繊維が積層された熱可塑性の不織布（ウェブ）が好ましい。
細長状の弾性部材は、線状または索状であってもよい。例えば、弾性部材は、複数の糸ゴム（繊維状弾性体）が束状に集合したマルチストランドであってもよい。糸ゴムの材質としては、例えば、ポリウレタンが挙げられる。
本発明において、上下方向Ｙとは、立位で着用物品Ｎを着用した場合に鉛直方向に沿った上下方向を意味する。
また、本発明において、上側とは１本の弾性部材Ｆの上方の側面を意味し、下側とは当該弾性部材Ｆの下方の側面を意味する。
図１Ａは本発明の製造方法により製造される着用物品の一例を示す正面図、図１Ｂは横断面図である。 図２は同着用物品の拡大正面図である。 図３は弾性部材、止着部および溶着部を示す拡大正面図である。 図４は着用物品の製造工程の１つを示す正面図である。 図５は伸張状態の弾性部材および止着部を示す正面図である。 図６は着用物品の別の製造工程を示す正面図である。 図７は伸張状態の弾性部材、止着部および溶着部を示す拡大正面図である。
なお、図１Ａ、図２、図４および図６において、細い短い破線は着用物品Ｎを示し太い長い破線は吸収性本体２０を示す。
また、図３、図５および図７において、止着部４は薄いグレーで着色され、溶着部５は濃いグレーで着色され、弾性部材Ｆは破線で描かれている。
　本発明は、添付の図面を参考にした以下の好適な実施形態の説明からより明瞭に理解されるであろう。しかし、実施形態および図面は単なる図示および説明のためのものであり、本発明の範囲を定めるために利用されるべきものではない。本発明の範囲は請求の範囲によってのみ定まる。添付図面において、複数の図面における同一の部品番号は、同一または相当部分を示す。
　以下、本発明の一実施形態にかかる着用物品の構造が図面にしたがって説明される。
　図１～図７は１つの実施形態を示す。
　図１Ａおよび図２に示すように、本実施形態１の着用物品は、左右対称の形状および構造を有し、吸収性本体２０および前後の胴回り部３１，３２を備えている。前記吸収性本体２０は、着用者の前胴を覆い胴回り方向Ｘに延びる前胴部、着用者の後胴を覆い胴回り方向Ｘに延びる後胴部、ならびに、前記両胴部の間の股間を覆う股部２２を有している。
　前記股部２２は前記胴回り方向Ｘに直交する縦方向Ｙに延びる。前記吸収性本体２０は股部２２の一部又は全部を構成する。
図１Ｂの胴回り部３１，３２は後述するように第１ウェブ（シート）１と第２ウェブ（シート）２との間に細長状の複数本の弾性部材Ｆが挟まれて形成されている。
　図１Ａのように、完成品の状態では、前記股部２２は前記胴回り方向Ｘに平行なラインにおいて２つに折られている。これにより、図４の前記前後の胴回り部３１,３２の胴回り方向Ｘの端部Ｅ同士が図１のように互いに重なっている。本着用物品はパンツ型であり、前胴回り部３１と後胴回り部３２の胴回り方向Ｘの端部同士が互いに溶着されている。
　図２の前記吸収性本体２０には吸収コア２１が設けられている。この吸収コア２１は体液を吸収する。前記吸収コア２１は、トップシートとバックシートとの間で挟まれている。
　前記トップシートは透液性の薄い不織布からなり、吸収コア２１の肌面を覆う。このトップシートの上には、図示しないカフが設けられていてもよい。
　前記バックシートは吸収コア２１の非肌面を覆い、液不透過性の樹脂シートからなる。前記吸収性本体２０の前記縦方向Ｙの各端部には、図２の各胴回り部３１,３２が貼り付けられている。　　
　図２において各胴回り部３１,３２は、前記吸収性本体２０から胴回り方向Ｘに突出している。つまり、前記胴回り部３１,３２は、股部２２よりも胴回り方向Ｘに突出し吸収性本体２０の両縁部(胴回り方向の端部)から胴回り方向Ｘに延び出している。
各胴回り部３１,３２には、着用物品を着用者にフィットさせるための弾性部材Ｆが設けられている。この弾性部材Ｆとしては、たとえば、複数本の糸ゴムや平ゴムまたは熱可塑性樹脂を含む材料などを採用することができる。また、弾性部材Ｆは吸収性本体２０と重なる部分において、無効化され（収縮力がない状態とされ）ていてもよい。各弾性部材Ｆは互いに平行に胴回り方向Ｘに延びていてもよい。
　前記吸収性本体２０には、着用者の脚部に沿って括れた脚回り部が形成されてもよい。
　図１Ｂの吸収性本体２０は各胴回り部３１,３２の肌面に付着されている。
　本明細書において、「肌面」とは着用物品の着用時において着用者の肌に対面する面をいい、「非肌面」とは前記肌面とは反対の面をいう。
　つぎに、本着用物品の更なる詳細について説明される。
　図１Ａに示すように、本着用物品Ｎは一対のサイドシール５０により端部同士が互いに結合された前後の胴回り部３１，３２を有するパンツ型の使い捨て着用物品である。
前後の胴回り部３１，３２（図１Ｂ）は、図２のように、胴回り方向Ｘに伸び互いに平行に配置された細長状の複数本の弾性部材Ｆと、図１Ｂの弾性部材Ｆを挟み込み、図３のように胴回り方向Ｘに間欠的に弾性部材Ｆを止着する複数の止着部４により弾性部材Ｆを保持する一対のウェブ１，２（図１Ｂ）とを備える。
図３においてサイドシール５０は散点状に配置された複数のドット状の溶着部５を備え、この溶着部５は前後の胴回り部３１，３２（図１Ｂ）を互いに溶着して結合する。図２のサイドシール５０は前後の胴回り部３１，３２を連ねてループ状にし、上下に開口した胴回り開口３３を形成する。サイドシール５０は各胴回り部３１，３２の端Ｅに近い端部の領域に設けられる。
つぎに、図３の溶着部５のより詳しい説明に先立って、止着部４について、着用物品Ｎの製造工程の一部と共に説明する。
図４に示すように、本着用物品Ｎは吸収性本体２０が架設された前後の胴回り部３１，３２を有する。各胴回り部３１，３２は一対の連続したウェブ１，２および多数本の弾性部材Ｆが搬送方向である胴回り方向Ｘに伸張した状態で搬送される。
この製造工程において、図５のように伸張した状態の弾性部材Ｆは細くなっている。
図５に拡大して示すように、一対のウェブ１，２が弾性部材Ｆの上側および下側において互いに溶着されていることで、弾性部材Ｆを一対のウェブ１，２に保持している。
各止着部４は１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し弾性部材Ｆの上側において一対のウェブ１，２同士を溶着した上側止着部４ａと、当該１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し弾性部材Ｆの下側において一対のウェブ１，２同士を溶着した下側止着部４ｂとを含む。
上側止着部４ａと下側止着部４ｂとの間の上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ４は、図５のように伸張した状態の弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、図３のように着用前の収縮した状態の弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい。これにより、止着部４による弾性部材Ｆの止着が可能となる。
なお、以下の説明において、止着部を総称する場合には符号「４」を付して説明する。
　つぎに、溶着部５の詳細について止着部４と共に説明する。
図３に示すように、複数の溶着部５は弾性部材Ｆのうち少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し、胴回り方向Ｘに直交する上下方向Ｙに離間した少なくとも１つの上側溶着部５ａおよび少なくとも１つの下側溶着部５ｂを含む。
図６の製造工程において、弾性部材Ｆは伸張状態であり、図７のように細い。上側溶着部５ａと下側溶着部５ｂ間の上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ５は伸張した状態の弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、一方、図３の収縮した状態の弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい。これにより、溶着部５に弾性部材Ｆが係合している。
すなわち、間隔Δ５と弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１および第２幅Ｆ２との関係が前述のように設定され、かつ、１本の弾性部材Ｆの上側の側面に上側溶着部５ａが接し、当該弾性部材Ｆの下側の側面に下側溶着部５ｂが接していることにより、上側および下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂが１本の弾性部材Ｆの胴回り方向Ｘに係合している。
そのため、図６および図７の連続かつ伸張状態の胴回り部３１，３２が仮想の切断ラインＣに沿って切断された直後に、図３の収縮して太くなった弾性部材Ｆに溶着部５が胴回り方向Ｘに係合して弾性部材Ｆのスナップバックを防止する。
図３の本例のように、サイドシールされる端部において、少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうち一方は前記胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して複数個設けられていてもよい。
また、胴回り方向Ｘに離間して複数設けられた上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂの胴回り方向Ｘの間の位置に、少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうちの他方が設けられていてもよい。
　図３において、複数の止着部４は少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し第１のピッチＰ１で胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して設けられている。一方、複数個の上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂは胴回り方向Ｘに第２のピッチＰ２で設けられている。この第２のピッチＰ２は本例の場合、第１のピッチＰ１よりも小さい。
図３の本例の場合、上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは、それぞれ、上側止着部４ａよりも面積が大きく、かつ、下側止着部４ｂよりも面積が大きい。なお、止着部４が溶着部５よりも大きくてもよい。例えば、止着部４を上下方向Ｙに延びる長いライン状に設ける場合、各止着部４の面積は各溶着部５の面積よりも大きくなる。
図３に示すように、本例において、上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは複数の弾性部材Ｆのそれぞれについて設けられている。上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂが１本の弾性部材Ｆに対して複数設けられる場合、各溶着部５ａまたは５ｂは縦方向の同じ位置に設けられて列をなす溶着部列を構成していてもよい。
また、複数の溶着部５は複数の中間溶着部５ｃを含んでいてもよい。各中間溶着部５ｃは、複数の弾性部材Ｆのうち、互いに隣り合う弾性部材Ｆの間おいて弾性部材Ｆのいずれにも接しない位置に配置されている。
上述した具体的実施形態には以下の構成を有する発明が含まれる。
好ましい実施形態としては、前記間隔Δ５と弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１および第２幅Ｆ２との関係が前記のように設定され、
かつ、前記１本の弾性部材Ｆの上側の側面に前記上側溶着部５ａが接し、当該弾性部材Ｆの下側の側面に前記下側溶着部５ｂが接していることにより、
前記上側および下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂが前記１本の弾性部材Ｆの前記胴回り方向Ｘに係合している。
この場合、１本の弾性部材Ｆの上側および下側に各溶着部５が胴回り方向Ｘに係合しており、そのため、弾性部材Ｆが上下一対の溶着部５に引掛り、弾性部材Ｆのスナップバックを防止できる。
更に好ましくは、前記少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうち一方は前記胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して複数個設けられている。
この場合、複数個設けられた上側または下側の溶着部５は複数個所において収縮状態の弾性部材Ｆを屈曲させ、そのため、スナップバックの防止効果が高まる。
更に好ましくは、前記胴回り方向Ｘに離間して複数設けられた前記上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂの前記胴回り方向Ｘの間の位置に、
前記少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうちの他方が設けられている。
この場合、溶着部５は３箇所において弾性部材Ｆを屈曲させ、そのため、スナップバックの防止効果が更に高まる。
　本発明において、前記一対のシート１，２が前記弾性部材Ｆの上側および下側において互いに溶着されていることで、前記止着部４が前記弾性部材Ｆを前記一対のシート１，２に保持していてもよい。
なお、止着部４は溶着ではなく、接着であってもよい。
更に好ましい実施形態においては、胴回り方向Ｘに互いに隣り合う前記複数の止着部４が前記少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し第１のピッチＰ１で前記胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して設けられ、
胴回り方向Ｘに互いに隣り合う前記複数個の上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂが前記胴回り方向Ｘに第２のピッチＰ２で設けられ、
前記第２のピッチＰ２が前記第１のピッチＰ１よりも小さい。
この場合、弾性部材Ｆに係合する溶着部５の第２ピッチＰ２が小さく、そのため、スナップバックの防止効果が更に高まる。
本発明においては、前記各止着部４は前記１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し前記弾性部材Ｆの上側において前記一対のシート１，２同士を溶着した上側止着部４ａと、当該１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し前記弾性部材Ｆの下側において前記一対のシート１，２同士を溶着した下側止着部４ｂとを含んでいてもよい。
好ましい実施形態においては、前記上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは、それぞれ、前記上側止着部４ａよりも面積が大きく、かつ、前記下側止着部４ｂよりも面積が大きい。
各止着部４の面積よりも各溶着部５の面積が大きいので、サイドシールは確実な接合力が得易く、一方、胴回り部全体は止着部４が小さいため、柔軟な着用感が得られる。
本発明においては、前記上側止着部４ａと下側止着部４ｂとの間の前記上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ４が、伸張した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、収縮した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さくてもよい。
このような間隔Δ４に設定されている場合、上下の止着部４による弾性部材Ｆの止着力が得易い。
好ましくは、前記上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは前記複数の弾性部材Ｆのそれぞれについて設けられている。
この場合、各弾性部材Ｆのスナップバックを防止し得る。
更に好ましくは、前記複数の溶着部５は複数の中間溶着部５ｃを含み、各中間溶着部５ｃは、
前記複数の弾性部材Ｆのうち、互いに隣り合う弾性部材Ｆの間おいて前記弾性部材Ｆのいずれにも接しない位置に配置されている。
この場合、中間溶着部５ｃが弾性部材Ｆと弾性部材Ｆの間においても前後の胴回り部３１，３２を接合しており、サイドシールによる接合の確実性が高まる。
１つの実施態様または好ましい各実施形態に関連して説明および／または図示した特徴は、１つまたはそれ以上の他の実施態様において同一または類似な形で、および／または他の実施態様と組み合わせて、または、その代わりに利用することができる。
以上のとおり、図面を参照しながら好適な実施形態を説明したが、当業者であれば、本明細書を見て、自明な範囲で種々の変更および修正を容易に想定するであろう。
たとえば、各溶着部は円形ではなく、方形やだ円形などであってもよい。また、各溶着部の形状や大きさは均一でなくてもよい。
また、オムツはリクローザブル式のパンツ型オムツであってもよく、この場合、吸収性本体は吸収体を有しない股部材であってもよい。
　また、止着部は上下方向に連続していてもよく、シートと弾性部材とが止着部においても溶着されていてもよい。
したがって、そのような変更および修正は、請求の範囲から定まる本発明の範囲内のものと解釈される。
本発明は主としてパンツ型の使い捨て着用物品に適用できる。

Claims (12)

  1. 　一対のサイドシール５０により端部同士が互いに結合された前後の胴回り部３１，３２を有するパンツ型の使い捨て着用物品であって、
    　前記前後の胴回り部３１，３２は、
    　胴回り方向Ｘに伸び互いに平行に配置された細長状の複数本の弾性部材Ｆと、
    　前記弾性部材Ｆを挟み込み前記胴回り方向Ｘに間欠的に前記弾性部材Ｆを止着する複数の止着部４により前記弾性部材Ｆを保持する一対のシート１，２とを備え、
    　前記サイドシール５０は散点状に配置され、前記前後の胴回り部３１，３２を互いに溶着して結合する複数のドット状の溶着部５を備え、
    　前記複数の溶着部５は前記弾性部材Ｆのうち少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し、前記胴回り方向Ｘに直交する上下方向Ｙに離間した少なくとも１つの上側溶着部５ａおよび少なくとも１つの下側溶着部５ｂを含み、
    　前記上側溶着部５ａと下側溶着部５ｂ間の前記上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ５が伸張した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、収縮した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい、使い捨て着用物品。
  2. 請求項１において、
    前記間隔Δ５と弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１および第２幅Ｆ２との関係が前記のように設定され、
    かつ、前記１本の弾性部材Ｆの上側の側面に前記上側溶着部５ａが接し、当該弾性部材Ｆの下側の側面に前記下側溶着部５ｂが接していることにより、
    前記上側および下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂが前記１本の弾性部材Ｆの前記胴回り方向Ｘに係合していることを特徴とする、使い捨て着用物品。
  3. 請求項２において、
    前記少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうち一方は前記胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して複数個設けられている、使い捨て着用物品。
  4. 請求項３において、
    前記胴回り方向Ｘに離間して複数設けられた前記上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂの前記胴回り方向Ｘの間の位置に、
    前記少なくとも１つの上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂのうちの他方が設けられている、使い捨て着用物品。
  5. 請求項４において、
    前記一対のシート１，２が前記弾性部材Ｆの上側および下側において互いに溶着されていることで、前記止着部４が前記弾性部材Ｆを前記一対のシート１，２に保持している、使い捨て着用物品。
  6. 　請求項５において、
    胴回り方向Ｘに互いに隣り合う前記複数の止着部４が前記少なくとも１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し第１のピッチＰ１で前記胴回り方向Ｘに互いに離間して設けられ、
    胴回り方向Ｘに互いに隣り合う前記複数個の上側または下側溶着部５ａ，５ｂが前記胴回り方向Ｘに第２のピッチＰ２で設けられ、
    前記第２のピッチＰ２が前記第１のピッチＰ１よりも小さい、使い捨て着用物品。
  7. 請求項５において、
    前記各止着部４は前記１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し前記弾性部材Ｆの上側において前記一対のシート１，２同士を溶着した上側止着部４ａと、当該１本の弾性部材Ｆに対し前記弾性部材Ｆの下側において前記一対のシート１，２同士を溶着した下側止着部４ｂとを含む、使い捨て着用物品。
  8. 請求項７において、
    前記上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは、それぞれ、前記上側止着部４ａよりも面積が大きく、かつ、前記下側止着部４ｂよりも面積が大きい、使い捨て着用物品。
  9. 　請求項７において、
    前記上側止着部４ａと下側止着部４ｂとの間の前記上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ４が、伸張した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、収縮した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい、使い捨て着用物品。
  10. 　請求項８において、
    前記上側止着部４ａと下側止着部４ｂとの間の前記上下方向Ｙの間隔Δ４が、伸張した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第１幅Ｆ１よりも大きく、かつ、収縮した状態の前記弾性部材Ｆの第２幅Ｆ２よりも小さい、使い捨て着用物品。
  11. 　請求項１～１０のいずれか１項において、
    　前記上側溶着部５ａおよび下側溶着部５ｂは前記複数の弾性部材Ｆのそれぞれについて設けられている、使い捨て着用物品。
  12. 　請求項１１において、
    　前記複数の溶着部５は複数の中間溶着部５ｃを含み、各中間溶着部５ｃは、
    　前記複数の弾性部材Ｆのうち、互いに隣り合う弾性部材Ｆの間おいて前記弾性部材Ｆのいずれにも接しない位置に配置されている、使い捨て着用物品。
