Definitions

  • the present invention addresses a method to increase lactation and disinfection in mammals ; and more specifically ,in beneficial animals such as cows and sheep.
  • Cow breast is the most sensitive part of its body.At the time of breastfeeding , these animals should be kept in a warm and sterilized place .Since most of the time, their environment is polluted ,the cow breasts should be cleaned.some times other animals in that place may suck cow's breast which may cause to other problems. Regarding the point that cows are beneficial animals and have so important role in life and healthy nutrition , up to now vast studies have been done in this field to learn more about the ways of keeping them safe and high efficient.
  • This invention is related to a new method to increase amount of lactation in cows .
  • This system comprises thermo electro motor and heating pipes which transfer heat to cover cow breasts .
  • the size of this thin 2-zipper cover increases with increasing breast volume. volume of breast cause size of this cover to increase.
  • the electronic board and control system embedded in this device adjust the desired temperature for cow breast .
  • the Pressure sensor installed on the cow breast announces the breast feeding time.
  • 12 volt of electricity is used which is installed on it in the form of chargeable battery .It should be replaced every 48 to 72 hours.
  • a thin zipper cover closes the cow breast which indirectly heats the breast , beside protecting the cow breast against coldness and pollution, using this cover helps to increase volume of lactation.breastfeeding of cows in desired condition increases their output up to 15%.
  • the said invention benefits from different advantageous such as: -Increase of milk volume in lactating animals -Preventing the cow breast from sucking by other animals -Maintaining cows healthiness and protecting them against contamination -Prevent any damage to the breast of these animals -Low power consumption which is about 12 volt and in the form of chargeable battery which can be replaced.

  • This heating system comprises a 2-zipper thin tarpaulin cover( 2) which transfers heat to the cow breast with the help of an electro motor (4 ) transfers heat .
  • T which is in dimensions of 3*3 and height of 5mm with power consumption of 12 volt and a chargeable battery is closed next to the cow's leg above the breast or on the waist of the lactating cow, heats and cleans the cow breast with thin heat transfer pipes (1) due to the adjusted temperature.
  • This system closes just one time and this process is performed by moving away from the breast .It is protected by pulling on the cow's breast again.
  • Cow breast pressure sensor (5) announces the breastfeeding time due to breast bulking up and creating pressure during breastfeeding.
  • This device is applicable in farms and veterinary clinics ;it is available in treatment centers and also in live stock equipment sales centers.
