Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de service téléphonique (1) pour la demande de services, comprenant une interface d'entrée (2) et une interface de sortie (3). Le dispositif de service téléphonique (1) est configuré pour recevoir un signal de demande (4) au niveau de l'interface d'entrée (2), le signal de demande (4) comprenant des informations de demande (10) relatives à une demande de service. Le dispositif de service téléphonique (1) est en outre configuré pour extraire des caractéristiques prédéfinies (14) des informations de demande (10) et pour convertir les caractéristiques prédéfinies (14) en signaux de demande audio (15) dans une langue humaine naturelle. Le dispositif de service téléphonique (1) est configuré pour initier un appel téléphonique vers le destinataire (6) au niveau de l'interface de sortie (3), et pour transmettre les signaux de demande audio (15) au destinataire (6).
