Description

钉仓组件及医用吻合器 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种钉仓组件及医用吻合器。
背景技术
现有技术中,医用吻合器一般包括器械平台、活动连接于器械平台的击发把手和安装于器械平台的钉头部。钉头部可以通过穿刺器穿过身体上的小切口以接近手术部位实施手术。钉头部包括相对设置的钉仓组件和钉砧。所述钉仓组件包括钉带、支撑所述钉带的支撑件以及容纳所述钉带和支撑件的钉仓盖,所述钉仓盖的近端侧设置有击发块。在吻合器击发时,通过推刀杆推动切刀向远端侧运动,切刀驱动击发块向吻合器的远端侧方向运动,击发块将可旋转连接于钉带本体的吻合钉向外推出,且击发块的切钉部驱动吻合钉与钉带本体分离,切刀将位于钉仓组件和钉砧之间的组织切断,实现吻合器的击发。
在现有的吻合器中,钉仓盖的内表面与钉带的上表面相贴合。位于击发块的顶端的切钉部的高度可能会低于或等于钉带的上表面的高度,在击发块向远端侧运动时,切钉部不容易驱动吻合钉与钉带本体分离,可能会造成吻合钉无法脱离钉带本体的情况。
在本发明中,远端侧和近端侧是相对于操作者来说的,距离操作者较近的一端为近端侧,距离操作者较远的一端,即更靠近手术位置的一端为远端侧。在吻合器中,内侧与外侧是相对于吻合器的轴心来说的,靠近轴心的一侧为内侧,远离轴心的一侧为外侧。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种钉仓组件及医用吻合器,通过在钉带本体的第一表面和钉仓盖的第二表面之间设置第一间隙,使得击发块的切钉部高于钉带的第一表面,方便切钉部驱动吻合钉与钉带分离。
本发明实施例提供一种钉仓组件,用于医用吻合器,所述钉仓组件包括:
钉带和支撑件,所述钉带包括沿吻合器的轴向延伸的钉带本体,所述钉带本体安装于所述支撑件的一侧,所述钉带本体包括背离所述支撑件的第一表面;
钉仓盖,所述钉仓盖至少部分覆盖所述钉带本体的第一表面,所述钉仓盖包括与所述钉带本体的第一表面相对的第二表面,所述钉带本体的第一表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面之间有第一间隙;

如图3~5所示,所述钉带本体21的第一表面211与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13之间有第一间隙6,该第一间隙6的高度为h1。此第一间隙6的高度h1随钉仓组件的尺寸变化而可以采用不同的数值。所述击发块4在初始状态下位于所述钉仓盖1的近端侧12,且可沿所述轴向运动。如图7和图8所示,所述击发块4包括切钉部41和推钉部42,所述推钉部42位于所述切钉部41的远端侧。在吻合器击发时,所述推钉部42首先与吻合钉22相接触,推动所述吻合钉22旋转闭合,而使得所述吻合钉22的钉脚从钉仓盖1的钉孔14中向外伸出,然后所述切钉部41与所述钉连接部221接触,并进行切钉,使得所述钉连接部221断开,所述吻合钉22与所述钉带本体21分离,所述吻合钉22可以整体从所述钉仓盖1的钉孔14推出而吻合在组织上。如图8所示,所述切钉部41的最高点的高度P1高于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的高度P2,方便击发块4的切钉部41驱动吻合钉22与钉带2分离,从而可以保证在吻合器击发时,击发块4可以将吻合钉22向钉砧推出而闭合在组织上。
如图7所示,在该实施例中,所述击发块4的切钉部41的最高点与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13相抵持,所述击发块4的切钉部41可以最大程度利用第一间隙6,更好地驱动吻合钉22与钉带2分离。所述钉仓盖1还包括与所述第二表面13 相对设置的第三表面16,所述击发块4的下表面与所述钉仓盖1的第三表面16相抵持。在该实施例中,所述钉仓盖1的第三表面16即为所述钉仓盖1的下板的上表面。通过钉仓盖1的第三表面16和第二表面13,将所述击发块4在高度方向上保持在一个稳定的位置上。击发块4在钉仓盖1中沿所述轴向运动时,也能保持击发块4的切钉部41的最高点的高度持续高于钉带本体21的第一表面211的高度,保证所有吻合钉22可以与钉带本体21正常分离。
如图8所示,在该实施例中,所述击发块4的切钉部41的最低点的高度P3低于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的高度P2。所述击发块4的切钉部41的最高点的高度P1高于所述钉连接部221的高度。因此,所述击发块4的切钉部41至少部分与所述钉连接部221在所述轴向上对齐,可以保证在吻合器击发时吻合钉22完全与钉带本体21分离而吻合于组织。
如图3~8所示,在该实施例中,所述支撑件3的表面设置有至少一个第一凸起部33,所述第一凸起部33背离所述支撑件3的一侧表面(即第一凸起部33的上表面)的高度高于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的高度,所述第一凸起部33的上表面与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13相抵持,通过所述第一凸起部33的抵持作用使得所述钉带本体21的第一表面211与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13之间具有所述第一间隙6。所述第一凸起部33包括位于所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13和所述钉带本体21的第一表面211之间的第一部分和位于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211和所述支撑件3的上表面之间的第二部分,所述第一凸起部33的第一部分的高度即为所述第一凸起部33凸起于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的部分的高度,且该高度等于所述第一间隙6的高度h1。
如图3和图6所示,在该实施例中,所述第一凸起部33背离所述钉带本体21 的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13平行且相互贴合,从而可以加强所述第一凸起部33与所述钉带本体21之间的配合稳定性。如图3和图8所示,所述第一凸起部33的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离小于所述钉带本体21的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离,即所述第一凸起部33的横向宽度小于所述钉带本体21的横向宽度,所述钉带本体21的表面设置有至少一个安装孔212,所述第一凸起部33穿设于所述安装孔212中。优选地,所述第一凸起部33与所述安装孔212通过焊接的方式固定连接。
如图8所示,在该实施例中,所述第一凸起部33为凸台,所述凸台在所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的投影为圆角矩形,即所述凸台的各个角均设置有圆弧引导面,在将钉带2与支撑件3组装时,圆弧引导面可以更好地引导所述凸台进入所述安装孔212中。此处第一凸起部33的形状仅为示例,在其他可替代的实施方式中,所述第一凸起部33也可以采用其他的形状,例如,所述第一凸起部33在所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的投影为矩形,或者三角形、菱形、梯形等,所述第一凸起部33的上表面的面积与下表面的面积也可以不同,例如所述第一凸起部33为下表面面积大而上表面面积小的椎体结构,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。所述第一凸起部33与所述安装孔212的数量可以是一一对应地设置,也可以是所述安装孔212多于所述第一凸起部33设置。
在该实施例中,所述支撑件3的表面还设置有两个第二凸起部34,所述两个第二凸起部34分别位于所述支撑件3的近端侧和远端侧,所述第二凸起部34背离所述支撑件3的一侧表面的高度(第二凸起部34的上表面)高于所述钉带本体21的第一表面211的高度,所述第二凸起部34的上表面与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13相抵持。所述第一凸起部33的上表面与所述第二凸起部34的上表面的高度相同。 在该实施例中,所述第二凸起部34的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离等于所述钉带本体21的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离。优选地,所述第二凸起部34可以与所述钉带本体21通过焊接方式固定连接。
在该实施例中,第一凸起部33的数量和排列方式可以根据需要选择,可以沿所述轴向均匀或不均匀地分布于所述支撑件3的表面;在另一可替代的实施方式中,所述支撑件3的表面可以只设置第一凸起部33,而不设置第二凸起部34;在再一可替代的实施方式中,所述支撑件3的表面可以只设置第二凸起部34,而不设置第一凸起部33,在另一可替代的实施方式中,所述第二凸起部34可以仅设置在远端侧,或者仅设置在近端侧;在又一可替代的实施方式中,所述第二凸起部34也可以与第一凸起部33采用相同的形状和尺寸。
图9和图10示出了本发明第二实施例的钉仓组件的结构。该实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:所述支撑件3的表面未设置第一凸起部33和第二凸起部34,所述钉带本体21的第一表面211设置有至少一个第三凸起部213,所述第三凸起部213背离所述钉带本体21的一侧表面(所述第三凸起部213的上表面)与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13相抵持,以在所述钉带本体21的第一表面211与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13之间形成第一间隙6。所述第三凸起部213的高度即等于所述第一间隙6的高度h1。所述第三凸起部213的上表面与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13平行且相互贴合,以提高配合稳定性。所述第三凸起部213的形状、尺寸、数量和排列方式可以根据需要选择设定,而不以图中示出的为限。采用该实施例同样可以实现方便击发块4的切钉部41驱动吻合钉22与钉带2分离的目的。
图11和图12示出了本发明第三实施例的钉仓组件的结构。该实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:所述支撑件3的表面未设置第一凸起部33和第二凸起部34,所 述钉仓盖1的第二表面13设置有朝向所述钉带2凸起的第四凸起部17,所述第四凸起部17朝向所述钉带本体21的一侧表面(所述第四凸起部17的下表面)与所述钉带本体21的第一表面211抵持。所述第四凸起部17的高度即等于所述第一间隙6的高度h1。所述第四凸起部17的下表面与所述钉带本体21的第一表面211平行且相互贴合,以提高配合稳定性。所述第四凸起部17的形状、尺寸、数量和排列方式可以根据需要选择设定,而不以图中示出的为限。采用该实施例同样可以实现方便击发块4的切钉部41驱动吻合钉22与钉带2分离的目的。
上述第一实施例、第二实施例和第三实施例中的凸起部分别设置于支撑件3、钉带本体21和钉仓盖1,以实现在钉带本体21的第一表面211和钉仓盖1的第二表面13之间具有第一间隙6。在其他可替代的实施方式中,上述三个实施例可以组合使用,例如,同时设置第一凸起部33、第二凸起部34、第三凸起部213和第四凸起部17中的两种或更多种,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
图13~16示出了本发明第四实施例的钉仓组件的结构。该实施例与第一实施例类似地,在所述支撑件3的表面设置第一凸起部33和两个第二凸起部34。所述两个第二凸起部34位于所述支撑件3的远端侧31和近端侧32,所述第一凸起部33位于所述两个第二凸起部34之间,所述第一凸起部33的上表面和所述第二凸起部34的上表面分别与所述钉仓盖1的第二表面13抵持。第四实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:在该实施例中,所述钉仓组件包括多个钉带2,所述多个钉带2沿所述轴向排列,所述第一凸起部33位于相邻的两个所述钉带2的钉带本体21之间。所述两个第二凸起部34分别位于最远端的钉带2的远端侧和最近端的钉带2的近端侧。在该实施例中,所述第一凸起部33和/或所述第二凸起部34优选与所述钉带本体21固定连接。例如,所述第一凸起部33、所述第二凸起部34分别与所述钉带 本体21通过焊接等方式固定连接。
如图13~15所示,在该实施例中,所述第一凸起部33的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离等于所述钉带本体21的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离,即所述第一凸起部33的横向宽度等于所述钉带本体21的横向宽度,可以更好地对多个钉带2的安装进行定位,并且可以更好地保持钉带2的稳定性。在其他可替代的实施方式中,第一凸起部33的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离也可以小于所述钉带本体21的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离,例如可以采用如第一实施例的第一凸起部33的形状和尺寸,也属于本发明的保护范围之内。
该第四实施例同样可以有很多的变形,且均属于本发明的保护范围之内。第四实施例中第一凸起部33和第二凸起部34的数量、尺寸、形状和排列方式均不以图中示出的为限。钉带2沿所述轴向的长度和钉带2的数量也不以图中示出的为限,可以根据需要选择调整。在一可替代的实施方式中,也可以只设置第一凸起部33,而不设置第二凸起部34。
如图17所示,为本发明第五实施例的钉仓组件的结构示意图。该实施例与第四实施例的区别在于第一凸起部33的设置不同。第五实施例中同样设置有多个钉带2,且钉带2沿所述轴向分布于支撑件3上。第五实施例中的第一凸起部33的形状和设置方式与第一实施例中类似,即所述第一凸起部33的内侧面与外侧面之间的距离小于所述钉带本体21的内侧面与外侧面之间的距离,所述钉带本体21的表面设置有至少一个安装孔212,所述第一凸起部33穿设于所述安装孔212中。所述安装孔212可以有两种开设方式。一种是所述安装孔212完全开设在一个钉带2的钉带本体21上。另一种是相邻的两个钉带2的钉带本体21可以分别设置一个半孔,两个钉带本体21沿所述轴向组合在一起之后,两个半孔组合得到一个安装孔212。
该第五实施例同样可以有很多的变形,且均属于本发明的保护范围之内。第五实施例中第一凸起部33和第二凸起部34的数量、尺寸、形状和排列方式均不以图中示出的为限。钉带2沿所述轴向的长度和钉带2的数量也不以图中示出的为限,可以根据需要选择调整。在一可替代的实施方式中,也可以只设置第一凸起部33,而不设置第二凸起部34。
在上述各个实施例中,所述钉带2均为满足生物相容性材质的钉带2。在优选的实施方式中,所述钉带本体21与所述吻合钉22可以采用不同材质制成,例如,在一些实施方式中,钉带本体21为钛、钛合金及不锈钢等不可吸收、不可降解材质制成,吻合钉22可以优选为可降解材质的具有生物相容性吻合钉、或者可降解且可生物吸收的具有生物相容性的吻合钉22,在将吻合钉22缝合在组织上后,无需再进行后续的拆钉操作。例如,所述吻合钉22采用镁、镁合金、可降解高分子材料等,但本发明不限于此。进一步地,所述吻合钉22的表面还可以涂覆有可降解且可生物吸收的具有生物相容性的涂层。该涂层可以进一步提高吻合钉22的硬度,并且可以调节吻合钉22的降解速度。该涂层例如可以为可吸收材料左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)和/或外消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)涂层等,但本发明不限于此。通过调节涂层的厚度可以调节吻合钉22整体的降解速度。或者涂层可以是有凝血效果的药剂等,可以改善吻合过程中的出血等。在另外一些实施方式中,所述吻合钉22的表面可以是设有磁性涂层,在外部磁场接入时,所述涂层被磁化,可以达到加强吻合强度的效果。外部磁场可以是电磁场,磁场强度可以调整,以适应吻合的需要;也可以是永磁场。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员 来说,在不分离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种钉仓组件,其特征在于,用于医用吻合器,所述钉仓组件包括:
    钉带和支撑件,所述钉带包括沿吻合器的轴向延伸的钉带本体,所述钉带本体安装于所述支撑件的一侧,所述钉带本体包括背离所述支撑件的第一表面;
    钉仓盖,所述钉仓盖至少部分覆盖所述钉带本体的第一表面,所述钉仓盖包括与所述钉带本体的第一表面相对的第二表面,所述钉带本体的第一表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面之间有第一间隙;
    击发块,活动设置于所述钉仓盖的底部,且可沿所述轴向运动,所述击发块包括切钉部,所述切钉部的最高点的高度高于所述钉带本体的第一表面的高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述击发块的切钉部的最高点与所述钉仓盖的第二表面相抵持。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述击发块的切钉部的最低点的高度低于所述钉带本体的第一表面的高度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉带还包括吻合钉,所述吻合钉通过钉连接部可旋转地连接于所述钉带,所述击发块的切钉部的最高点高于所述钉连接部的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,还包括至少一个凸起部,所述凸起部包括位于所述钉带本体的第一表面和所述钉仓盖的第二表面之间的第一部分,且所述凸起部的第一部分的高度等于所述第一间隙的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述凸起部位于所述支撑件或所述钉带本体上,所述凸起部背离所述钉带本体的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面相抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述凸起部背离所述钉带本体的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面平行贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件的表面设置有至少一个第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面的高度高于所述钉带本体的第一表面的高度,所述第一凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面相抵持。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离小于所述钉带本体的内侧面与外侧面之间的横向距离,所述钉带本体的表面设置有至少一个安装孔,所述第一凸起部穿设于所述安装孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部为凸台,所述凸台在所述钉带本体的第一表面的投影为圆角矩形。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉仓组件包括多个钉带,所述多个钉带沿所述轴向排列,所述第一凸起部位于相邻的两个所述钉带的钉带本体之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部与所述钉带本体固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件的表面设置有至少一个第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部位于所述支撑件的近端侧和/或远端侧,所述第二凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面的高度高于所述钉带本体的第一表面的高度,所述第二凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面相抵持。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第二凸起部与所述 钉带本体固定连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,
    所述支撑件的表面还设置有沿轴向分布的至少一个第一凸起部,且所述第一凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面与所述第二凸起部背离所述支撑件的一侧表面的高度相同。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉带本体的第一表面设置有至少一个第三凸起部,所述第三凸起部背离所述钉带本体的一侧表面与所述钉仓盖的第二表面相抵持。
  17. 根据权利要求5所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉仓盖的第二表面设置有朝向所述钉带凸起的第四凸起部,所述第四凸起部朝向所述钉带本体的一侧表面与所述钉带本体的第一表面抵持。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述第四凸起部朝向所述钉带本体的一侧表面与所述钉带本体的第一表面平行贴合。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述钉仓盖还包括与所述第二表面相对设置的第三表面,所述击发块的下表面与所述钉仓盖的第三表面相抵持。
  20. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述吻合钉为可降解的具有生物相容性的吻合钉;和/或,所述吻合钉为生物可吸收的具有生物相容性的吻合钉。
  21. 根据权利要求4所述的钉仓组件,其特征在于,所述吻合钉的表面设有可降解且可生物吸收的具有生物相容性的涂层;和/或,所述吻合钉的表面设有磁性涂层,在外接磁场作用下,所述吻合钉被磁化。
  22. 一种医用吻合器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至21中任一项所述的钉仓组件。
