Definitions
- An embodiment of the present invention relates to an exosuit, and more specifically, an exosuit that can be worn by a user to strengthen muscle strength to assist the user's back and waist during high-load work or repetitive motion work, thereby reducing the burden on the user. It's about the exosuit.
- Muscle-assisted strengthening devices can be divided into an exosuit with a hard frame structure and a soft exosuit made of an elastic material.
- the powered exosuit has disadvantages in that manufacturing cost is high, the user may be injured due to malfunction, and it is inconvenient to wear and maintain.
- the present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and provides an exosuit that assists the user's spine during high-load work or repetitive motion work to provide muscle strength, thereby preventing the user from being injured in the back and spine and minimizing the burden. .
- One embodiment of the present invention for solving the above technical problem has a long shape extending from the upper part of the user's shoulder through the back, waist, and buttocks to the thigh, and is worn around the user's shoulder, chest, and back, and the waist
- An exosuit worn around the thighs and hips comprising: an upper wearing portion 100, a waist wearing portion 200 connected to the lower end of the upper wearing portion, and a lower wearing portion connected to the lower end of the waist wearing portion ( 300)
- the upper wear part is formed in a plate shape surrounding the user's back, shoulders, and chest, and two shoulder wear parts 110 formed on the left and right respectively and a first strap having one end coupled to the upper part of the shoulder wear part 120, a second strap 130 connected to connect one end of the shoulder wearing part located near the user's chest and one end of the shoulder wearing part located near the user's back, and the left shoulder wearing part near the user's chest
- a shoulder tunnel for holding the first strap, a back tunnel, and a waist tunnel may be further included.
- the load can be transported across the supporter in a lifted state.
- the muscle strengthening apparatus according to the present invention has an effect of protecting the user's body during work while strengthening the user's muscle strength.
- the present invention has the advantage of easily adjusting the tension of the strap to strengthen the user's muscle strength.
- the present invention has the advantage of providing a comfortable environment even when worn for a long time because a part of the configuration is made of a mesh.
- FIG. 1 is a front view of one embodiment of the present invention.
- Figure 2 is a rear view of one embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a use state diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
- 5 is a use state diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a use state diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 9 is a use state diagram of another embodiment of the present invention.
- the exosuit 1 which is an embodiment of the present invention, is worn by the user 2 to enhance muscle strength and protect the body from damage when carrying the package 3. It also has a preventive effect of preventing musculoskeletal disorders.
- One embodiment of the present invention has a long shape extending from the upper part of the user's shoulder to the thigh through the back, waist, and buttocks, and is worn around the user's shoulder, chest, and back, is worn around the waist, and is worn around the thigh and buttocks.
- the exosuit includes an upper wearing part 100, a waist wearing part 200, and a lower wearing part 300.
- the upper wearing portion 100 is formed in a plate shape surrounding the user's back, shoulders, and chest, and includes two shoulder wearing portions 110 formed on the left and right sides and a first strap 120 having one end coupled to the upper portion of the shoulder wearing portion. And a second strap 130 connected to connect one end located near the user's chest of the shoulder wearing part and one end located near the user's back of the shoulder wearing part and the left shoulder wearing part Located near the user's chest It includes a chest belt 140 that connects the right shoulder wearing portion to the portion located near the user's chest.
- the first strap 120 is made of a material having elasticity in whole or in part.
- the upper wearing part may include a shoulder tunnel 111 and a back tunnel 112 through which the first strap passes.
- the shoulder tunnel 111 and the back tunnel 112 serve as holders to guide and move the first strap.
- a fixing part 122 to which a first strap is inserted and coupled is formed in the shoulder wear part 110, and one end of the first strap inserted through the fixing part is exposed to the outside, and the exposed second part to the outside.
- a loop may be formed at one end of the strap.
- the fixing part performs an adjustment function for adjusting the length of the first strap according to the user's body size. While wearing the exosuit of one embodiment, the user can adjust the exposed length by pulling the ring, which is the shoulder-side distal end of the first strap, to form an appropriate tension.
- the fixing part includes a release lever, and the first strap is fixed and released according to the rotation of the release lever, and when the ring of the first strap is located in an upward direction, the release lever is released while rotating in an upward direction. .
- the user's body movement may be inconvenient due to the tension of the first strap when not carrying out tasks such as lifting and moving a package.
- the tension of the first strap when not carrying out tasks such as lifting and moving a package.
- the state of tension is helpful, but when driving a vehicle, the tension may interfere with operation. It is necessary to release the engagement and loosen the first strap.
- the release lever shape as described above is required. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the user only needs to pull the ring to apply tension and lift the ring upward to release the tension, so that the tension can be easily applied and released in a short time.
- the user's body movement may be inconvenient due to the tension of the first strap when not carrying out tasks such as lifting and moving a package.
- the tension of the first strap when not carrying out tasks such as lifting and moving a package.
- the tension when a courier driver carries parcels, the state of tension is helpful, but when driving a vehicle, the tension may interfere with operation. It is necessary to release the engagement and loosen the first strap.
- the first strap 120 starts from the shoulder wear part and is connected to the lower wear part 300 below, and serves to assist the user by pulling the shoulder, waist, and thigh from the user's back.
- the user's dorsal portion and the upper portion of the shoulder of the shoulder wear portion 110 may be formed of a hard plate material, which has the effect of enabling the user to be active with his/her shoulders open, thereby maintaining a correct posture.
- a falling object hits the user's head, shoulder, and upper back, a life-threatening accident occurs. It protects the shoulder and upper back from falling objects.
- the upper mesh 150 and the lower mesh 160 are formed on the upper part of the back, so that the back part It is well ventilated so that the user can work coolly.
- the waist wear part 200 is a part that surrounds the user's waist and is tightly fixed to the waist like a belt. At this time, the waist wearing part includes the waist tunnel 220 through which the first strap passes, so that the tension of the first strap acts on the back part of the waist as well.
- Velcro 211 is formed at the left and right ends of the waist wear part, so that the user can firmly wear it according to the body size.
- the waist-wearing part may include a supporter protruding forward, and as shown in FIGS. 8 to 9, the user can carry the transport item 3 across the supporter without straining the arm. .
- the lower wearing part 300 is formed in a plate shape surrounding the user's thighs and buttocks, and includes a third strap 310 connected to the lower end of the waist wearing part. Similarly to the waist-wearing part, the lower part 300 may also be fitted with Velcro 321 at the left and right ends to fit around the thigh to be tightly fixed.
