Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique et une composition d'aliment fonctionnel pour la santé, comprenant chacune du sirop de grains d'avoine ou un extrait de celui-ci, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de sirop de grains d'avoine. Dans un aspect, une composition contient du sirop de grains d'avoine ou un extrait de celui-ci, et présente des effets d'hydratation de la peau, d'augmentation de l'élasticité de la peau, de réduction des rides, d'atténuation du vieillissement cutané et d'antioxydation. En outre, un procédé de préparation de sirop de grains d'avoine selon un aspect permet de préparer un sirop de grains d'avoine doté d'une teneur élevée en polyphénols.
