Abstract

The invention relates to a packet for products (11) of the cigarette industry, comprising an outer packet (12) having a box part (13) and a lid (14) pivotably mounted on the box part (13), and comprising a collar (15) protruding from the box part (13), which is open at the top, wherein: the products (11) are disposed in an ordered formation as a product group (26) in a tray (27) made of preferably dimensionally stable packaging material and the products (11) and the tray (27) are wrapped in a preferably aroma- and moisture-tight inner wrapper (29), more particularly in the form of a sealing block (24) having seams which are closed on all sides; the inner wrapper (29) has a removal opening (30), which can be repeatedly closed by means of a closure label (31); and at least one dimension of the product group (26) deviates from a corresponding dimension of the interior of the box part (13), more particularly with respect to the width. According to the invention, the tray (27) disposed in the inner wrapper (29) has at least one chamber (32) for compensating the at least one different dimension, more particularly the width.
