- the pump should be placed in a position where it can be operated for water replenishment, etc.
- Embodiment 1 Since water can be replenished with a pump, it is suitable when a high cooling effect is required. On the other hand, pumps can interfere with the design of clothing. Therefore, in the case of clothing, it is suitable for use as work clothes.
- Example 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
- the water supply port 20 is closed and the device for supplying water from the water supply pipe 21 to the tank 25 is removed.
- the weight of the cooling device can be reduced.
- freedom of design is obtained by not having a pump. Therefore, it can be used for general clothing such as T-shirts.
- the water of the water purification filter 10 enters the hollow fiber membrane through the micropores of the hollow fiber membrane 3a, and part of the water permeates the band 2. Water that reaches the end openings (3b, 3c) of the hollow fiber membranes without permeating is discharged from the end openings and accumulated in the reserve tank 15. As shown in FIG.
- Example 3 will be described with reference to FIG. In the cooling device of Example 3, both the purified water tank 10 and the reserve tank 15 are provided with tanks.
- Example 3 Since the cooling device of Example 3 has two pumps, it is suitable for cases in which continuous cooling is required, such as when used for clothing or when working outdoors in the heat. It is also possible to use the pump 23 to flow water from the reserve tank side to the clean water tank side to automatically wash the inside of the hollow fiber membranes.
- Example 4 will be described with reference to FIG.
- the water in the reserve tank 15 is collected and sent back to the tank 25 . This allows the water to circulate.
- the temperature of the water inside the hollow fiber membranes 3 drops due to the heat of vaporization in the zone 2, and the temperature of the water drops as it passes through the water supply pipe 21 and the tank 25. Therefore, by repeating the circulation of water, the cooling effect can be obtained repeatedly.
- the cooling device of Example 4 uses only one pump, and can be said to be a simplified version of Example 3. If the product is to be cooled over a large area, the pump should be larger.
- Example 5 will be described with reference to FIG.
- the cooling device of Example 5 does not include the reserve tank 15 .
- the water purification filter 10 supplies water to the hollow fiber membranes. Water enters the hollow fiber membrane through the micropores 4 near the center (3a) of the hollow fiber membrane arranged in the water purification filter 10 .
- the cooling device since the number of parts constituting the cooling device is small, there is an advantage that the production is easy and the cost is low.
- the water inside the hollow fiber membranes since water is supplied to the inside of the hollow fiber membranes through fine pores in the wall surface of the hollow fiber membranes, the water inside the hollow fiber membranes does not contain foreign matter, and the hollow fiber membranes are not clogged. .
- the surroundings can be cooled.
- Example 6 (not shown), a tube with an inner diameter of 1 mm to 2 mm and an outer diameter of 2 mm to 4 mm is used instead of the hollow fiber membranes used in Examples 1 to 5.
- the tube is made of silicone rubber with a hardness of 45-55 degrees.
- a small hole of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm is drilled in the tube, and the water in the tube seeps out from the small hole to the outside of the tube.
- the hollow fiber membranes used in Examples 1 to 5 are replaced with such a tube, and other configurations are the same as those in Examples 1 to 5.
- silicone rubber with a hardness of 45 to 55 degrees is highly elastic, it freely follows the expansion and contraction of the belt that absorbs the water seeping out from the small holes, the cooling device that has the belt attached, and the object to be cooled.
