Abstract

La présente demande se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs médicaux, et se rapporte spécifiquement à un système de biopsie pulmonaire compatible CT et à un procédé. Le système comprend : une unité de traitement d'image, utilisée pour afficher une image CT, déterminer un niveau de perforation sur l'image CT, et marquer un point cible de perforation et un point d'insertion d'aiguille de perforation, formant un plan d'itinéraire de perforation préopératoire ; une unité de détection de phase respiratoire, utilisée pour la détection en temps réel d'une phase respiratoire, et la transmission d'un résultat de détection de phase respiratoire à une unité de planification d'itinéraire de perforation ; une unité de planification d'itinéraire de perforation, utilisée pour générer un itinéraire de perforation dans n'importe quelle phase respiratoire, et utilisée pour ajuster une attitude de perforation d'un mécanisme de perforation robotisé, de telle sorte qu'une aiguille de perforation sur le mécanisme de perforation de robot est colinéaire avec l'itinéraire de perforation ; et une unité de commande de mouvement, utilisée pour commander le mouvement du mécanisme de perforation robotisé et un mouvement de perforation de l'aiguille de perforation. Au cours d'un processus de perforation, la phase respiratoire du patient est détectée au moyen de l'unité de détection de phase respiratoire, de telle sorte qu'un itinéraire de perforation optimisé peut être généré en fonction de la phase respiratoire, ce qui permet d'obtenir une perforation précise et de réduire les dommages au corps du patient provoqués par une erreur de perforation.
