Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spinal muscle exercise device for spinal rehabilitation and correction, and more particularly, in correcting or treating various spinal diseases caused by deformation and imbalance of muscles around the pelvis and spinal column, which are the main causes of back pain.
- the lumbar bed supporting the thoracic vertebrae rotates left and right at a predetermined angle while the pelvis is fixed through arm and leg exercises in consideration of biomechanics and kinematics in the lying position and traction is performed at the same time.
- spinal muscle exercise equipment for spinal rehabilitation and correction which induces proper alignment of the pelvis and spine by relaxing and contracting muscles around the spine, thereby relieving back pain through muscle strength improvement and increasing the effect of correction and treatment of spinal diseases will be.
- the spine is composed of parts such as a vertebra that serves as the central body, a bow-shaped vertebral arch protruding from here to the rear and upper, and several projections. cavities) are formed, and spine diseases occur due to maintaining the wrong posture for a long time, muscle aging, or strong external shock.
- the cause can be found in living habits such as sitting, standing or sleeping posture, and in the case of children and adolescents in the growing period, if there is an abnormality in the spine, the growth line is put under pressure, and accordingly, the secretion of growth hormone is not smooth. Failure to do so may lead to problems that impede growth promotion.
- Methods for treating these spinal diseases include physical therapy to strengthen muscles, acupressure therapy to ensure smooth blood circulation by stimulating acupoints, or relaxation by relaxing the intervertebral discs that have been pressed by widening the gap between the narrowed vertebrae. There are traction treatments that correct the body shape.
- acupressure or massage is a kind of manual procedure that corrects the body's modulation by directly giving mechanical stimulation to the skin in a certain way using the hands to cause a bioreaction to treat diseases and improve health ( ⁇ ), acupressure massage promotes circulation of blood or lymph, boosts metabolism, enhances tissue nutrition, excretes waste, and enhances resistance. Since this tactile stimulation stimulates the tactile sense and acts as an analgesic, it promotes the recovery of paralyzed nerves and has the effect of correcting the modulation of internal functions.
- acupressure massagers that can receive acupressure massage by themselves have been developed and used in the past.
- a massager it is a method of repeatedly hitting (tapping) a part of the body, so it has a disadvantage of not only having a low acupressure effect but also causing secondary pain by hitting. Since the part must be pressed with a certain force, not only the inconvenience in use is great, but also the continuous use is difficult due to the force.
- the most ideal treatment and correction method to prevent spinal diseases is to regularly perform stretching exercises that stretch the entire body to correct the body shape by natural healing power resulting from the relaxation of muscles and skeletons.
- a chiropractic exercise device disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 0711104. This chiropractic exercise device is provided with a lower extremity exercise device that allows the user to lie down and exercise the lower extremities, a bed on which the user can lie down, and a pelvic belt that fixes the user's waist.
- 'a spinal muscle strengthening exercise device for relieving back pain and correcting the spine' has been proposed through Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1142888, and the user fixes the waist in a lying position using a pelvic belt
- a technique has been proposed that allows the user to lie on a bed and roll a pedal-type exercise device, thereby repeatedly relaxing and recovering the human spine and strengthening the supporting muscles around the spine to obtain corrective and therapeutic effects.
- 'rehabilitation exercise equipment for spine correction' has been proposed through Patent Registration No. 10-1272196, and as another prior art, spinal rehabilitation and correction through Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0100613 A spinal muscle exercise device has been proposed.
- the pedal-type exercise equipment has a complicated structure and is difficult to maintain, and simply expects a corrective action through lower limb exercise and arm exercise in a state in which the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae are fixed, thereby correcting and
- medical treatment methods such as preservation therapy, nerve anesthesia injection, and surgical treatment such as disc removal, as well as treatment methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine intake, chiropractic correction, manual massage, and massage or exercise such as Pilates While it is possible to temporarily relieve pain, fundamental treatment is difficult.
- surgical treatment such as disc removal has side effects and a high risk of recurrence.
- the present invention was created to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to link the foot exercise using a lower extremity exercise device such as a stepper in a state in which the pelvis and lumbar spine are bound in a lying position by the user
- the lumbar bed supporting the user's back rotates by a predetermined angle to the left and right, and the lumbar bed is separated from the pelvic bed in conjunction with the arm movement in which the user moves the handle forward and backward, generating a stretching action by traction.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an exercise device that induces proper alignment of the pelvis and spine by relaxing and contracting the muscles around the pelvis and spine through exercise by the user, and relieves back pain by improving muscle strength and rehabilitates the pelvis and spine with a healthy body.

It is composed of a second inclined post fixed to a length adjustable and the other end extending upward toward the pelvic bed and having a stepper attached to the end thereof.
- the bed for supporting the thoracic vertebrae moves left and right in conjunction with lower extremity exercise using a stepper mechanism and arm exercise using a handle. Since the principle of human kinematics, which rotates at a predetermined angle and moves in a straight line, is applied, the user naturally rotates the thoracic vertebra left and right to the left and right and rotates the spine at a predetermined angle with only the movement of crossing the arms and legs naturally, thereby relaxing the erector muscle of the spine by rotation. It is possible, and as the lumbar bed is separated from the pelvis and the traction force acts, the advantage of increasing the exercise and treatment effect by stretching is expected.
- the present invention provides rotation and traction in conjunction with the user's leg and arm movements without using a power source. According to the implementation, the structure is simple and there is an advantage that safe use is possible as the left and right rotation and traction operation are performed only with the user's exercise force.
