一种喷雾精油梳 技术领域
本实用新型涉及发梳技术领域,尤其涉及一种喷雾精油梳。
背景技术
头发是塑造人们形象的重要因素之一,故头发的护理逐渐成为人们日常梳妆打扮的一环。在头发护理时,常常需要将精油液均匀抹到头发中,以提高头发的光泽度、油顺度。常用的精油液的使用方法是,在用洗发水洗干净头发,擦干头发后,将精油液均匀手动涂抹在头发上并不断地按摩头发。这种方法由于采用手动涂抹,当手没有洗净时采用手动涂抹,手上的不干净处会对发质产生影响。
针对上述问题,授权公告号为CN204351283U的实用新型专利,公开了一种精油直发器,直发器上设有精油储存块,当使用直发器时,精油储存块处于受压挤压状态,精油储存块内的精油因此被挤压出来至头发上,达到涂抹精油的效果。这种精油直发器可解决手动涂抹精油所带来的不卫生的问题,但是还是容易出现精油无法均匀涂抹在头发上的情况。
基于此,发明人提出一种喷雾精油梳来解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种喷雾精油梳,通过电源加热喷雾结构,以使将精油仓结构内的精油液转化为精油气体,并最终通过第一气雾通道至出气孔,可达到本精油梳在梳理头发的过程中,精油气体可均匀附着在头发上,达到保护发质,使头发更加柔顺的作用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种喷雾精油梳,包括机壳,所述机壳内安装有:
精油仓结构,用于容置精油液;
喷雾结构,设置在所述精油仓结构内部,用于将精油液转化为精油气体,所述喷雾结构上设有出气口;
电源,与所述喷雾结构电连接用于加热所述喷雾结构;
第一气雾通道,与所述喷雾结构的所述出气口连通;
出气孔,设置在机壳上,与所述第一气雾通道的一端连通;
其中,所述第一气雾通道用于输送喷雾后的精油气体至出气孔。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过电源加热喷雾结构,以使将精油仓结构内的精油液转化为精油气体,并最终通过第一气雾通道至出气孔,可达到本精油梳在梳理头发的过程中,精油气体可均匀附着在头发上,达到保护发质,使头发更加柔顺的作用。本精油梳采用精油气体可均匀附着在头发上,相比于精油液体可更加均匀附着在头发上,解决了现有技术中的问题。
进一步优化,所述精油仓结构包括精油仓以及设置精油仓内的气雾仓,所述气雾仓与精油仓之间安装有硅胶垫;所述气雾仓内设有与第一气雾通道相对设置的第二气雾通道。精油仓内存储精油液,气雾仓用于将精油液汽化成精油气体,硅胶垫的设置可将气雾仓与精油仓分离,可防止使用过程中漏油,同时可减少热量的传递。
进一步优化,所述精油仓结构上连接有用于将精油仓结构弹出机壳的弹簧触针,所述弹簧触针的一端伸出所述精油仓结构设置。弹簧触针的设置可方便精油仓结构内的精油使用完或将要使用完时,将精油仓结构弹出,及时添加精油液至精油仓结构中。
进一步优化,所述精油仓和气雾仓上均设置有以使第一气雾通道与第二气雾通道连通的出气雾口。出气雾口的设置可使得第一气雾通道与第二气雾通道 连通,使得气雾仓内生成的精油气体通过第二气雾通道至第一气雾通道内。

喷雾结构,设置在所述精油仓结构2内部,用于将精油液转化为精油气体,所述喷雾结构上设有出气口501;
电源,与所述喷雾结构电连接用于加热所述喷雾结构;
第一气雾通道3,与所述喷雾结构的所述出气口501连通;
出气孔4,设置在机壳1上,与所述第一气雾通道3的一端连通;
其中,所述第一气雾通道3用于输送喷雾后的精油气体至出气孔4。
其中,精油仓结构2、喷雾结构、电源、第一气雾通道3均设置在机壳1内部,而出气孔4设置在机壳1上。
电源可采用干电池或者可采用USB接口充电的充电电池,电源用于加热喷雾结构。
所述精油仓结构2包括精油仓以及设置精油仓内的气雾仓,所述气雾仓与精油仓之间安装有硅胶垫205;所述气雾仓内设有与第一气雾通道3相对设置的第二气雾通道7。如图7、8所示,精油仓分为上精油仓201和下精油仓202,相应的气雾仓也分为上气雾仓203和下气雾仓204,其中,喷雾结构设置在下气雾仓204上,硅胶垫205则是设置在上精油仓201与上气雾仓203之间,精油液存储在上精油仓201中,并通过硅胶垫205进入气雾仓中,然后通过喷雾结构作用将精油液汽化为精油气体。
所述精油仓结构2上连接有用于将精油仓结构2弹出机壳1的弹簧触针8,所述弹簧触针8的一端伸出所述精油仓结构2设置。为方便及时补充精油仓结构2内的精油液,故设置弹簧触针8,可及时将精油仓结构2弹出并及时添加精油液至精油仓结构2中。且精油仓结构2的弹出方向与弹簧触针8的布设方向一致,弹簧触针8是垂直于第二气雾通道7设置的。弹簧触针8远离精油仓结 构2的一端与机壳1上的按压部19相接触,通过用户按压按压部19即可完成对弹簧触针8的按压,方便后续精油仓结构2的顶出。
所述精油仓和气雾仓上均设置有以使第一气雾通道3与第二气雾通道7连通的出气雾口9。出气雾口9均设置在精油仓和气雾仓的侧壁上,以使第一气雾通道3与第二气雾通道7连通。气雾仓内生成的精油气体通过第二气雾通道7至第一气雾通道3内。
所述喷雾结构包括中空柱体5,所述中空柱体5的侧壁设有若干通孔,所述中空柱体5为发热芯;所述出气口501为所述中空柱体5的一端部。其中,中空柱体5外侧还安装有硅胶套6,此中空柱体5作为优选的是为中空圆柱体,采用导热性能较好的陶瓷,其侧壁的通孔为微孔,其孔径为微米级或亚微米级,该中空柱体5为微孔陶瓷发热芯,通过电源加热使其发热,从而汽化润湿在微孔陶瓷发热芯上的精油液,并使得精油液通过出气口501依次流过第二气雾通道7、第一气雾通道3、出气孔4从而附着在头发上。
所述机壳1内还安装有空气增压器10,所述空气增压器10的一端与第二气雾通道7相对设置。为方便将第二气雾通道7内精油气体更加迅速的运输至第一气雾通道3内,故设置空气增压器10。
所述机壳1内还安装有用于辅助精油气体吸附于头发的负离子发生器11。负离子发生器11可产生负离子,负离子具有除静电的作用,负离子发生器11除了现有技术中去静电和柔顺头发的功能,还可以达到辅助头发吸收精油气体的效果。
所述机壳1内还安装有电路板12,所述弹簧触针8穿过所述电路板12设置。电路板12的设置可控制本精油梳的开闭以及精油梳内电源的加热。电路板12上设有若干控制块13,每个控制块13有相对应的顶针14,顶针14的一端设有 裸露在机壳1上的按钮15。通过按压机壳1上的按钮15即可完成对电路板12上控制块13的开闭。
所述机壳1上滑动连接有用于限制精油仓结构2弹出的限位滑动件16,所述精油仓结构2的侧壁上设有凹槽17,所述限位滑动件16的一端伸入所述凹槽17内限制所述精油仓结构2弹出。为防止本精油梳在使用过程中,不小心触碰机壳1上的按压部19而将精油仓结构2弹出,故设置限位滑动件16,限位滑动件16的作用可在精油梳使用过程中限位精油仓的弹出动作,避免精油仓结构2意外弹出的现象。即要弹出精油仓结构2时,先滑动限位滑动件16使得凹槽17与限位滑动件16的一端脱离配合,然后触碰机壳1上的按压部19完成弹出精油仓结构2的操作。限位滑动件16的截面为“T”字形。
所述机壳1上设有头梳部18,所述出气孔4的数量为若干个且均匀设置在机壳1上,并设置在头梳部18的一侧。出气孔4设置在头梳部18的一侧,在头梳部18梳理头发时,出气孔4内排出的精油气体可顺势附着在头发上,使头发更加柔顺。
本实用新型的应用如下:用户使用本精油梳时,启动电源对微孔陶瓷发热芯进行加热,精油仓内的精油附着在微孔陶瓷发热芯上,电源的加热可使得附着在微孔陶瓷发热芯上的精油汽化成精油气体,精油气体通过出气口501进入精油仓结构2的第二气雾通道7中,然后空气增压器10的辅助作用将精油气体更加迅速的运输至第一气雾通道3内,并使得精油气体最终在出气孔4排出,排出的精油气体可顺势附着在头发上,使头发更加柔顺。与此同时,负离子发生器11还可以达到辅助头发吸收精油气体的效果。以使用户在边梳头发时精油气体边从出气孔4冒出,从而顺势附着在头发上,使头发更加柔顺。
为方便及时补充精油仓结构2内的精油液,故设置弹簧触针8,可及时将 精油仓结构2弹出并及时添加精油液至精油仓结构2中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喷雾精油梳,包括机壳(1),其特征在于,所述机壳(1)内安装有:
    精油仓结构(2),用于容置精油液;
    喷雾结构,设置在所述精油仓结构(2)内部,用于将精油液转化为精油气体,所述喷雾结构上设有出气口(501);
    电源,与所述喷雾结构电连接用于加热所述喷雾结构;
    第一气雾通道(3),与所述喷雾结构的所述出气口(501)连通;
    出气孔(4),设置在机壳(1)上,与所述第一气雾通道(3)的一端连通;
    其中,所述第一气雾通道(3)用于输送喷雾后的精油气体至出气孔(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述精油仓结构(2)包括精油仓以及设置精油仓内的气雾仓,所述气雾仓与精油仓之间安装有硅胶垫(205);所述气雾仓内设有与第一气雾通道(3)相对设置的第二气雾通道(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述精油仓结构(2)上连接有用于将精油仓结构(2)弹出机壳(1)的弹簧触针(8),所述弹簧触针(8)的一端伸出所述精油仓结构(2)设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述精油仓和气雾仓上均设置有以使第一气雾通道(3)与第二气雾通道(7)连通的出气雾口(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述喷雾结构包括中空柱体(5),所述中空柱体(5)的侧壁设有若干通孔,所述中空柱体(5)为发热芯;所述出气口(501)为所述中空柱体(5)的一端部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)内还安装有空气增压器(10),所述空气增压器(10)的一端与第二气雾通道(7)相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)内还安装有用于辅助精油气体吸附于头发的负离子发生器(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)内还安装有电路板(12),所述弹簧触针(8)穿过所述电路板(12)设置。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)上滑动连接有用于限制精油仓结构(2)弹出的限位滑动件(16),所述精油仓结构(2)的侧壁上设有凹槽(17),所述限位滑动件(16)的一端伸入所述凹槽(17)内限制所述精油仓结构(2)弹出。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾精油梳,其特征在于,所述机壳(1)上设有头梳部(18),所述出气孔(4)的数量为若干个且均匀设置在机壳(1)上,并设置在头梳部(18)的一侧。
