Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la stomatologie et, notamment, de l'implantologie. L'invention concerne un implant dentaire qui consiste en un corps allongé fait de métal et comprenant une partie conique inférieure possédant un filetage conique, une partie cylindrique supérieure possédant un filetage cylindrique dont le pas et les entrées correspondent au filetage conique de la partie conique inférieure, une section polygonale pour remplir l'épaisseur de l'os lors de l'implantation et située sur la surface cylindrique supérieure, des canaux en spirales anti-rotation formés sur la partie conique inférieure, un collet entrant en contact avec la partie cylindrique supérieure, et une plateforme interne formée dans l'extrémité supérieure du corps et comprenant une surface conique annulaire interne dans la partie supérieure, une cavité polygonale dans la partie médiane et une ouverture filetée dans la partie inférieure en vue de la connexion d'un abattement de l'élément de prothèse; la section polygonale est disposée sur la partie cylindrique supérieure à une distance «ΐ» de l'extrémité supérieure du corps égale à t=0,5-5,0 mm. Le résultat technique consiste en une stabilité maximale de l'implant après la cicatrisation dans le tissu osseux de la mâchoire du patient.
