L'invention concerne un système d'intervention de puits sous-marin pour l'insertion d'une colonne de production (104) à partir d'un support flottant (100) dans un puits sous-marin (200), le support flottant ne comprenant pas de tour de forage, le système comprenant un arbre sous-marin (201) installé sur le puits, un module de bloc obturateur de puits (202) relié à l'arbre sous-marin, un module de lubrification (203) raccordé sur le module de bloc obturateur de puits, une colonne de production (104) s'étendant à partir du support flottant vers le bas jusqu'au puits et à travers le module de lubrification, le module de bloc obturateur de puits et l'arbre sous-marin. Le module de lubrification (203) comprend un dispositif de freinage (400) conçu pour commander le freinage de la colonne de production à l'intérieur du module de lubrification.
