Abstract
La présente invention concerne un désinfectant spécial pour la viande, comprenant les principaux constituants actifs suivants en parties en masse : de 0,5 à 5 parties d'un sel d'ammonium quaternaire à simple chaîne, de 0,5 à 7 parties d'un sel d'ammonium quaternaire à double chaîne, et de 88 à 99 parties d'eau désionisée. Selon la présente invention, un bon effet de stérilisation peut être atteint sans nécessité d'ajouter un agent stabilisant et d'autres promoteurs. Le présent désinfectant spécial pour la viande est capable de tuer les micro-organismes sur la surface de la viande, ne présente pas d'effet d'oxydation sur la surface de la viande, présente une biodégradabilité élevée, est hygiénique et sans danger, ne présente pas d'effets secondaires toxiques, présente une bonne stabilité, et convient à l'application à grande échelle.
