Abstract

La présente invention concerne une particule coeur-écorce comprenant une micelle polymère réticulée à coeur (CCPM), et au moins une nanoparticule d'oxyde de fer (ION), l'au moins une ION étant située dans le coeur de la CCPM. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de production de la particule coeur-écorce, des compositions les comprenant, la particule coeur-écorce ou la composition destinée à être utilisée en médecine, et des procédés de modulation de l'activité de cellules immunitaires et des procédés dpour traiter un dérèglement du système immunitaire, le cancer, l'anémie et des lésions nerveuses.
