Abstract
The present invention essentially relates to a rapid connection structure (10) for at least partially accelerating association of at least one first connection element (20), which provides connection by means of a protrusion (21) provided on one side thereof, with at least one second connection element (30) which provides connection by means of a groove (31) provided therein. The improvement is that pluralities of driving elements (24) are provided on said protrusion (21) by encircling said protrusion (21) comprising at least one first magnetic element (23) provided at the end part thereof, The groove (31), comprising at least one second magnetic element (33) provided to be associated with said first magnetic element (23) on one side thereof, comprises one each driving housings (34) provided therein in a manner associated with said driving elements (24).
Description
A RAPID CONNECTION STRUCTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a rapid connection structure for at least partially accelerating association of at least one first connection element, which provides connection by means of a protrusion provided on one side thereof, with at least one second connection element which provides connection by means of a groove provided therein.
PRIOR ART
Male body is a connection element comprising a protrusion, which extends outwardly, at one end thereof. Female body is a connection element which provides connection in itself by including a groove or a hole therein. Particularly in engaged connections comprising screw thread, engagement of the screw threads in connection types, comprising a connection element defined as a male body and a connection element defined as a female body, can take a long time. The reason for taking long-time for realization of the connection particularly in connection elements like screw and similar elements is that they include a thread structure. Since the thread embodiment is helical and since the screw pitch is relatively small, the connection duration increases due to the rotation requirement.
As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rapid connection structure, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a rapid connection structure which provides engagement of the male body and the female body to each other in a rapid manner.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a rapid connection structure for
at least partially accelerating association of at least one first connection element, which provides connection by means of a protrusion provided on one side thereof, with at least one second connection element which provides connection by means of a groove provided therein. Accordingly, the improvement of the present invention is that pluralities of driving elements are provided on said protrusion in a manner encircling said protrusion comprising at least one first magnetic element provided at the end part thereof,
The groove, comprising at least one second magnetic element provided to be associated with said first magnetic element on one side thereof, comprises one each driving housings provided therein in a manner associated with said driving elements.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the driving elements have screw threadlike structure provided in pluralities of arrays such that the protrusion extends longitudinally from end to end. Thus, driving of the protrusion in the groove is facilitated.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the driving elements are essentially configured to have geometrical shapes like wavy, S or helical shapes. Thus, adhesion capability of the first connection element and the second connection element, connected in a manner engaging to each other, is increased.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one formed part is provided at the end part of the protrusion. Thus, the protrusion is easily matched into the groove.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the first connection element comprises at least one lock mechanism. Thus, the rapid connection structure can be locked when desired.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
In Figure 1 , a representative perspective view of a first connection element and a second connection element in the subject matter rapid connection structure is given.
In Figure 2, a representative perspective view where a first connection element and a second connection element are connected therein in the subject matter rapid connection structure is given.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter rapid connection structure (10) is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
In Figure 1 , a representative perspective view of a first connection element (20) and a second connection element (30) in the subject matter rapid connection structure (10) is given. Accordingly, said rapid connection structure (10) essentially provides connection in a rapid manner in cases of engagement of two work-pieces to each other. The rapid connection structure (10) comprises at least one first connection element (20). Said first connection element (20) is a male body and essentially comprises at least one outward directional protrusion (21 ). Said protrusion (21) is essentially an element for providing formation of a connection by the first connection element (20). At least one step (22) is provided on the first connection element (20). Said step (22) is essentially an obstacle provided in the vicinity of the protrusion (21 ) and having a diameter which is at least partially different.
The first connection element (20) essentially comprises at least one driving element (24) provided in a manner encircling the protrusion (21). Said driving element (24) is a screw thread-like structure provided in pluralities of numbers in a manner extending longitudinally on the protrusion (21). Pluralities of driving elements (24) are provided sequentially in the form of an array. The driving element (24) is provided so as to have helical, wavy or S-like shape on the protrusion (21). The protrusion (21 ) essentially comprises at least one formed part (25) at the end part thereof. Said formed part (25) essentially provides facilitation of connection. The first connection element (20) essentially comprises at least one first magnetic element (23) provided in the vicinity of the formed part (25). Said first magnetic element (23) is essentially a magnet.
The rapid connection structure (10) comprises at least one second connection element (30). Said second connection element (30) comprises a female body, essentially at least one groove (31) and provides a connection therein. The second connection element (30) essentially comprises at least one connection surface (32) provided in the direction of connection with the first connection element (20). Said connection surface (32) is essentially a plane provided in a manner coinciding with the step (22). The second connection element (30) essentially comprises at least one driving housing (34) provided on the side surface of the groove (31). Said driving housing (34) is a structure which is similar to a channel or path
and co-works with the driving element (24). The driving housing (34) is essentially provided in the reverse geometry of the driving path and slides in the driving element (24) which is in thread form and provides advancement. The second connection element (30) essentially comprises at least one second magnetic element (33) provided on the base of the groove (31). Said second magnetic element (33) is essentially a magnet.
The rapid connection structure (10) comprises at least one lock mechanism (40). Said lock mechanism (40) is essentially connected onto the first connection element (20). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the lock mechanism (40) is also connected onto the second connection element (30). The lock mechanism (40) comprises at least one trigger
(41). Said trigger (41) is essentially a lock latch and can have different geometrical forms like cylindrical, ball, triangular. The trigger (41) is connected to at least one dampening element
(42) in the lock mechanism (40). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said dampening element (42) is a spring and provides the trigger to stay continuously in the pushing position. The lock mechanism (40) comprises at least one hole (43) provided in a manner associated with the trigger (41). Said hole (43) is essentially provided on the second connection element (30) and provides the trigger to be connected therein. The lock mechanism (40) comprises at least one knob (44). Said knob (44) is essentially switching element and provides locking and unlocking of the rapid connection structure (10). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the lock mechanism (40) comprises different structures and is configured to prevent unlock of the first connection element (20) and the second connection element (30) without exerting any extra force.
In an exemplary operation scenario of the present invention, pluralities of driving elements (24) provided on the protrusion (21 ) of the first connection element (20) provide compliancy easily to the driving housings (34) provided in the second connection element (30) and as the first magnetic element (23) and the second magnetic element (33) apply attraction force to each other, the first connection element (20) is rapidly connected to the second connection element (30). The trigger (41 ) is released by means of the knob (44) in the lock mechanism (40), and thereby the first connection element (20) and the second connection element (30) are locked.
By means of all these embodiments, two elements connected to each other in an engaged manner can be easily connected to each other. Besides the magnetic effect, association of the driving elements (24) to the driving housings (34), provided in the form of an array and in pluralities of numbers, is provided rapidly. Thanks to the geometric advantage of the driving
housing (34) and the driving element (24) associated with each other, connection is completed without needing rotation.
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.

Claims
1. The present invention is essentially a rapid connection structure (10) for at least partially accelerating association of at least one first connection element (20), which provides connection by means of a protrusion (21 ) provided on one side thereof, with at least one second connection element (30) which provides connection by means of a groove (31 ) provided therein, wherein pluralities of driving elements (24) are provided on said protrusion (21) by encircling said protrusion (21) comprising at least one first magnetic element (23) provided at the end part thereof,
The groove (31), comprising at least one second magnetic element (33) provided to be associated with said first magnetic element (23) on one side thereof, comprises one each driving housings (34) provided therein in a manner associated with said driving elements (24).
2. The rapid connection structure (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the driving elements (24) have screw thread-like structure provided in pluralities of arrays such that the protrusion (21) extends longitudinally from end to end.
3. The rapid connection structure (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the driving elements (24) are essentially configured to have geometrical shapes like wavy, S or helical shapes.
4. The rapid connection structure (10) according to claim 1 , wherein at least one formed part (25) is provided at the end part of the protrusion (21).
5. The rapid connection structure (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the first connection element (20) comprises at least one lock mechanism (40).
