Abstract

The invention relates to a building material used in construction and landscaping sector and comprising waste paper discards, cement, compressing facilitative additive, latex additive and water.

Description

A Building Material Mixture and Production Method
Technical Field
Invention relates to a building material used in construction and landscaping sector and comprising discarded paper wastes, and a method for production thereof.
The invention particularly relates to a building material comprising waste paper discards, cement, compressing facilitative additive, latex additive and water.
Present State of the Art
In the current applications, paper discards with waste codes of 0303-07-08-09-10- 11 are destroyed at burning plants. Most of such paper causes high cost and energy consumption for elimination plants. Logistics of wastes to be discarded requires cost and workforce for contracting companies. Also after burning, ashes of them remain and the ashes are further to be destroyed.
In some applications available in the related art, not waste papers are eliminated by water and turned into sludge by means of re-connection-softening. Said sludge is used as interior insulation material in villa type housing. However, as such papers are not obtained from wastes, they have no contribution to recycling.
In the literature following application is seen related to the subject.
The application reference numbered “DE212018000278” of the system relates to a sludge waste dewatering machine rotated in compressing channel conically in a machine body and capable to compress sludge wastes spirally and dewater it. A method for recycling of pulp wastes providing recycling of and sending into economy the wastes by means of a pulp dewatering machine which narrows gradually. Paper coming to said machine, discards supplied for recycling become discards of dewatered (30 - 35 % humid) after processed by machine. Water is added into discard paper mixture during manufacturing in the invention. In said invention, humidity rate of discard paper is reduced to about 10 % and then wastes are added to narrow. Thereafter, the mixture formula is mixed and cast into moulds and brick, pedestrian stone and similar construction materials are made by means of pressing.
As a result, due to above described inadequacy of existing solutions, it has been necessary to make development in the related art.
Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a building material meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages, and a manufacturing method for it.
Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a chemical mixture providing building construction by means of forming bricks from paper particulates of waste paper recycling and expiring.
